Objective To investigate the clinical effect of live laetobaeillus capsule combined with ozone liquid in treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 60 cases with senile vaginitis in Dianjiang County Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of random number table, 30 cases in each group. The treatment of control group was live laetobaeillus capsule, the treatment group was ozone liquid on the basis of the control group. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptoms was compared in two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and symptom score, vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness were significantly better than those the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Live laetobaeillus capsule combined with ozone liquid has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile vaginitis, and can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the pH and cleanliness of vaginal, which has a certain clinical a pplication value.
