The phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase（PI3K）/protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway is an intracellular signal pathway related to proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, and an important pathway for the body′s self-protection. When PI3K is activated, it will phosphorylate its downstream molecule Akt, and then inhibit cell apoptosis, regulate cell survival and proliferation.PI3K/Akt signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of many lung diseases, such as acute lung injury, pneumonia, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, etc. The article reviews the mechanism of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the progression of pulmonary diseases. Objective To investigate the influence of bone cement dispersion on vertebral reconstruction after unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for single level osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) .Methods From July 2015 to June 2019,70 patients with single segmental OVCF who were treated with unilateral PKP in the hospital were selected and divided into group A (39 cases) and group B (31 cases) according to the degree of bone cement dispersion.The pain visual analogue scale (VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) scores, the amount of bone cement injected, the degree of kyphosis correction, the correction rate of vertebral anterior column height, and the leakage of bone cement were compared between the two groups.At the same time, the linear correlation between the correction rate of vertebral anterior column height and relevant parameters was analyzed.Results The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .There were no significant differences in the VAS and ODI scores between the two groups (P>0.05) .The preoperative vertebral anterior column height ratio in the group A was higher than that in the group B,with a statistically significant difference (P=0.030),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative vertebral anterior column height ratio (P>0.05) .There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) .There were no statistically significant differences in kyphosis angle before and after operation between the two groups (P>0.05) .The correction rate of vertebral anterior column height and kyphosis in the group B were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The amount of bone cement injected and the incidence of bone cement leakage in the group B were higher than those in the group A,with statistical significance differences (P<0.01) .There was no significant correlation between the correction rate of vertebral anterior column height, kyphosis correction and the incidence of bone cement leakage, but there was a negative correlation between the correction rate of vertebral anterior column height and the ratio of vertebral anterior column height (r=-14.901,P<0.001),and a positive correlation between the correction rate of vertebral anterior column height and the amount of bone cement injected (r=3.681,P<0.001) .Conclusion When unilateral PKP is used to treat patients with single level OVCF,the degree of bone cement dispersion during operation can well predict the effect of postoperative vertebral reconstruction. Objective To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on apoptosis and inflammatory reaction of nucleus pulposus(NP) in intervertebral disc degeneration and its mechanism. Methods A total of 54 adult SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, control group and ligustrazine group with 18 rats in each group. The improvement of discogenic pain and the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF- α), interleukin-1(IL-1), microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3)-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ and Beclin-1 were compared among the three groups. The autophagosome formation and NP apoptosis at 14 days after operation were observed. Results The mechanical retraction thresholds of the control group and the ligustrazine group at each time point were lower than that of the sham operation group (P <0.05). After treatment with ligustrazine, the pain in the ligustrazine group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.01). The numbers of TNF-α and IL-1 positive cells in the control group and the ligustrazine group at 7 and 14 days after operation were higher than those in the sham operation group (P <0.01). The numbers of TNF- α and IL-1 positive cells in the ligustrazine group at 7 and 14 days after operation were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The expression levels of LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ and Beclin-1 in the control group and the ligustrazine group at 7 and 14 days after operation were higher than those in the sham operation group (P < 0. 01). The expression levels of LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ and Beclin-1 in the ligustrazine group at 7 and 14 days after operation were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The number of autophagosomes in the ligustrazine group at 14 days after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of NP apoptosis in the control group and the ligustrazine group at 14 days after operation were higher than those in the sham operation group (P <0.01). The level of NP apoptosis in the ligustrazine group at 14 days after operation was lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Ligustrazine can inhibit inflammatory cytokines IL-1 and TNF-α during intervertebral disc degeneration expression level to improve pain symptoms, and inhibit the progression of intervertebral disc degeneration by effectively inhibiting the occurrence of NP autophagic apoptosis. This paper designs a high-sensitivity low frequency inductive magnetic sensor and introduces its specific structure and working principle. Through analyzing the main factors which affect the sensitivity， the paper proposed research methods of high sensitivity magnetic sensor. The structure of the sensor，the equivalent circuit of the coil，the coil winding manner，damping matching technology，strip shielding technology are introduced in details as well as a low-noise preamplifier technology. Meanwhile，comparative experiments demonstrated the high sensitivity of the sensor. Laboratory experiments and mine experiments all demonstrated excellent performance in actual sensor measurements. The developed inductive magnetic sensor meets the requirements of a variety of measurement environment， and the sensitivity reaches the advanced level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
