総合的な学習の時間で行う活動や学習内容は,地域との繋がりや教科横断的な視点が欠かせない。また,身の回りの「課題」を自分事として捉え,主体的に課題解決できる資質・能力の育成が求められる。大阪における「課題」として重要な人権諸問題を解決するためには,総合的な学習と人権教育を連携させることが有効である。本研究は,総合的な学習と人権教育を連携させるための教師のカリキュラム構築の在り方について,2022年度の実践研究から考察したものである。, The activities and content of the integrated studies must be connected to the local community and have a cross-curricular perspective.Also, it is important for the students to be able to personalize the issues by connecting them with their own personal matters so they can solve the problem more proactively.In order to solve various human rights problems that are important as “issues" in Osaka, it is more effective to link integrated studies with human rights education.This study examines how teachers should build a curriculum to link integrated studies and human rights education, based on the practical study conducted in FY2022.

The aim of this study is to consider the significance of exchange learning and joint lessons, which area form of collaborative learning by conducting exchange learning and joint lessons through the online conference system. The three elementary schools signed with the City hall an agreement called “An engagement for the promotion of SDGs” and have built a partnership on the common theme of “promotion of SDGs”. The students in the three elementary schools exchanged their activities and summarized their actions about the partnership in a video. We recognized three effects by analyzing the activities and the studentsʼ reflections on them.

本実践研究は、総合的な学習の授業実践で生じやすい小学校と中学校でのカリキュラムの不連続やカリキュラム構築の諸困難について、義務教育学校での組織的研究で構築された中学校段階での研究実践を紹介することで、9年間の連続した総合的な学習のカリキュラム構築の今後の展望を検討するものである。

ヨーロッパで試験的に実施されていた、火星への旅と移住というテーマの STEAM 教育・ICT 活用の小学校高学年向けの問題解決型の課題 Stories of Tomorrow を、和歌山大学教育学部附属小学校6年生、三重大学教育学部附属小学校3年生のそれぞれ1クラスで、総合的な学習の時間等を活用して試行した。この課題をそのまま実施するのではなく、日本の授業の中でどう活用するかというカリキュラム・デザイン的な研究の視点も持ちつつ実施した。わかるとわからないの境界にあるという適度に難しい課題、児童にあった操作性を持ち合わせた教材、そして協働の雰囲気に満ちた学級の人間関係づくりが問題解決型学習を成功に導くこと、また、問題解決を通して、協働の心、失敗を恐れない心、そして科学の研究、技術の開発に対する深い理解が育まれることを、今回の実践で児童の感想からうかがい知ることができた。, A pilot program in Europe, Stories of Tomorrow, STEAM education and ICT-using problem-solving practice for upper elementary school students, was conducted with one class of 6th-grade students in the Faculty of Education, Wakayama University, and one class of 3rd-grade students in the Faculty of Education, Mie University, on the theme of travel and migration to Mars. We tried it out by making use of the time for integrated studies and other activities. We did not just implement this task as is, but also carried out it from the perspective of curriculum design to see how it could be used in the Japanese classroom. We found that the moderately difficult task of being on the borderline between what the students know and what the students do not yet know, materials that were easy-to-operate for the students, and the creation of classroom relationships filled with a collaborative atmosphere led to success of problem-based learning. We were able to learn from the students' feedback that through problem-solving, the spirit of collaboration, the spirit of overcoming failure, and the deep understanding of scientific research and technology development has been nurtured.

「総合的な学習の時間」が、現場でどのように実践され、指導に関してどのような課題が生じているか。またそれらが「総合的な学習の時間の指導法-コアカリキュラム」とどのような連関があるか考察し、教員養成課程に関する授業の効果的な運営についても検討する。なお、おもな実践事例として埼玉県公立中学教師を39年間務めた猪俣修の指導計画・実践資料を用いる。

本学部では平成26年４月の学部創設時から，「総合的な学習構成論」を授業科目として置いたので授業担当者としてカリキュラムを作成した。宮島遠足の計画など授業内容については新たに創造した。実践の中でいくつかの成果と知見が得られた。また，平成14年度から広島大学附属中・高等学校で「総合的な学習」を実践した。そのいくつかは今後も生かされるものと考える。, The lecture “The Structure of General Learning” was introduced as the 3rd grade lesson in our department in 2014. Accordingly, I have created the curriculum and contents of “The Structure of General Learning”. I practiced this lecture, and then I found some characters. Some integrated studies in the secondary school are introduced as the examples of other practices.

様々な面で国際社会のグローバル化が急速に進展している現代にあって，子どもたちが 日本人としてのアイディンティティ－をもって主体的，創造的に生きていくために，異な る文化や歴史，道徳的価値に対する理解を深め，考え方の異なる人々と協調していく態度 を育てていく必要がある。その異文化を理解し大切にしようとする心と態度は，自国の文 化理解が基盤となって育まれる。本稿では「我が国の伝統と文化」のうち，子どもに身近 な「暮らしの歳時記」に焦点を当て，生活科や総合的な学習の授業でこれを取り上げた場 合，どのように展開すればよいかについて提案する。 In today’s rapidly advancing globalization of the international community, for children to have a Japanese identity, to live actively and creatively, it is necessary to cultivate their attitudes to have a deep understanding of different cultures, history, and moral values and to cooperate with the people with different views and thought. The cultivation of such ideas and attitudes to understand and value different cultures is based on the understanding of Japanese culture. Focusing our attention on the “Living Saijiki” in the “Japanese tradition and culture”, familiar to children, this paper makes suggestions on how to better carry out this work in teaching Living Environment Studies and Integrated Study.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of a dietary education program implemented in the general studies classes of third-grade elementary school students. The amount of school lunch left over by all students at the school（ N = 1,047） was measured. Then, the amounts left over by the 187 third-grade students who participated in the program（ dietary education group） and the 860 students in grades 1, 2, 4,5, and 6 who did not participate in the program（ non-dietary education group） were compared. Students in the dietary education group also completed a self-administered questionnaire about their awareness of leftover food and a survey in which they freely described their goals for the future following the dietary education program. The results showed that after the program, the proportion of school lunch that was left over was significantly lower for the dietary education group compared to the non-dietary education group. Among the students’ goals for the future, the most frequently mentioned goal was “Eat,” which had a strong concurrent relationship with “School lunch,” ”No leftovers,” and “Value.” The results suggested that the dietary education program effectively fostered an attitude of valuing food and encouraged students to reduce the amount of leftover food.

増え続けている外国人児童生徒が，日本の社会や学校制度になじみ，自分自身の個性を発揮しながら自分の将来を切り拓きながら自立して生活できるように支援する上で，授業，殊に特別活動と総合的な学習にどのような可能性があるか，事例を参考に提案する。外国人児童生徒の多くが自分の意思とは関係なく，仕事などの保護者の都合で来日している点からも，学習意欲を高めたり，勉強していく目標ややりがいを感じられたりするような仕組みが必要である。既存の授業を，外国人児童生徒に対する進路指導やキャリア教育の視点から見直す一考察である。

1998年の学習指導要領の改訂で新設された「総合的な学習の時間」は、2008年、2017年の学習指導要領の改訂を経て、いっそう地域とのつながりを強めて来ている。では、こうした地域の特色とは何か。それを地域の教育力やモノ・コト・人環境の視点から分析し、地域の特色を山間部・沿岸部と都市部・都市近郊とに分けて、そこでの総合的な学習のあり方について考察を行った。最後に、総合的な学習を通して、地域に子どもの居場所や子ども集団を生み落とすことの大切さを指摘した。

The objective of this study is to create a learning model for “the Period for Integrated Studies,” which incorporates exposure to society, from the standpoint of cultural-historical activity theory. In attempting to create a teaching method for “the Period for Integrated Studies”, the author explores ways of teaching used inside and outside of Japan. Based on the cases inspected the author develops a learning model, and examines whether this model is appropriate to fulfill the aims of “the Period for Integrated Studies,” and also whether it is flexible enough to be adapted to different situations. The researcher concludes that teachers and learners replace “Encapsulated Leaning” with situations in which they can learn together.

「総合的な学習」がどのような経緯で生まれてきたのかをみていく．教育制度の変遷と社会からの要請から，学習指導要領の改訂過程をとらえていく．その中で「総合的な学習」の果たすべき役割を考察する．大学の小学校教職課程における「ものづくり」を体験する科目の役割とその評価，重要性について議論していく． In this article, we surveyed what process “Period for Integrated Study” of schools has been introduced. The changes of “course of study” of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology are studied from the point of view of education system and social request. In these changes, the transition in the role of “Period for Integrated Study” is reviewed. 大阪では、10年以上続く教員人口の大幅な移動に伴い、人権教育や人権を基盤とした生活科・総合的な学習の内容・方法について、その継承や発展が困難になっている。他方、ESDをはじめとする現代的課題や国内外での人権侵害事象の頻発等の課題、また、学力向上の観点からも、総合的な学習や探究型学習の必要性が強調される。こうした中、主として若年層の教員が主流を占める大阪において、総合的な学習のカリキュラム構築に際して、現場教員と大学教員が定期的なカンファレンスを行いながらカリキュラムを作成し教育実践を行ったことで、児童の学習成果の深まりと発信の場が広がり、教育的効果が得られた。

小学生でも，アクティブ・ラーニングを意識した学習活動を行うことで，子どもの意欲態度を刺激し，主体的な学びを作ることができる。地域の教育支援人材を学校に招く交流会を計画し，それを周知するチラシ・ポスターの作成したり，交流会を実施する活動を通して，５年生児童を対象にした表現活動を充実させる実践を行った。子どもたちは，多くの人にパフォーマンスを見もらう目標を持ち，伝える相手を意識して，チラシ・ポスターを作成した。子どもたちは，来客の数や来客からの反応に動機づけられ，写真やキャッチコピーの組み合わせ，色や字体を工夫して作品を作成した。映像と言語を組み合わせることで，「書くこと」に苦手意識がある子どもも，多様な発想から表現行為を能動的に行い，相互行為や協働を促されながら，汎用的な資質・能力を高める事につながった。実践について報告すると共に，活動が子どもたちの学びにもたらした効果について考察した。

「自らの学びの力」（学習の自立）は，学校教育にとっての理念，ねがいである．この理念，ねがいを実現するための授業づくりのあり方について，考察をおこなった．「自らの学びの力」の育成がうまくいかない理由の第一は，その実現をねらいとして掲げての授業づくりがなされていないこと．目標として明確に掲げ，そのための効果的な指導を積み重ねてきた結果の確かめが評価である．このような「目標と指導と評価の一体化」にたっての授業づくりがおこなわれていないことに，さらに目標として「自らの学びの力」の育成を掲げたときに，教科や領域の単元の目標の実現との関係をどうとらえるのか，日々の教科や領域の指導とかけ離れた形で「自らの学びの力」の育成を考えても効果のないことになる．この解決策として，単元のねらいの実現を図りながら，単元の指導を積み重ねての教科の目標，ねがいともいうべき「自らの学びの力」の育成をめざしてきた生活科の単元展開のあり方の考察を中心に，「自らの学びの力」の構成要素を観点としての目標の分析から始める授業づくりのあり方について，カリキュラム構成原理の見直しや，保育，生活科，総合的な学習と続く「自らの学びの力」を直接的なねらいとするカリキュラムの連続性のあり方も含めて考察した．

6年生の比例の単元で、修学旅行との関連で総合的な算数科学習を仕組み、この取り組みが児童にどのよう な教育的効果を及ぼすのか、アクションリサーチを行った。児童の中心的な学習活動を、駅と駅との距離を測ること、 新幹線の平均時速を予想すること、実際の新幹線の運行をグラフで表すことと設定して、特に、グループで協力し合 って解決するようにし、何をしてよいか分からないことを防ぐ意味で、学習の手引きを作成して参考にできるように配慮した。児童は、新幹線の運行を表したグラフがほぼ直線となることに驚き、感心したが、一方で、児童の中にテレビを視聴するようにサービスを受けようとする「サービス享受型態度」で学習を受ける児童がおり、その子たちには期待し たほどの効果を挙げることはできなかった。日常生活と結びつけた算数科の教育実践は、今後も開発が要請されると思われるが、「サービス享受型態度」で学習を受ける児童の対策をどのように施していくのかが、今後の課題として明らかになった。

総合学習の授業では,生徒の「主体性」に対する過剰評価や理想化の傾向が指摘されている。本稿では,中学校の国際教育において,生徒の「主体性」に偏重しないよう,教師の積極的な働きかけを行ない,校外学習を中心に,国際的事象への視野を深める授業について考察した。外国人との交流学習では,調べ学習によって準備した交流と,ぶっつけ本番で交流する2ケースに直面させた。生徒は予想外の場面や状況に困惑し,驚嘆し,格闘しながらも,交信能力を高めていくことが確認された。もう一つの校外学習である国連大学での体験学習は,生徒が国際的な問題に関心を持ち,より深い知識を得ようとするモティベーションを高めるのに有効であった。またその結果,生徒は紛争,貧困などの実態を多くの人に知らせたいと考え,身近な貢献の形を探して周囲に広めていこうとする発表につながった。

平成10年文部省告示第176号の中学校学習指導要領において、「総合的な学習の時間」が設けられた。これまでの国語や数学といった単一の教科による学習から、教科の枠を取り払った学習の形態として注目されたが、授業実践にどのような教材を取り扱うか、どのように授業を展開するのかなどで、学校現場での戸惑いが生じた。一つの試みとして「海外研修旅行」を活用することができないかと考え、学習指導要領に示された配慮事項に留意しつつ、計画及び実施の行程等を立案した。これらに沿って2003年度から2010年度まで若干の修正を加えながらも毎年実施してきた。8 回を数えた「海外研修旅行」は、『総合的な学習の時間』の目的に整合したものであると評価できるが、主体的な立場である生徒の学習への自主的、能動的な活動が可能であったのかという点と、教師個々の「海外研修旅行」への認識の度合いや指導力のばらつき、いわば指導者の同質性と継続性の点の2 つについて大きな問題があったということが捉えられた。

総合的な学習の時間で行われる「国際交流」の授業について問い直し,他者理解を主眼においた取り組みを実施した。異文化接触に関しては,単なる珍しさ,楽しさを感じて終わるのではなく,文化の背景にあるものを洞察する力を育て,それぞれの文化に育った人間にも意識を向けたいと考えた。交流の事前準備として,中学生に対しては日本文化の知識を深める学習をサポートするほか,文化の異なる相手にどのような提示方法が有効かなどの工夫について示唆を与えた。同時にゲスト・ティーチャーである留学生にも,大学の演習を通じて自文化背景の知識を深めたり,日本語力の不足を補うような提示方法についてディスカッションを試みた。その結果,中学生は校外学習や交流から得た学びを,発表内容・方法に生かすことができた。調べ学習に関しても,発表・説明する段階では,詳細に調べた内容を精選し,「相手にとって分かりやすいとは何か」を自覚的に考え,工夫する姿勢が見られた。

本稿は、平成19年11月の実践である安藤・和田共著「ケースを通して悩みを交流し、解決する」のその後の南大津小学校における学校問題解決の進め方を綴ったものです。同校の教員で話し合った結果、12月には、総合的な学習について全学的に取り組む必要性があると認識し、全教職員に問題を共有してもらい、問題解決に取り組むようになる方途として3 月以来取り組んできた "学校ケースメソッド" を用いることとしました。安藤の指導助言を受けながらも、ケースづくりも全体討論の進行役も教員が行うものです。その結果、明らかになったのは「カリキュラム」についての考えの甘さを実感し、総合的な学習のねらいや目標を全学的に吟味し、全学的なカリキュラム開発に繋げることができるようになりました。

上越教育大学附属中学校における総合的な学習の時間等さまざまな教科の学びがかかわった，ミュージカルによる表現活動は今年で12年目となる伝統を築いてきた。本論では，取り分け2004年度からの３年間，「表現創造科」という新設教科の枠組みのもとで試みられた，ミュージカル制作の実践に焦点を当て，この表現創造科における授業展開の中での生徒たちの変容を捉えると共に，彼等への意識調査をもとに，総合表現活動によって学習者に培われるさまざまな力について検証した。教科横断的な学習は本来共通のテーマを基に各教科が関連して取り組むスタイルが多い中で，表現創造科の実践においては，共通のテーマを基盤としながらも，ほぼ全教科・領域に渡って表現活動を横断させてアプローチした点で独創的な取り組みであったと捉える。その結果，教科を越えた幅広い，主体的な表現の力を培うことが，生徒へのパフォーマンス評価やさまざまな意識調査の結果から明らかとなった。, From 1996 to 2007, the junior high school attached to Joetsu University of Education successfully combined music, visual arts, and dance with drama. This junior high school established a new subject named “The Course of Expression and Creation.” It is a combined subject of traditional music and visual arts. The aim of“ Expression and Creation” is to cultivate wide ranges of both creativities and sensitivities to enrich one’s inner world, as well as developing the love for the art and artistic expressions, through dynamic activities in expression and appreciation of art. The 9th grade students in the attached junior high school created their own musicals in this subject. According to the survey in 2006 for the 112 students, they showed that the curriculum of Integrated arts is very effective, not only in solving updated issues such as Japanese children’s lack of communication, but also in learning by emotion and will through their experiences. Thus, the challenge of this new approach which includes various arts genres ― music, visual arts, dance and drama ― made Japanese youngsters more creative in many ways.

今日，核家族化による人間関係の希薄化，生活に必要な知識や技能等の欠如など，子どもたちが抱えている様々な問題を改善させるために，「体験学習」の必要性は高まっている。本論文では，総合的な学習において，先駆的な「体験学習」を行っている武蔵野市教育委員会の「セカンドスクール」を取り上げ，分析・考察を行った。それによって，価値ある「体験学習」にするための４つの必要条件を明らかにした。それは，（１）体験だけで終わらせないこと，（２）体験をする側と受け入れる側が継続的にかかわること，（３）受け入れる農山漁村の活性化を視野に入れること，（４）子どもの主体的な問題解決や探求活動のための体験活動であること，である。これらはまた，他の学校においても，総合的な学習において価値ある「体験学習」を行うために有効な条件となると思われる。

The purpose of this study was to investigate teacher's experience in practicing interdisciplinary Learning. In this report, I extracted both satisfactory factor anu unsatisfactory factor from teacher responses to a questionnaire asking about the practice situation of Interdisciplinary, Learning in their schools. The main results are as followed: (1) The schools which appropriately incorporated Interdisciplinary Learning demanded for an improvement in learning system and human resources. (2) In contrast, in classes where the original aim of Interdisciplinary Learning was not practiced, teachers did not appear to understand and the real purpose of Interdisciplinary Learning. 平成17(2005)年8～9月、大分県下の66小学校と32中学校の教諭を対象に「総合的な学習の時間」をどの様に捉え、実施しているのかを知るために質問紙による調査を行い1,718人（大分県小中学校教諭の31％）から回答を得た。その結果、「総合的な学習の時間」を試行錯誤しながら取り組んでおり、様々な苦労や解決しなければならない課題が教科指導以上にあることが判った。中でも、小学校と中学校教諭の「総合的な学習の時間」に対する認識の違いが大きく、そのことが取り組み姿勢や授業実践に反映している。ここでは、その詳細を紹介し、今後のこの時間のあり方について述べる。, From August through September in 2005, we sent questionnaires to teachers of 66 elementary schools and 32 junior high schools in Oita prefecture about how they understand and practice integrating studies. 1,718 teachers (31% of teachers in elementary schools and junior high schools of the prefecture) returned them. What we found out are as follows. They practice integrating studies in an experienced way through trial and error. They have many more problems to solve than in subject studies. Above all, teachers view integrating studies very differently depending on the elementary school or the junior high school where they teach. This difference is reflected both in how they cope with integrating studies and in the way integrating studies are built into the curriculum. The present paper introduces and discusses how teachers practice integrating studies and how they should treat them in the future.
