以聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)为软段,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为扩链剂,异佛尔酮二异氰 酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,合成了水性聚氨酯预聚体.通过进一步添加双酚芴(BPFL)反应合成一系 列含 Cardo环水性聚氨酯(WPUS).利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、粒径、热重、力学、X灢射线衍射、 水接触角测定和纸张表面施胶等方法对制备的 WPUS的结构和性能进行表征.结果表明,当 WPUS的 BPFL含量为3%时,WPUS乳液的粒径增大至95.21nm;膜的耐热性最大提高 31.36%;水接触角提升32.13%.不同乳液对纸张表面施胶后与未施胶纸张相比,WPUS3纸 张水接触角提升887.6%;抗张强度最大可达57.1N/mm2,提升46.41%;纸张耐折度最大可 达74次,比未施胶原纸高出60次.
