【Objective/Meaning】By grasping the characteristics of the competitiveness of financial service trade between China and Australia, and comparing and analyzing their international competitiveness, the development of the international competitiveness of financial service industries in China would be promoted based on the national conditions of China and by learning from the development experience of Australia. 【Methods/Procedures】By using the relevant data of China-Australia financial service trade from 2005 to 2019, the international competitiveness of China-Australia financial service trade was compared and analyzed through MS indexes, TC indexes and RCA indexes. 【Results/Conclusions】The financial service trade in China started late, and there were still some deficiencies in the cultivation and introduction of financial professionals, the innovation incubation of products, the construction of financial related support industries and the market supervision system. China should improve the financial human capital, vigorously carry out the innovation of financial products, improve the construction of financial related industries, improve the legal system of financial supervision and continue to improve the level of financial opening up, thus to enhance the international competitiveness of financial service trade in China. To further enhance the computational efficiency of level set method for solving AUV time-optimal route, a hybrid level set method for AUV multi-destination route planning is proposed by combining the localization and the polynomial distance regularized equation. The new level set evolution equation is derived and the numerical implementation method is given by introducing a simple polynomial distance regularized term and fusing the ocean current model. The proposed method can be used to obtain all the optimal routes to all destinations in one evolution without re-initialization of narrowband, and solve the problems of low computational efficiency and long-time multi-destination route planning of AUV. The simulated results show that the computational efficiency of the proposed method is 6.4 times of that of the ant colony algorithm, and 1.6 times of that of the quantum particle swarm algorithm in multi-destinations route planning of AUV, and it also has better robustness.
