辐冠苣苔属为中国广东特有苦苣苔科单型属，因其具有苦苣苔科中相对比较少见的辐射状花冠裂片而得名。有学者提出因其属名Actinostephanus F. Wen, Y. G. Wei & L. F. Fu和已灭绝的化石浮游植物属名Actinostephanos Khursevich极其相似而易于混淆，应处理为晚出同名。依据2018年《国际藻类、菌物和植物命名法规（深圳法规）》，该文为该晚出同名拟定了一个新名称，即Radiaticorollarus Y. G. Wei, F. Wen & Lei Cai，并将其属下辐冠苣苔Actinostephanus enpingensis F. Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of three different staging schemes based on positive lymph nodes (pN), metastatic lymph nodes ratio (MLR) and log odds of positive lymph nodes (LODDS) in patients with T3 esophageal cancer. Methods From 2007 to 2014, clinicopathological characteristics of 905 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as T3 esophageal cancer and underwent radical esophagectomy in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Kaplan-Meier curves and Multivariate Cox proportional hazards models were used to evaluate the independent prognostic factors. The values of three lymph node staging schemes for predicting 5-year survival were analyzed by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results The 1-, 3- and 5-year overall survival rates of patients with T3 esophageal cancer were 80.9%, 50.0% and 38.4%, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that MLR stage, LODDS stage and differentiation were independent prognostic survival factors (P<0.05 for all). ROC curves showed that the area under the curve of pN stage, MLR stage, LODDS stage was 0.607, 0.613 and 0.618, respectively. However, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions LODDS is an independent prognostic factor for patients with T3 esophageal cancer. Objective: To explore the influence of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery on the clinical effect, safety and immune function of patients with gastric cancer Methods: 92 patients of gastric cancer undergoing D2 radical resection were enrolled in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014, in which patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (n=44) accepted traditional open surgery and Group B (n=48) adopted laparoscopic surgery. The clinical of surgery curative and immunologic functions were evaluated, and the adverse reactions in perioperative period were recorded and compared Results: The operative incision lengths and bleeding of Group B were superior to those of Group B (P<0.05), and the postoperative exhaust time of Group B was shorter than that of Group A, the pain relief of Group B was better than that of Group A (P<0.05). The CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell relative activity of cell immunity index was higher in Group B than those of Group A; the fluid immunity index of IgM, IgG and IgA in Group B were higher than those of Group A(P<0.05); no significant difference was observed in the intraoperative complications between two groups (P>0.05), and the incidence of postoperative complications in Group B was lower than that of Group A. Conclusions: Laparoscopic assisted D2 radical gastrectomy significantly improved the clinical curative of gastric cancer, decreased the impact on immune function and enhance the safety. Objective: To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of three-field minimally invasive esophagectomy in the treatment of Siewert type I esophago-gastric junctional squamous carcinoma. Methods: From January 1, 2009, to March 1, 2012, 114 consecutive patients with Siewert type I esophagogastric junctional suamous carcinoma were involved in this retrospective study. Patients were randomly assigned by a computer-generated randomization sequence to receive either three-incision open esophagectomy or minimally invasive esophagectomy. Details concerning short-term efficacy and complications were collected and analyzed. Results: Totally, 59 patients were involved in the open esophagectomy group and 55 patients were involved in the minimally invasive esophagectomy group. The incidence of pulmonary morbidity(9.09% versus 28.81%) and vocal cord paralysis(0% versus 15.25%) in the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those in the open esophagectomy group(P<0.05). Furthermore, the postoperative quality of life in the minimally invasive esophagectomy group was better than that in the open esophagectomy group. The 2-year survival rate was 83.6% in the minimally invasive esophagectomy group(46 of 55 patients) and 79.7% in the open esophagectomy group(47 of 59 patients), no significant difference was observed(P>0.05).
