In order to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, this paper started from the perspective of the dual coupling of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin to build separate evaluation indicator systems for development quality and ecological protection. Then, it calculated the development quality index and ecological protection index of each province (autonomous region) in the year 2020 by using entropy method. It built a two-dimensional quadrant model of ecological protection and development quality with the national average development quality index and ecological protection index as the coordinate origin. Based on the distribution of each province (autonomous region) in the two-dimensional quadrants, it determined the coordination status of ecological protection and high-quality development. The results show that there is significant variation in ecological protection and development quality among provinces (autonomous regions) in the Yellow River Basin, with prominent issues of imbalance and inadequacy. Using the national average development quality index and ecological protection index as benchmarks, considering a development quality index higher than the national average as high quality and an ecological protection index higher than the national average as good ecological quality, the coordination status of ecological protection and high-quality development in the various provinces (autonomous regions) of the Yellow River Basin is classified into four types of excellent ecology-high quality, excellent ecology-low quality, low ecology-low quality and low ecology-high quality. The results show that only Sichuan is in a relatively ideal state of excellent ecology-high quality, while the other provinces (autonomous regions) are in the three types of non-coordinated states of excellent ecology-low quality, low ecology-low quality and low ecology-high quality. Finally, it proposes the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the coordinated advancement of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin, focusing on the six aspects of top-level strategic design, inter-provincial (autonomous regional) collaborative control, public participation, rigid constraints on ecological protection, constraints on rights, responsibilities and interests and ecological compensation. The conventional pacing sites of right ventricular pacing are the right ventricular septum and apex. However, they are not physiological pacing sites, which could lead to asynchronous ventricular contraction, and further pacemaker-induced cardiomyopathy and increased hospitalization rate of patients with heart failure. His bundle pacing (HBP) simulates the electrical activation sequence of the normal ventricle, and is a physiological mode of pacing. In recent years, the clinical applications of HBP in patients with heart failure are increasing year by year. Moreover, HBP yields significant benefits in clinical practice, and becomes a hot topic of research at present. From the aspects including the anatomy and electrophysiology of His bundle, this paper reviews the research status of HBP and its progress applied in patients with heart failure. A rapid, simple, sensitive and effective analytical method for the determination of flumioxazin in food (apple, grape, wheat, soybean, cabbage, and orange), soil and water based on a QuEChERS procedure was developed using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned-up by dSPE with C18, GCB, PSA mixed with MgSO4 as sorbent in different matrices. The samples were detected by using an Eclipse Plus C18 column connected to an electrospray ionization source in positive mode (ESI+), monitoring(MRM) mode. The matrix-matched external standard calibration curves were used for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linearity of flumioxazin in the range of 0.01-5 mg/kg, with determination coefficients higher than 0.997 6. The intra-day average recoveries ranged from 82%-104% in eight matrices at three levels (0.01, 0.1 and 1 mg/kg) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.1%-7.8% (n = 5). The inter-day average recoveries ranged from 77%-109% in eight matrices at three levels (0.01, 0.1 and 1 mg/kg) and the RSD ranged from 0.1%-9.2% (n = 15). The LOQs ranged from 0.000 3-0.003 2 mg/kg, which were lower than the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of flumioxazin established by America, the European Union, Japan, and China. It can detect the residues of flumioxazin in food and environmental samples. Based on this method, the dissipation dynamics of flumioxazin in the field soil was characterized, which provided a theoretical basis for the risk assessment of food safety and environment pollution. In order to study the chemical behavior of flumioxazin. The photolytic and hydrolytic properties of flumioxazin under different conditions were investigated using the indoor simulation test method. The results showed that the hydrolysis half-life of flumioxazin was 63.00, 33.00 and 28.50 h in the buffer solutions with the initial concentration of 2 mg/L at pH, 5, 7 and 9, respectively. The degradation was much faster in alkaline solutions than in the neutral and acidic solutions. The hydrolysis half-lives of flumioxazin was 33.00, 23.10 and 8.88 h in the buffer solutions with the initial concentration of 2 mg/L at pH 7, 15, 25 and 35℃. The higher the temperature, the faster the hydrolysis rate. The hydrolysis rate of fulmioxazin in river water was higher than that in tap water and distilled water. Under the irradiation of 300 W mercury lamp, the photolysis rate of flumioxazin was higher than that under the acidic and neutral conditions. The photolytic rates of flumioxazin in different organic solvents showed the following sequence:methanol> ethyl acetate> N-hexane> acetonitrile> acetone. The photolysis rate under different light sources followed the sequence:500 W mercury lamp> 300 W mercury lamp> xenon lamp.
