- Abstract
Chemical composition analysis of Jinglian Hexiao Formula was conducted using ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE ) combined with UNIFI software. The Supelco Ascentis®Express C18 column (3. 0 mm×50 mm, 2. 7 μm) was used for gradient elution with a mobile phase system of acetonitrile (A) -0. 1% formic acid aqueous solution (B) . The electrospray ion source (ESI) was used to scan in the positive and negative ion mode, and UNIFI software and related literature were used to analyze and identify the components. The accurate relative molecular mass and tandem mass spectrometry data of the compounds were analyzed with the assistance of UNIFI software, and in combination with the mass spectrometry information of reference standards and relevant literature. A total of 187 chemical components were identified, including 77 flavonoids, 41 organic acids, 26 terpenoids, 24 phenylpropanoids, 12 phthalides and 7 other compounds. UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE technology can rapidly identify the chemical components in Jinglian Hexiao Formula with high accuracy, providing a reliable basis for the study of pharmacological substance [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

17. 基于UPLC-Q TOF-MSE 技术的藤黄健骨丸指纹图谱建立 及共有峰鉴定.

- Abstract
To establish the high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) fingerprint of Tenghuang Jiangu Wan (THJGW) and improve its quality standard,a Waters Symmetry C18 column (150 mm×2. 1 mm, 3. 5 µm) was used and a gradient elution with 0. 1% formic acid in water (A) and 0. 1% formic acid in acetonitrile (B) was performed as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 4 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the injection volume was 2 µL and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. The fingerprint of THJGW was established and analyzed for its similarity by using the “Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System (2012 version)”. The identification of common peaks was characterized by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight-mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q TOF-MSE ) combining with reference standards. The relative retention times and relative peak areas of common peaks in the fingerprints of 10 batches of Tenghuang Jiangu Wan were calculated. A total of 20 common peaks were determined in the fingerprints of 10 batches from THJGW, and the similarities were all above 0. 95. Based on the information of reference standards and tandem mass spectrometry, the structures of 13 components in the common peaks were identified. And then, the corresponding Chinese medicines for each peak were attributed. The relative retention times and relative peak areas of common peaks in all batches of samples were relatively stable, corresponding to a constant content of ingredients. The similarity of the intermediates was evaluated using this fingerprint and showed a good correlation between intermediates and finished products. This method is precise, reproducible and stabilized. It can be used not only for quality control of the finished product of THJGW, but also for the detection of the intermediates. - Abstract
Through the sediment model experiment of movable bed in dam area, the sediment discharge issue of Kalabeili Reservoir was studied. The flow pattern in front of the dam, the change of flow velocity along the dam and the shape of sand funnel were observed during the operation of reservoir sediment discharge. The effect of reservoir sediment discharge under different water levels and different working conditions of sand discharge tunnel was analyzed. The possibility of restoring part of the reservoir capacity was discussed through the open discharge test. The studies have shown that water depth and sediment discharge are important factors affecting reservoir sediment discharge, and the efficiency of reducing water level and sediment discharge is higher under the same sediment discharge. The reservoir should seize the favorable opportunity and flexibly use various ways to flush sand according to the upstream water and sediment conditions and the operation of the power station and the sedimentation elevation in front of the flushing tunnel. 41. PET/CT误诊的原发灶隐匿颈淋巴结转移癌临床分析.

- Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of PET/CT in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastases of occult primary tumors and to discuss the significance of multidisciplinary team in diagnosing these patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on patients with cervical lymph node metastases as the first symptom from March 2012 to March 2022, in which the location of the primary lesion shown by PET/CT was not consistent with the final pathological results. The clinical characteristics of false negative and false positive patients were analyzed, and the application value of PET/CT and other examination methods in such patients were discussed, as well as the application of multidisciplinary team in the diagnosing and treating processes. Results Among 10 patients with lymph node metastases, 5 cases were confirmed as false positive and 5 cases were false negative. The false positive sites included the tonsils in 4 cases and the aryepiglottic fold in 1 case. The false negative patients had different tumor locations. All patients had undergone multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment during the diagnosing and treating processes. Conclusions The detection rate of PET/CT in cervical lymph node metastases with occult primary tumors is gradually decreasing. The significance and time of PET/CT scanning should be reconsidered. A scientific evaluation of the differences in the resource environment level between the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin and their causes is of great significance for achieving high-quality economic development in both basins. This study constructed an evaluation index system of the resource environment level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin based on the 'pressure-state-response' theoretical framework, consisting of three systems, nine pillars, and 28 independent indicators. The CRITIC-entropy weight method combined weight weighting and the TOPSIS model were used to measure the resource environment level, and kernel density estimation, the Dagum Gini coefficient, and the QAP analysis model were introduced to analyze the detailed distribution characteristics, regional differences, and the causes of these differences from the pressure system, the state system, and the response system, to further explore the differences in the resource environment level between the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin. The study found that: ① The resource environment level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin presented a differentiation pattern of 'high in the south and low in the north'. The state system was a weak link restricting the development in the resource environment level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin. ② The overall difference in the resource environment level between the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin was low, and regional differences were the main source of the overall difference. ③ The state system difference was the main cause of the differences in the resource environment level between the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin, the response system difference was the main cause of the differences in the resource environment level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the state system difference was the main cause of the differences in the resource environment level in the Yellow River Basin. There was no doubt that strengthening the top-level design and the dynamic linkage between the central and local governments, guiding industrial ecology and ecological industrialization, gradually building and improving the joint prevention and control system of ecological and environmental pollution control, and forming a benign interaction of the 'pressure-state-response' system of the resource environment level were important to achieve a reasonable layout of China's resource environment level and improve the overall resource environment level. Relying on the major strategic layout of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin, fully releasing the national policy dividend of urban agglomeration planning along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yellow River Basin, taking advantage of the location and element advantages of the river basins, strengthening the exchanges within and between the river basins, and forming a regional pattern with complementary advantages between China's north and south regions and high-quality development are conducive to the achievement of the overall improvement of the resource environment level and reduce the differences between the north and the south in China.
