Green fluorescent lead-free copper based perovskite CS3Cu2Cl5. particles were synthesized by hot injection method. The photoluminescence quantum yield (Φ), lifespan and environmental stability of CS3Cu2Cl5. was studied under different synthesis conditions by characterizing its structure, morphology, and fluorescence performance. The result showed that the CS3Cu2Cl5. perovskite particles synthesized under the reaction temperature of 150℃ had the highest photoluminescence quantum yield, and reached the highest value about 43.5% in the fourth week, with the fluorescence lifetime about 95μs After being stored in air for one month, the original crystal structure and good fluorescence properties were still maintained, demonstrating good stability. To investigate the effect of inlet gas relative humidity on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack under variable load conditions, the dynamic cycling condition was designed with two step conditions of current densities ranging from 0. 10 to 0.35 A/cm² and from 0. 10 to 1.00 A/cm², and steady state condition of current densities of 0. 10, 0.35 and 1.00 A/cm². Five sets of tests with humidity levels of 20%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 80% were performed. The results show that the sensitivity of the stack to humidity is different at different current densities under the constant current condition, and humidity has great impact on the stack performance at high current density. The stack voltage appears to be downstroke and upstroke in the variable load process, and the amount of voltage downstroke in the loading process is related to the variable load amplitude and humidity, while the voltage consistency of single cell of the stack is deteriorated and related to the inlet gas relative humidity.` [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Taking CSSCI, El and Core Journals in CNKI database as data sources, we analyzed the present research situation and hot topics about farmland rights confirmation in 2013-2022 in China. The study of farmland rights confirmation had been an important research direction to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China. Following with the system improvement and confirmation of certification work completed, it could be seen from the quantity of published articles in the past ten years that the research on farmland right confirmation had entered a mature stage. The keyword co-occurrence and clustering mapping showed that the researches focused on the farmland rights confirmation with farmland policies and systems transformation, farmland transfer mechanism, records management of registration certificate, agricultural production efficiency and non-agricultural transfer of labour force. (1) Background--it has important theoretical and practical significance to systematically sort out and summarize the relevant achievements of the value realization of ecological products, and look forward to the future research direction of the value realization of ecological products in China. (2) Methods--On the basis of a review of the relevant literature on the value realization of ecological products, this paper summarizes and summarizes the existing literature from multiple perspectives, and also prospected the research direction of the value realization of ecological products in China in the future. (3) Results--Ecological products are mainly natural elements with certain functional properties of products. According to different criteria, ecological products can be divided into a variety of types. The theoretical explanation of the value of ecological products is mainly derived from the labor theory of value and the utility theory of value. The value accounting methods of ecological products mainly include equivalence factor method, function price method and ecological element method, and these three methods have their own advantages and disadvantages and scope of application. The value realization of ecological products is faced with five challenges, such as "supply difficulty, accounting difficulty, mortgage difficulty, transaction difficulty and realization difficulty". The breakthrough point of the value realization of ecological products lies in how to accurately measure the external value of ecological products. According to the different exchange subjects, exchange mechanisms and exchange carriers of the use value of ecological products, the practical modes of the value realization of ecological products can be divided into eight modes. The realization mechanism of the value of ecological products mainly includes market-dominated, government-dominated, government-market combination-dominated and society-dominated, among which government-dominated is the main mechanism of the value realization of ecological products. The economic policy tools to realize the value of ecological products are mainly divided into market-oriented and non-market-oriented tools. The collaborative governance of the value realization of ecological products needs to give full play to the power of community residents, and finally form a sustainable development path of realizing the value of ecological products that is "government-dominated, enterprises and all sectors of society participating, and marketization operation". (4) Conclusions and Discussions--On the whole, the value realization of ecological products in China is in the exploratory stage both in theory and in practice, and there is still a broad space in terms of the scope and depth of research. The existing research mainly has the following shortcomings: First, the definition of the concept of ecological products is still unclear, and the classification is controversial. Second, there is a disconnection between the value accounting and value realization of ecological products. Third, the research on the value realization of ecological products still needs to be further refined. Fourth, The collaborative governance mechanism to realize the value of ecological products needs to be explored. Fifth, the collaborative governance of the value realization of ecological products does not pay attention to community collective actions. In future research, it is necessary to build a unified classification system catalog of ecological products, explore the accounting methods that can be directly applied to economic activities such as ecological compensation and market transactions, accurately measure the conversion efficiency of the value realization of ecological products, and give full play to the power of community collective actions. Reliability-based optimum design can effectively deal with the uncertainty existing in geotechnical engineering, which gains increased attention in the engineering and academic communities. However, the traditional reliability-based analysis method necessitates a large number of computations and requires continuous reconstruction of the calculation model, making it challenging to execute. In view of this, a slip-line theory-based probabilistic method was developed for slope design. In order to quickly and accurately identify the slope angle of the design under the condition of satisfying the objective failure probability, a binary search method was proposed to determine the slope angle of the design. In each search, the slip-line theory was applied to assess the stability of slopes, and the efficient quasi-Monte Carlo simulation (QMCS) was employed to estimate the failure probability of slopes. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified using a real engineering slope with thickly layered soil. The results show that the proposed method can obtain the design slope angle satisfying the objective failure probability in only 36. 29 min, demonstrating the efficiency of the proposed method. The proposed method for slope design reduces the need for repetitive reconstruction of the calculation model and improves the calculation efficiency of design work. Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) is the most common head and neck tumor. Patients are generally diagnosed with advanced stage attributed to no clinically evident symptom at the early stage. For locally advanced SCCHN, cisplatin-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT) is the standard non-surgical treatment. However, the tolerance to high-dose cisplatin is poor owing to the high prevalence of comorbidities in patients with SCCHN. There are also concerns on the acute and late toxicities of CRT. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is proved to be overexpressed in most SCCHN and it is associated with resistance to cytotoxic agents and radiotherapy leading to poor prognosis. Anti-EGFR antibody, which competes with EGFR ligands, can lead to receptor internalization, antibody-receptor complex down-regulation and tumor death. In addition, anti-EGFR antibody can play a role in radiosensitization by affecting cell cycle, DNA damage repair and angiogenesis. Radiotherapy combined with anti-EGFR antibody was demonstrated to improve survival when compared to radiotherapy alone, while consensus on anti-EGFR antibody delivery in the eligible patients, optimal intervention time and the management of adverse effects when combined with radiotherapy are yet warranted. According to the current recommendations, all patients with locally advanced SCCHN should be assessed for the tolerance of standard dose cisplatin prior to CRT. Radiotherapy with cetuximab is an alternative for patients who cannot tolerate. For those who received induction chemotherapy with the purpose of tumor downstaging or organ preservation, the standard regimen is TPF (docetaxel+cisplatin+5-fluorouracil) scheme. TPE scheme, using cetuximab as a substitution for fluorouracil, is an option for toxicities reducing. Managements of skin reactions, oral mucositis and radiation dermatitis are proposed. Observation quality is one of the key issues to assess the performances of satellite navigation system. As the main error of positioning and navigation, the multipath delay mitigation has be‐ come the focus of the research in global navigation satellite system. Because the traditional multipath model‐ ling strategy cannot obtain the global optimal solutions, this paper proposes a real-time multipath correction model for BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS) observation with information constraints. Methods: Firstly, the regularization algorithm combined with total variation term is used to denoise and solve the mul‐ tipath delay series based on the estimated BDS multipath delays. Secondly, the trend and random parts of multipath delays are separately processed and together modelled, in which the strategy of least square plus autoregression is used to estimate model coefficients of multipath delay model by one-step solution. Finally, the multipath mitigation model is further optimized by introducing the estimated model coefficients as the prior information constraints in the BDS real-time applications.Results: The results of real-time experiments of BDS precise point positioning show that, compared with the traditional strategy, the position ac‐ curacy of BDS-2 PPP in east (E), north (N) and up (U) directions can be improved with 10.6%−64.9%, 0.0%−59.1% and 12.6%−67.2% (B1I+B3I), respectively. Moreover, the position accuracy of BDS-3 PPP can be optimized with at least 13.9%, 60.0%, 45.9% (B1I+B3I) and 19.1%, 46.5%, 23.9% (B1C+B2a) in E, N and U directions, respectively. To address the problem of low efficiency of speech transmission in emergency broadcast, this paper proposes a speech compression method based on the wavelet transform and K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD) to improve the information transmission timeliness of emergency broadcast. Firstly, the proposed method discards the high-frequency components which is obtained from the speech wavelet decomposition, and replaces them with random signals during the wavelet synthesis process. Next, in the compressed sensing process of the low-frequency component, it is sparsely represented by an overcomplete dictionary which is trained by the K-SVD learning algorithm. Finally, the method reconstruct this signal by an improved algorithm of the generalized orthogonal matching pursuit based on subspace backtracking. Experimental results show that the perceptual evaluation of speech quality(PESQ) of the reconstructed emergency broadcast speech reaches 3.717 at a compression efficiency of 50%, the PESQ is 3% to 47% better than the comparison algorithms. This indicates that the method can improve the speech reconstruction quality of emergency broadcast and ensure the timeliness of emergency broadcast transmission while ensuring the compression efficiency.
