Objective To analyze the participation of mutual help and pension and influencing factors of the elderly in China, and to provide a reference basis for the long -term development of mutual help. Methods Based on the China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey (CLASS) data, single -factor deck analysis, non-conditional logistic regression and Shapley decomposition method was used to analyze the influencing factors and differences in the participation of the elderly people in my country. Results The participation rate of mutual support for the elderly in China was only 19.72%, the participation level was low, and the awareness of mutual support for the elderly was weak. Multivariate Logistic regression results showed that the participation of the elderly in mutual support for themwas affected by the demographic characteristics, personal physical conditions, family conditions, pension concepts and ways. Shapley decomposition showed that the contribution rate of each factor to the elderly's participation in mutual support for the elderly was different, and the physical condition of the elderly had the greatest impact on their participation in mutual support for the elderly, the contribution rate was 19.96%. The second was the participation in insurance and the need for help from others, with the contribution rates of 19.27% and 12.33% respectively. Conclusion It's of great importance tocreate a platform for mutual assistance for the elderly, improve the government incentive mechanism, improve the community support network, and create a good atmosphere of mutual assistance, strengthen mutual assistance pension and education, and play a role of family support. The Middle East is an important node area of "One Belt and One Road" initiative. A profound analysis of its complex geo-setting and driving mechanism is of great significance to safeguarding economic interests, improving "great power status" and international Influence of China. This study analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution of the geo-setting of the Middle East, and the mechanism of spatial disparity as well. The results show that: (1) Taking the "Arab Spring" in 2010 as the "turning point", the evolution of the geo-setting in the Middle East can be divided into two stages: a period of mild fluctuations (2000-2009) and a period of severe fluctuations (2010-2020). (2) From 2000 to 2020, the geopolitical structure of the Middle East has tran‐ sitioned from "one core" where Iraq is in an advantage position into "one core" dominated by Iran. The geo-setting has evolved from "higher in the west and lower in the east, higher in the center" to "higher in the east and lower in the west, higher in the north and lower in the south" spatial patterns, and the trend of "advancing east" is obvious. In 2020, high-value areas of geo-setting were distributed in northern and eastern countries such as Iran, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, while low-value areas of geo-setting were concentrated in southern and western countries such as Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon. (3) The driving mechanism of geo-setting in the Middle East involves natural environmental, political and military relations and economic relations, economic structure, space structure, America and Russia's Game of Strategy and Interests in the Middle East. Among them, natural environmental acts as the supporting force; political and military relations, economic relations and economic structure act as the driving forces; space structure acts as the friction force; American-Russian game acts as the motive force. Objective To investigate the effect of TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWAEK) and its receptor fibroblast growth factor -inducible 14 (Enl4) on the migration of hepatic stellate cells and the possible mechanism. Methods The human hepatic stellate cell line LX -2 cells were treated with TWEAK or Enl4 specific small interfering RNA (Enl4 siRNA) + TWEAK. Transwell chamber was used to observe the migration of hepatic stellate cells, and real - time PGR and Western blot were used to measure the expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 ( MMP9). The independent samples t - test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups; a one - way a-nalysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups, and the least significant difference t - test was used for further comparison between two groups. Results Compared with normal LX -2 cells, the TWEAK group had a significant increase in the migration of LX -2 cells (105 ±8 vs 164 ± 17 , t = 5. 287 ,P <0. 01) , and compared with the negative control group, the Enl4 siRNA + TWEAK group had a significant reduction in the number of migrated cells (122 ± 9 vs 58 ± 7, t = 9. 836, P <0. 01 ). When LX -2 cells were treated with TWEAK, the mRNA and protein expression of MMP9 increased in a time - dependent manner (both P <0.05 ) , while the Enl4 siRNA + TWEAK group had significant reductions in the mRNA and protein expression of MMP9 compared with the TWEAK group (t =5. 358 , P < 0. 01 ). Six superior individual trees were selected from JiuKeng cultivar by the means of natural and artificial selections. Each of the superior plant was identified, including sensory quality, mainly chemical components, biological characteristics, adverse resistance and so on. The identification results show that it belonged to early germination. Its green tea had durable fragrance aroma and excellent quality. The content of amino acid and tea polyphenol respectively was 2. 8 % and 28. 38 %. It was characterized by strong resistance and germination of high density. In order to study the quality changes of Liubao tea in different storage time, samples of Liubao tea of different storage ages (pro duced in 2010, 2007 and 2004) were analyzed for sensory quality, main chemical components and aroma compounds. Sensory quality evaluation demonstrated that storage time was benefit to improve and advance the quality of Liubao tea. Through analyzing the main chemical com position, the results showed that after aging, Liubao tea exhibited an increase in the contents of caffeine and TB, and a decrease in the con tents of water extract, amino acids, tea polyphenols and TR, whereas no obvious change in TF content was observed. Through analyzing the aroma constituents, the results showed that alcohols, hydrocarbons and oxygen heterocyclic compounds were the dominant aroma sunbstances in Liubao tea produced in 2010, and the dominant aroma constituents of Liubao tea produced in 2007 and 2004 included alcohols, esters and hydrocarbon compounds. With increasing storage year, relative content of aroma components of Liubao increased obviously with a-Famesene, Salicylic acid methyl ester, Aceticacid benzyl ester and so on, among which the most significant is the increase of a-Farnesene, and volatile components of a-Terpineol, 1, 2, 3-Trimethoxybenzene, Estragole decreased significantly.
