Venous leg ulcers (VLU) associated with chronic venous insufficiency have a high rate of recurrence, reinforcing the chronic ulcer and causing a potentially vicious cycle. In this paper, the risk factors and nursing care of VLU relapse were reviewed. Based on evaluation of risk of recurrence, targeted measures were carried out to reduce the risk factors of recurrence in primary prevention, to prevent venous disease from causing VLU recurrence in secondary prevention, and to taking various means of treatment to actively treat patients with existing VLU. Circular RNAs (circRNA) are a class of multifunctional non-coding RNAs with a covalently ring structure, playing a variety of biological roles within cells. Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder originating from hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. Although the current research on circRNA in CML is not yet comprehensive, evidence has shown that circRNA plays a significant role in the onset and progression of CML. This review summarizes the involvement of circRNA in CML, particularly focusing on its contribution to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) resistance, and discusses the potential utility of circRNA for diagnosing and assessing prognosis in CML. This study determined the particle release area based on the abundance data of largehead hairtail eggs obtained from the ichthyoplankton surveys in the coastal waters of the southern Yellow Sea (119°E-124°E, 33°N-37°N) conducted from 2018 to 2022. Subsequently, the Finite-volume Coastal Ocean Model (FVCOM) coupled with the Lagrangian particle tracking algorithm was employed to simulate the transport process of largehead hairtail larvae. The primary objectives were to investigate the spawning periods, spawning grounds, and nursery habitats of largehead hairtail in the southern Yellow Sea, and to assess the influence of oceanic conditions on the egg distribution and larval dispersion. The results indicated that largehead hairtail spawned in spring and summer in the southern Yellow Sea with the eggs appeared in May, July and August, and August was the peak spawning month. Largehead hairtail eggs were mainly distributed in 19-30 m waters in May, and 11-70 m waters in August. The sea surface temperature and sea bottom temperature for the presence of largehead hairtail eggs was 13.9-29.7 and 8.4-28.3 ℃ respectively. The Random Forest model analysis revealed that water temperature and depth were the main environmental factors affecting the abundance of largehead hairtail eggs. Particle tracking simulation experiments showed that the particles released in May mainly spread towards the northwest coastal area of the particle release area after 1-15 days (when the swim bladder has not formed and the larvae have no vertical migration behavior), and after 16-40 days (when the swim bladder has formed and the larvae have vertical migration behavior), the particles left the coastal area and spread eastward to the waters near a 50 m water depth. In July and August, before the occurrence of vertical migration behavior, larvae stayed in the near-bottom layer and most of them were transported from the release area to the nearshore waters; After that, larvae moved slightly from the near-shore aggregation area to the off-shore direction. Some of the individuals released in the offshore deep-water areas spread to the north and northeast in a short-distance, and the dispersal pattern did not change significantly in their whole larval stages. Aggregation areas of largehead hairtail larvae derived from field surveys in August were consistent with the results of particle transport simulation experiments. We thought that the season and spatial location of spawning, the diel vertical migration characteristics of larval fish, and the regional upwelling and frontal structure were the dominant factors that shape the transport pattern of largehead hairtail larvae. The results of the study provide a scientific basis for understanding the habitat selection mechanism of egg and larvae stages and early replenishment dynamics of this fish in the southern Yellow Sea, and help for the management and protection of largehead hairtail resources. Obiective: To compare characteristics of alveolar macrophages( AMs) or AM-like cells in vitro cultured from different progenitors in mice of different ages in presence of GM-CSF, TGF-β and PPAR-γ agonist rosiglitazone (in brief, GTR), according to a previously reported optimized culture procedure. Methods: After bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( BALF) and bone marrow were isolated from mice of different ages and fetal livers were isolated from embryonic-day-15~17 mice, mononuclear cells were seeded into 12-well plates and cultured in presence of GTR. Generated cells were subjected to flow cytometry analysis to analyze expressions of AM markers F4/80, CD11b, CD170 and CD11c. Results: After culture, almost all BALF-derived cells were round-shaped under light microscope, about half bone marrow-derived cells appeared round-shaped, and about 85% fetal liver-derived cells showed round-shaped morphology. Frequency of BALF-AMs from 4-week-old mice was nearly 90%. Frequency and number of BALF-AMs increased with age of mice. Number of BALF-AMs from 12-week-old mice was nearly 1×106. Frequency of bone marrow-derived AM-like cells from 4-week-old mice was lower than 20% and increased to about 40%~45% for 8-week-old and 12-week-old mice. Number of bone marrow-derived AM-like cells increased with age of mice, and about 0.8×106 cells/well bone marrow-derived AM-like cells were produced from 12-week-old mice. Frequency of fetal liver-derived AM-like cells was around 84% and their number could reach 4×106 cells/well. Conclusion: Purity and number of AMs or AM-like cells in vitro cultured from different progenitors in mice of different ages vary dramatically. Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of infective endophthalmitis after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and establish a predictive model. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 12,308 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2023, and all patients underwent phacoemulsification of cataract combined with intraocular lens implantation surgery, and the occurrence of postoperative infectious endophthalmitis was statistically counted. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of infective endophthalmitis after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. The predictive model was constructed according to the regression model, and the predictive efficiency of the predictive model was verified by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: Infectious endophthalmitis occurred in 32 of 12 308 patients (0.26%). The results of univariate analysis showed that the infection group was older than the control group (P<0.05), the proportion of diabetes mellitus, operation time≥30 min, incision≥3.2 mm, PMMA implantation, posterior capsule rupture was higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the proportion of preventive antibiotic use and post-lens irrigation was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥70 years old, combined diabetes mellitus, posterior capsule rupture and PMMA intraocular lens implantation were risk factors for infective endophthalmitis after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation(P<0.05), and intraoperative antibiotic use and post-lens irrigation were protective factors (P<0.05). The prediction model was constructed with the retained variables of Logistic regression, and the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test was P>0.05. ROC analysis predicted the area under the curve of infective endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was 0.832, and the sensitivity and specificity were 81.25% and 85.12%, respectively. Conclusion: Age≥70 years old，combined diabetes mellitus, posterior capsule rupture and implantation of PMMA intraocular lens are risk factors for postoperative infectious endophthalmitis. Intraoperative antibiotic use and post-lens irrigation can reduce the risk of infectious endophthalmitis. The excessive nitrogen in aquaculture easily causes the deterioration of water quality and threatens the growth and reproduction of aquatic animals, thus a safe and efficient nitrogen removal method is urgently needed. An ammonia‑degrading bacterium was selected from the sludge at the bottom of an aquaculture pond in Fujian province. After the strain identification, the adaptive domestication was carried out. The effects of different conditions on the growth of the strain and its ammonia‑nitrogen degradation were studied. Subsequently, nitrite was used as the only nitrogen source to detect the aerobic denitrification characteristics of the strains. The strain was identified as Bacillus aryabhattai by 16S rRNA and named as JN01. After acclimation, the growth of the strain and removal rate of ammonia nitrogen increased at varied degrees, and the removal rate of nitrogen was up to 87.29% with the initial NH4 + ‑N concentration was 200 mg/L. The results of single factor experiment showed that the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen of the strain reached 92.78% when NH4 + ‑N concentration was 200 mg/L, sodium succinate as carbon source, carbon to nitrogen ratio was 15∶1, pH 7.5 and culture temperature was 30℃ . Under the condition that nitrite nitrogen was the only nitrogen source, strain JN01 also performed aerobic denitrification, and the degradation rate of NO2 - ‑N was 82.30%. In order to promote the application of BIM technology in the collaborative design of building structure, based on BIM, collaborative design principle and LOD theory, the system analysis method is used to establish a collaborative design process of building structure construction drawing based on BIM-Review, and analyze the problems of structure information data transmission in collaborative design process. Using Revit secondary development platform and Export/Import Excel plug-in to solve the problem of information extraction and transformation in BIM model transformation process. It is proposed to establish a structural standard design family and library that conforms to the structural construction drawing standard and the BIM standard, in order to realize the structural leveling drawing in Revit. The research results are helpful to the effective transmission and application of structural design information, and to improve the quality and efficiency of structural design. In order to reduce the interference of noise and uneven distribution of gray level in low dose chest CT images while segmenting pulmonary nodules, this paper proposed a new segmentation method. The method incorporated a fuzz)' speed function into the active contour model, based on fuzzy membership degree, to be the evolution limit weight factor, which could e-liminate the interference of noise and other factors, as well as improve the evolution efficiency. Aiming at juxta-vascular nodules, the method fixed the membership degree by introducing a vessel characteristic coefficient to depress the influence of a plenty of vessel regions in the lung parenchyma. After experimental verification, the algorithm can improve the accuracy of the pulmonary nodules segmentation effectively and work better for juxta-vascular nodules.
