Objective: To study the changes in the composition of vaginal flora in women with cervical cancer disease and to explore vaginal probiotics with the potential to prevent the development of cervical cancer. Methods: Twenty-four healthy women and 43 women with cervical cancer were selected from the Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and community collections. Their vaginal flora composition was analysed using 16S rDNA and macro-genome sequencing techniques. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the vaginal flora of the two groups of women in chao1 index and ASV number, suggesting a similar community abundance, while in Shannon and Simpson indices, which indicate species diversity, the cervical cancer group showed a significant increase, and the difference was statistically significant. At the phylum level of microbial classification, the thick-walled phylum was the main species of vaginal microorganisms in both groups, but the proportion of the cervical cancer group (45%) decreased compared with that of the healthy group (91%), while the proportion of the rest, such as Ascomycetes and Actinomycetes, was significantly higher. At the species level, the proportion of Lactobacillus spp. in the cervical cancer group (14.2%) decreased significantly compared to that in the healthy group (81%). On the basis of macro-genome sequencing, it was concluded that Lactobacillus convolvulus has a probiotic signature significance in healthy females and may exert a probiotic effect in the function of the ABC transporter, using LEfSe and LDA discriminant analysis. Conclusion: Women with cervical cancer are characterised by an increase in vaginal microbial diversity and a decrease in the level of Lactobacillus, in which the different species at the level of microbial species was explored by macro-genome sequencing technology to conclude that Lactobacillus convolvulus has a potential probiotic role in the function of the ABC transporter in the prevention of the development of cervical cancer, and this can provide theoretical evidence for the prevention of cervical carcinogenesis from the perspective of regulating the vaginal micro-ecology for the future clinic. Objective To investigate the difference in the level of biliary calprotectin between patients with cholangiocarcinoma and those with choledocholithiasis. Methods Clinical data and bile samples were collected from 34 patients with cholangiocarcinoma and 78 patients with choledocholithiasis who were diagnosed and treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2021 to September 2022. Fluorescence lateral flow immunoassay was used to measure the levels of calprotectin, hemoglobin, and lactoferrin in bile. The Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups； the Spearman correlation test was used for correlation analysis; the DeLong test was used for comparison of the area under the ROC curve (AUC) . Results Compared with the choledocholithiasis group, the cholangiocarcinoma group had significant increases in the levels of calprotectin ［4 795.50 (2 286.79—20 179.73) ng/mL vs 411.16 (67.03—1 991.88) ng/mL, Z=5.572, P<0.001] and fluoride ［115.70 (109.10—125.50) mmol/L vs 106.60 (98.60—114.40) mmol/L, Z=2.702, P=0.007] . The patients with cholangiocarcinoma were further divided into high cholangiocarcinoma group and low cholangiocarcinoma group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of calprotectin ［3 867.71 (2 235.66—26 407.40) ng/mL vs 4 795.50 (2 361.15—13 070.53) ng/mL, Z=0.129，P>0.05］. Biliary calprotectin level was correlated with white blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, and lactoferrin concentration in bile (r=0.316，0.353, and 0.464, all P<0.05) . The ROC curve analysis showed that biliary calprotectin (with a sensitivity of 79.4% and a specificity of 75.6%), blood CA19-9 (with a sensitivity of 82.4% and a specificity of 78.2%), and their combination (with a sensitivity of 88.2% and a specificity of 73.1%) had good sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. Conclusion There is an increase in the level of biliary calprotectin in patients with cholangiocarcinoma, and therefore, it might become a biomarker for the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with massage on gastrointestinal hormones and immunity in children with acute rotavirus diarrhea. Methods: 80 children with acute rotavirus infection diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group (n=40) and study group (n=40) by random number table. Children in the control group were treated with routine basic treatment. The study group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with massage on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, TCM syndrome integral, and gastrointestinal hormone indexes [gastrin (GAS), moxa (MOT) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)] and immune indexes [immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), CD4+ /CD8+] of the two groups were compared. Adverse reactions were recorded in both groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the study group at 7 d after treatment was 95.00% (38/40), which was higher than 67.50% (27/40) of the control group (P<0.05). The GAS, MOT and VIP of the two groups at 7d after treatment were all decreased, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IgA, IgG and CD4+/CD8+ of the two groups at 7 d after treatment were all increased, and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of abdominal pain, stools frequency, stools characteristics and body temperature of TCM syndromes were all decreased of the two groups at 7d after treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Shenling Baizhu powder combined with massage is effective in the treatment of children with acute rotavirus infection diarrhea. In the new energy combined power generation system, the multi - input DC - DC converter can simplify the system structure and reduce the cost, therefore it is widely used. Starting from the working principle of the dual - input DC - DC converter, the operating characteristics of the converter is analyzed, and the voltage gain under different working modes is calculated. Aiming at the problem of edge chipping in grinding of hard and brittle materials, the situation of hole edge chipping in processing of zirconia ceramics was studied. The ABAQUS was used to simulate the ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of zirconia ceramic hole machi­ning. And the zirconia ceramic JH2 constitutive model was established to study the formation mechanism of the hole chipping. Combined with finite element simulation results, ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding of zirconia ceramic hole machining experiments was designed. By es­tablishing the evaluation index of the hole chipping, the influence of the spindle speed, feed rate and ultrasonic power on the hole chipping was analyzed and the simulation results were verified. The results show that the average error of chipping area between simulated and experi­mental is less than 10% . As the spindle speed and ultrasonic power increase, the hole chipping condition is significantly improved. Under the condition of 100% ultrasonic power, the area of chipping is reduced by more than 38% , and the area of hole chipping is obviously in­creased with the increase of feed rate.
