为研究CFRP-铝合金复合管混凝土构件的轴压性能，进行了12根短柱试件的轴向压缩试验，主要研究参数为CFRP层数。试验结果表明：复合管混凝土试件出现了多处外凸鼓曲以及对应位置混凝土被压溃的破坏形态，而空复合管试件发生了局部内凹屈曲破坏；试件轴压承载力随CFRP层数的增加而增大，且复合管混凝土试件的承载力提高幅度高于相应的空复合管试件的提高幅度。对各部分的承载力贡献比例进行分析，发现复合管混凝土试件中混凝土的承载力贡献比例超过70%，且承载力贡献度随CFRP层数的增加而提高。提出了CFRP-铝合金复合管混凝土构件的轴压承载力计算公式。

铁基非晶合金存在非晶形成能力低、室温塑性差等问题，极大地限制了其在工程中的应用。基于“近混合焓+有效原子尺寸差”非晶合金成分设计理念设计了Fe55Nb15Ti15Ta15全金属组元粉末，采用机械合金化球磨工艺成功制备出非晶态合金粉末，并研究了TiC陶瓷粉末的加入对Fe55Nb15Ti15Ta15合金粉末非晶形成能力、微观形貌和热稳定性的影响。结果表明：Fe55Nb15Ti15Ta15合金粉末具有较好的非晶形成能力和热稳定性，TiC陶瓷粉末均匀稳定的分布于Fe55Nb15Ti15Ta15非晶合金粉末中。添加质量分数15%TiC陶瓷粉末延缓了球磨过程中Fe55Nb15Ti15Ta15合金粉末的合金化和非晶化进程，降低了热稳定性，使得球磨后粉末粒度变小，分布范围变宽。该项工艺可制备出具有较大室温塑性的大块铁基非晶合金原始粉末。

通过粗粒化分子动力学模拟，在高分子链与纳米棒间的不同相互作用强度、不同高分子链刚性，且在同时考虑单分散和双分散共混高分子链条件下，研究了高分子链在纳米棒界面区域的吸附行为。对于柔性环形高分子链，增强高分子链与纳米棒间的相互作用有利于提高纳米棒对高分子链的吸附。当高分子链与纳米棒间的相互作用强度较弱时，增强高分子链刚性会诱导高分子链套在纳米棒上形成规则的自组装结构。对环/线高分子链共混情况，当高分子链与纳米棒间的相互作用较弱时，随着链刚性的增强，环形高分子链优先占据纳米棒界面区域；当高分子链与纳米棒间的相互作用较强时，随着链刚性的增强，纳米棒界面区域由优先吸附环形高分子链转为优先吸附线形高分子链。研究结果有助于进一步了解高分子链与纳米棒的复合材料，为改善纳米复合材料的性能提供理论支持。

构造了一个带参数的Riemann-Liouville分数阶积分恒等式，得到几个关于h-预不变凸函数的带参数的分数阶积分不等式。当参数取特殊值时，分别得到了“中点型”“梯形型”和“Simpson型”积分不等式。利用构建的不等式得到了几个经典数值积分的误差估计式。

BACKGROUND: Intervertebral disc degeneration is one of the most common underlying factors causing low back pain. Recent studies have shown that melatonin has a positive effect on alleviating intervertebral disc degeneration. However, the underlying mechanism of melatonin remains to be elucidated. OBJECTIVE: To explore the biological effect and potential mechanism of melatonin in inhibiting hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced injury of human nucleus pulposus cells. METHODS: Human nucleus pulposus cells insolated from degenerative intervertebral disc were cultured in vitro. Cell proliferation and the optimal intervention concentration of melatonin and H2O2 were detected by cell counting kit-8. The Human nucleus pulposus cells treated with H2O2 were used as a model group; the cells treated with H2O2 and intervened with melatonin were used as a melatonin group; the cells cultured in simple medium were used as a control group. The reactive oxygen species levels were detected by 2',7'-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFH-DA), the expression levels of BAX and Caspase3 were detected by immunofluorescence, and the mRNA expression levels of BAX, BCL-2, Casepase3, PI3K and AKT were detected using the real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription PCR. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of cell counting kit-8 experiment showed that the optimal intervention concentration of H2O2 was 400 µmol/L and the optimal intervention concentration of melatonin was 5 µmol/L. The reactive oxygen species level in the melatonin group was significantly lower than that in the model group. The average fluorescence intensity of BAX and Caspase3 in the melatonin group was significantly lower than that in the model group. The mRNA expressions of BAX and Caspase3 in the melatonin group were lower than those in the model group, while the mRNA expression of Bcl-2 was increased. In addition, the mRNA expressions of PI3K and AKT were also higher in the melatonin group compared with the model group. To conclude, melatonin may protect human nucleus pulposus cells from H2O2-induced oxidative damage through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To explore the current status and trends on vancomycin use in patients with renal replacement therapy. METHODS: Based on the Web of Science Core Collection, literature related to vancomycin use in patients with renal replacement therapy published from Jan. 1st, 2007 to Oct. 11th, 2023 was searched. Bibliometric and visualization analysis were performed by using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software, including publication trends, geographic distribution characteristics, authors and institutions, journal distribution characteristics, and keyword information. RESULTS: A total of 747 publications were included. Since 2007, the number of publications in related fields had fluctuated and increased, with the United States (264 publications) being the country with the most publications, followed by Australia (76 publications) and China (71 publications). The University of Queensland (49 publications) had the most publications. Jason A Roberts(24 publications), David W Johnson (19 publications) and Jeffrey Lipman (19 publications) were the top 3 authors with the highest number of publications. Peritoneal Dialysis International (47 publications) was the the journal that had published the most relevant literature. Keywords in recent years had focused on topics such as acute renal injury, dosing regimens, therapeutic drug monitoring, population pharmacokinetics, and continuous renal replacement therapy. CONCLUSIONS: The optimal dose of vancomycin in patients on renal replacement therapy is unknown. It is a hot topic and trend in the field to give patients the appropriate dosing regimen through therapeutic drug monitoring and population pharmacokinetic modeling to achieve anti-infective efficacy and avoid adverse drug reactions. Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA-223-3p （miR-223-3p） on hepatic stellate cell （HSC） activation and its mechanism. Methods Human HSC LX2 cells were selected for the study, and LX2 cells were stimulated by TGF- β to establish a model of HSC activation； quantitative real-time PCR was used to measure the change in the expression level of miR-223-3p during HSC activation. After LX2 cells were transfected with miR-223-3p mimic, quantitative real-time PCR, Western blot， and immunofluorescence assay were used to clarify the regulatory effect of miR-223-3p on HSC activation, and dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to verify the association between miR-223-3p and the target geneMAP1B. After LX2 cells were transfected with MAP1B siRNA, Western blot was used to clarify the influence of inhibiting MAP1B expression on HSC activation； after LX2 cells were transfected with miR-223-3p, quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot were used to verify the regulatory effect of miR-223-3p on MAP1B. The independent-samples t test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups. Results HSC in the activated state had a significant reduction in the expression level of miR-223-3p compared with those in the resting state （t=9.12，P<0.001）. Overexpression of miR-223-3p inhibited the mRNA and protein expression levels of the markers for HSC activation alpha-smooth muscle actin and collagen type Ⅰ（mRNA expression：t=8.35 and 12.23, both P<0.01； protein expression：t=16.24 and 20.90， both P<0.001）. The dual-luciferase reporter assay confirmed that MAP1B was a potential target gene of miR-223-3p. Compared with the control group， LX2 cells with miR-223-3p overexpression had significant reductions in the mRNA and protein expression levels of MAP1B （mRNA expression：t=5.95，P<0.01； protein expression：t=11.12，P<0.001）. Objective　To explore and analyze the clinical application efficacy and prospect of neuronavigation positioning assisted endoscopic transnasal sphenoid approach for resection of pituitary adenomas under general anesthesia. Methods　A total of 68 patients who underwent pituitary adenoma surgery at the Neurosurgery Department of Yangjiang People's Hospital from September 2018 to April 2023 were collected and divided into two groups: an experimental group of 34 patients (neuronavigation-assisted endoscopic transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma resection) and a control group of 34 patients (microscopic transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma resection) . The surgery-related indicators, complication indicators, and preoperative and postoperative endocrine hormone indicators were analyzed and evaluated in both groups. Results　The probability of total tumor resection in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in postoperative imaging comparison, with statistical significance ( P<0.05) . The comparison of surgical time, bleeding volume, hospitalization time, surgical bleeding volume, and postoperative patient hormone indicators showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusions　Neuronavigation positioning assisted endoscopic transnasal sphenoid approach for resection of pituitary adenoma has the advantages of small trauma, safety, high efficiency, short hospital stay and high total resection rate.
