Mytilus is one of bivalves with great economic and ecological values. The innate immune defense of Mytilus shows great significance in the study of marine biological immunology. Hemolymph is the main immune tissue for Mytilus. The Nanopore full-length transcriptome of Mytilus coruscus hemocytes, and the serum differential proteomics based on SDS-PAGE analysis were performed to identify key proteins involving in the immune response of Mytilus hemolymph in response of different bacteria and fungi stresses. A total of 44 proteins were identified in the serum induced by different microorganisms. Among them, 26 proteins showed significant differential expression level in response to different microbial stresses, and their functions were involved in protein folding protection, cell autophagy and apoptosis regulation, reactive oxygen species production, energy metabolism regulation, cell detoxification, and immune regulation. The changes in expression levels of these proteins varied in response to different bacterial and fungal stresses, suggesting that Mytilus has different immune response strategies to different bacterial and fungal stresses. The results provide a new scientific basis for understanding the differential immune mechanism of Mytilus innate immune system in response to different types of microbial invasion, as well as the screening of specific biomarker proteins for microbial infection, and provide ideas for the healthy development and disease prevention of shellfish aquaculture. 21. 基于时序遥感的撂荒地监测及空间格局特征分析.

- Abstract
With rapid urbanization and the structural transformation of economic development, cultivated land abandonment is becoming more serious, posing great threats and challenges to the security of food production. The rapid and accurate monitoring of cultivated land abandonment is of great value for ensuring regional and national food security. In view of the urgent need for abandoned land monitoring, we proposed a method to identify abandoned land based on the temporal features of optical time series data. First, the NDVI time series of cultivated lands was constructed using multitemporal Sentinel-2 data. The constructed NDVI time series was preprocessed to filter out outliers among the observations. Subsequently, the amplitude feature of the NDVI time series was extracted for cultivated land. We acquired the amplitudes of the abandoned and non-abandoned land samples and generated statistics for the range of amplitudes. We then extracted the optimal threshold of NDVI amplitude for separating abandoned land from non-abandoned land using two steps: initialization and optimization of the threshold. In the initialization step, the maximum NDVI amplitude among the abandoned land samples was set as the initial threshold. In the optimization step, the threshold was decreased in step of 0.01, and the F1-score was calculated iteratively to determine the optimal threshold. With a decrease in the threshold when the F1-score reached its highest value, the corresponding threshold was set as the optimal threshold. Accordingly, the rule for abandoned land recognition was constructed; namely, when the NDVI amplitude was lower than the optimal threshold, cultivated land was classified as abandoned land. Finally, based on the mapping results, landscape pattern indices were calculated to analyze the landscape pattern characteristics of abandoned lands. The proposed method was validated in Potou District, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China. The main results of the study were as follows: 1) Comparing the NDVI time series curves of abandoned and non-abandoned lands, we found that the NDVI time series curves of abandoned land changed gently, whereas the NDVI time series of non-abandoned land changed with great fluctuation due to the phenological process of crop growth. 2) By iteratively searching for the optimal NDVI amplitude, the optimal segmentation threshold of NDVI amplitude was 0.42 for distinguishing abandoned lands from non-abandoned lands in Potou. We used 100 abandoned and non-abandoned land samples to validate their accuracy. By using this optimal threshold, the overall recognition accuracy of abandoned land reached 91.83%, and the overall extraction accuracy of non-abandoned land reached 90.20%. 3) The calculation results of the landscape pattern index of abandoned lands revealed that these are generally small and have irregular shapes. Abandoned lands were scattered throughout Potou. This study demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively identify abandoned land using the amplitude of NDVI time series. This method can produce highly reliable abandoned land mapping and shows good potential for largescale agricultural applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The high humidity and diversified corrosion in offshore saline areas urgently require improving the durability of concrete, such as corrosion resistance. Combined with the corrosive environment of a thermal power plant project in Lianyungang to address the risk of internal and external temperature difference stress cracking and anti-corrosion durability of mass concrete. Research was conducted on the compressive strength, adiabatic temperature rise, volume stability, resistance to chloride ion corrosion, and resistance to sulfate corrosion of configured concrete. The results indicate that anti-corrosion mixtures such as S95 grade mineral powder and fly ash should be used for mass concrete in offshore saline areas, with mineral powder content of 30%~35% and fly ash+early strength activator content of 20%~25%. The activator prepared based on the principle of novel geopolymer alkali excitation can effectively avoid the adverse effects of large amounts of admixtures on the early strength of concrete, thereby avoiding the risk of corrosion damage. The reasonable use of large amounts of admixtures can improve the workability and corrosion resistance of concrete, reduce cement consumption, and meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and durability in saline areas. The research can provide a foundation and reference for the preparation of corrosion-resistant, low shrinkage, and high-performance concrete in offshore saline areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Since photovoltaic ( PV) arrays installationin in harsh outdoor environments, PV faults frequently occur during their operation. To accurately identify the fault types of PV arrays, a sand cat swarm optimization support vector machine (SCSO-SVM) was proposed for PV module fault identification. In addition, the SCSO-SVM, support vector machine ( SVM), particle swarm optimized support vector machine (PSO-SVM), genetic optimized support vector machine (GA-SVM), sparrow optimized support vector machine (SSA-SVM), gray wolf optimized support vector machine (GWO-SVM) and whale optimized support vector machine (WOA-SVM) algorithms were compared. First of all, all six SVM hybrid algorithms overcome the disadvantage that SVM diagnosis results were easily affected by the initial values of parameters, and the recognition accuracy was improved compared with traditional SVM algorithms, but the recognition time was increased for all of them. Secondly, SCSO-SVM recognition was the best among the seven algorithms, which overcomed the vulnerability of SVM to the initial values of parameters and improved the recognition accuracy by about 9. 459 4% compared to SVM. Because it is more effective in finding the SVM penalty factors and kernel function parameters. Then, for the same algorithm, the recognition accuracy of the algorithm decreased with decreasing input features because the fewer the input features, the less effective it was to characterize the output properties of the PV modules under different fault types. However, the recognition time of the algorithm was not brief with the decrease of the input features. Therefore, the appropriate input features were selected to balance the fault recognition accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm. Finally, it was found that the recognition effect of the seven algorithms depends on the effect of the dataset. The reason may be that there are differences in generalizability due to excessive selection of parameters for each algorithm and dependence on the initial value selection of parameters. BACKGROUND: Micro-robots have the characteristics of small size, flexibility, and strong targeting, and can complete complex tasks in a single or clustered manner in a narrow environment. With the continuous optimization of materials, preparation processes, and driving approaches, they have shown increasingly important application value in the field of biomedicine. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application of field-driven micro-robots in medical field and to look forward to their application prospect. METHODS: Using "microrobots, nanorobots, drivers, biomedical, medical" as Chinese keywords and "microrobots, micro-robots, nanorobots, micromachine, microswimmer, medical" as English keywords, WanFang Data and PubMed databases were searched, respectively. The search time range was from January 2010 to January 2024, and a small number of long-term articles were included. Through reading the titles and preliminarily screening the abstracts, the repetitive studies, low-quality journals, and irrelevant literature were excluded. After reading the entire text, 66 papers were finally included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Field-driven medical micro-robots mainly include magnetic, optical, thermal, ultrasonic, and multi-mixed factor-driven robots. Field-driven robots have been used in intestinal diagnosis, drug targeting therapy, and stem cell therapy. Medical micro-robots are currently only used in a small number of clinical applications, but most of which are still in the theoretical and experimental stages. Medical micro-robots will face many challenges in future, such as large-scale preparation, precise control of micro-robots, recycling or degradation in vivo, whether the materials used will cause adverse reactions to the human body, and the related minimally invasive medical procedures. - Abstract
In order to evaluate the usability of ultra-deep water piling hammer system, a reliability research method based on Markov's theory was proposed. Firstly, according to the working characteristics and operation mechanism of the ultra-deep water piling hammer system, the system state was analyzed, the Markov model of the repairable system was established, and an appropriate method was selected to solve the steady-state availability of the system. Then, the reliability maintenance technology was introduced into the original Markov model for quantitative analysis, the system steady-state margin was solved, the system transient availability was compared and analyzed, and the influence of each transfer rate on the steady-state availability of the system was analyzed based on the control variable method, which provided theoretical guidance for the optimal configuration of system reliability. Finally, the analysis of the system's Markov process was presented in a visual interface in the MATLAB APP designer development environment. The research results show that the steady-state availability of the repairable ultra-deep water pile hammer system is 0.971 207 46, and the steady-state availability of the system based on reliability maintenance is 0.999 914 34. It shows that the steady-state availability of the system is improved after reliability maintenance, which meets the requirements of practical engineering and provides some theoretical support for the localization design of ultra-deep water pile hammer system.
