目的：观察舒洛地特对原发性肾病综合征患者肾活检前后凝血功能的影响。方法将46例拟行肾活检的原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组术前5d给予低分子肝素5000U／d皮下注射，肾活检当日停用，术后第2天继续使用，共用药2周；观察组术前5 d开始给予舒洛地特500 LSU／d口服，肾活检当日停用，术后第2天继续使用，共用药2周。观察两组肾活检前后血尿、局部血肿、内脏出血、血栓形成等发生情况。分别于术前5d及术后2周检测血清白蛋白（ALB）、总胆固醇（Chol）、血清甘油三酯（TG）及部分活化凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、D-二聚体（D-D）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）。观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果两组均无血栓形成，对照组出现注射部位皮下淤斑2例、肉眼血尿1例，观察组无出血现象。术后2周，两组TG、Chol水平降低，ALB升高，APTT延长，D-D及FIB水平降低，且术后对照组APTT长于观察组，ALB、D-D及FIB水平低于观察组（P均＜0．05）。结论原发性肾病综合征患者肾活检术前后应用舒洛地特抗凝可改善患者的高凝状态，降低血脂，提高血清ALB水平。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
