Objective To understand the current situation of safe sex among out-of-school unmarried adolescents in Sichuan Province and explore its influencing factors. Methods In this study, a questionnaire was designed based on the comprehensive behavior pattern from October to December in 2021, and a response-driven sampling was used to investigate the unmarried adolescents aged 15 to 24 years old in Sichuan Province. The structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of safe sex. Results In total 2 525 questionnaires were sent out and 2 478 valid questionnaires were returned. The total number of people who had sex was 972, and the incidence of sexual behavior was 39.2%. The average age of first sexual intercourse was (19.8±2.0) years, and the rate of condom use during first sexual intercourse was 76.1%. Behavior intention and behavior skills directly and positively affected the occurrence of safe sex among unmarried teenagers out of school, and the effect values were 0.782 (95%CI: 0.653-0.947) and 0.294 (95%CI: 0.148-0.459), respectively. Self-efficacy, behavioral belief, behavioral salience, and subjective norms indirectly affected the occurrence of safe sex, and the effect values were 0.458 (95%CI: 0.374-0.552), 0.234 (95%CI: 0.165-0.298), 0.081 (95%CI: 0.020-0.152), and 0.037(95%CI: 0.014-0.067), respectively. Conclusion The comprehensive behavior model can explain the occurrence of safe sex among unmarried adolescents out of school to some extent, and behavioral intention has the greatest influence on safe sex. 目的观察鹅去氧胆酸衍生物HS-1200对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱导的原发性肝癌(HCC)大鼠肝脏的保护作用并探讨其机制。方法取75只大鼠,适应性喂养2周后随机分成五组各15只,对照组给予等量生理盐水腹腔注射。HS-1200组给予等量生理盐水腹腔注射6周,同时给予HS-1200按80 mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,至20周末。HCC组以腹腔注射DEN诱导大鼠建立原发性肝癌模型。HCC+HS-1200低剂量组造模同时,给予HS-1200按40mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,至第20周。HCC+HS-1200高剂量组造模同时,给予HS-1200按80 mg/kg灌胃,1次/d,至第20周。大鼠心脏采血,用ELISA法检测血清中ALT、AST、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平。采血后处死大鼠,称体质量,取其肝脏称重,计算肝重/体质量(肝脏系数),并进行病理学检查。取各组大鼠的肝组织,分别提取RNA,应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠肝组织中MTH1 mRNA表达。结果与对照组相比,HCC组血清ALT、AST和AFP水平升高(P<0.05)。与HCC组相比,HCC+HS-1200低剂量组、HCC+HS-1200高剂量组血清ALT、AST和AFP水平降低(P<0.05)且HCC+HS-1200高剂量组更明显。与HCC组相比,HCC+HS-1200低剂量组、HCC+HS-1200高剂量组大鼠体质量增加,肝脏重量和肝重/体质量降低(P均<0.05)。 肝癌大鼠接受低或高剂量的HS-1200治疗后,癌症细胞巢形成和细胞坏死减少,HS-1200高剂量组更明显。对照组、HS-1200组、HCC组、HCC+HS-1200低剂量组、HCC+HS-1200高剂量组MTH1 mRNA表达量分别为1、1.12±0.11、16.23±0.74、9.48±0.46、6.13±0.33,五组间两两比较,P均<0.05。结论 HS-1200可能通过下调升高的MTH1水平来抑制模型大鼠肝癌发生并改善其肝功能,且HS-1200对肝脏的保护作用与其剂量有关,80 mg/kg HS-1200作用效果更好。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A new-style semi-assembled shear wall structure with single row of steel bars is proposed. This type of structure consists of upper precast concrete shear walls with reserved holes, lower precast shear walls with single row of button-head steel bars, slurry layer between upper and lower precast shear walls, and cast-in-place concealed columns between longitudinal and transversal walls. Button-head steel bars extending from the surface of lower precast shear walls could be anchored in the reserved holes of upper precast shear walls, with high strength grouting material filling the holes. Four I-shaped recycled concrete shear wall specimens with single row of steel bars were tested under low cyclic loading with low axial compression ratio, including two semi-assembled and two cast-in-place shear walls with different shear span ratios. The bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility and hysteretic characteristics were comparatively analyzed. The damage evolution process and seismic mechanism was revealed. Test results show that shear walls with smaller shear span ratio of 1.0 present shear failure with higher bearing capacity, specimens with shear span ratio of 1.5 tend to flexural-shear mode failure, mainly in flexural failure, with lower bearing capacity but good ductility. With the design axial compression ratio of 0.15, the comprehensive seismic performance of semi-assembled recycled concrete shear wall with single row of steel bars is close to that of cast-in-place shear wall, and it could be used for low-rise and multi-story buildings.
