【目的】探讨人骨肉瘤细胞分化与端粒酶活性调节之间的关系。【方法】用维甲酸和地塞米松诱导人骨肉瘤细 胞分化, 用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)检测端粒酶活性及用Norther n 印迹法检测人端粒酶RNA(RNA, hTR)表达水平的改 变。【结果】经维甲酸和地塞米松处理后, 骨肉瘤细胞生长受到抑制, 碱性磷酸酶活性升高, 端粒酶活性明显下降, 且与剂量- 作用时间成负相关, 但hTR 表达水平并无改变。【结论】维甲酸和地塞米松有抑制骨肉瘤细胞增殖和诱导分化的作用, 端粒 酶活性下调可作为细胞分化指标, 但与hTR 表达水平不平行。

A total of 1 085 tobacco farmers in different producing areas in China were investigated. K-means algorithm, principal component analysis method, small square path model and stochastic forest analysis method were used to study the professionalization degree of tobacco farmers in China, and the influences and importance of various factors on the professionalization cultivation of tobacco farmers were analyzed. The results showed that the factors affecting tobacco farmers’ professionalization could be divided into five aspects : tobacco farmers’ professionalization thought, tobacco viscosity, production level, skill level and production management ability. These factors were significantly positively correlated with tobacco farmers’ professionalization degree, among which tobacco farmers’ ideas and skill level had the closest influences on tobacco farmers’ professionalization degree. It was an important means to enhance the professionalization degree of tobacco farmers for promoting the improvement of tobacco farmers’ ideas and skills, especially increasing the construction of online resources for tobacco farmers’ cultivation. There is inconsistent toxicity of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen at different salinities and temperatures. To study the effect of nitrite, ammonia, salinity, temperature stress about Litopenaeus vannamei, this experiment is a four-factor and three-level orthogonal test of 35 days, consisting of nitrite concentration (0.05, 0.5, 5 mg/L), ammonia nitrogen concentration (0.2, 0.9, 4 mg/L), salinity (0.5, 15, 30), temperature (20, 25, 30 ℃). The results showed that with increasing nitrite and ammonia nitrogen concentrations, survival rate and body length daily growth value decreased significantly (P<0.05), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood ammonia (AMM) content increased significantly (P<0.05), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in hepatopancreas increased significantly (P<0.05). With increasing salinity, serum activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and azelaic aminotransferase (AST) were significantly (P<0.05) lower； daily growth values of body length, daily growth values of body weight, SOD and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activities were significantly (P<0.05) higher. With increasing temperature, survival rate decreased significantly (P<0.05), serum BUN, AMM content and SOD activity increased significantly (P<0.05). The interaction between nitrite and salinity had the greatest effect on survival rate. Salinity had the greatest effect on daily growth values of body length and body weight. Ammonia nitrogen had the greatest effect on MDA content. Nitrite had the greatest effect on BUN and AMM content, as well as SOD activity. The interaction between nitrite and ammonia nitrogen had the greatest effect on ALT, AST, ACP activity. The interaction between nitrite and temperature had the greatest effect on AKP activity. The study showed that both interaction between salinity and nitrite and the interaction between ammonia and nitrite produced synergistic effects of ALT and AST activities, with the toxic effects of nitrite playing a dominant role at low salinity. In the external environment, the antioxidant capacity of the body under co-stress was mainly affected by the contents of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen. The antioxidant capacity was weaker at 20 ℃. About growth and antioxidant function of Litopenaeus vannamei, the interaction between nitrite and ammonia nitrogen, salinity, temperature had a greater effect than single factor. The present study may provide a reliable experimental basis for a healthy and sustainable industry of Litopenaeus vannamei, and the nitrite should be controlled to be lower than 0.5 mg/L, the ammonia nitrogen to be lower than 0.9 mg/L, the water temperature to be lower than 30 ℃ [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the curative effect and clinical applicability of microsurgical repair of spinal extradural meningeal cysts (SEMC) fistulas combined with cyst tail end technique in the thoracolumbar spine. Methods: Data from 12 patients who underwent thoracolumbar SEMC fistula repair combined with the cyst tail end technique (removal of the cystic sac at the tail end of the cyst, followed by a small incision at the junction of the cyst tail end and the normal dura mater to connect with cerebrospinal fluid, and then routine suturing) under electrophysiological monitoring microsurgery were retrospectively reviewed, and analyzed in conjunction with traditional surgical methods from the literature. Results: During an average follow-up of 14 months, complete cyst disappearance was observed in 9 cases, partial disappearance in 1 case, and residual cysts in the intervertebral foramen in 2 cases. No cases exhibited dural sac compression, and there were no recurrences. Among the 11 patients who had preoperative lower back pain and/or lower extremity pain, pain was relieved or disappeared upon discharge, and no significant differences in pain were observed 3 months of follow-up compared to discharge. Paitents with lower limb weakness and dysuria showed gradual recovery, and no new neurological deficits were noted postoperatively. The anatomical reduction of lamina spinous processes was good, with no cases of spinal stenosis and deformity. Conclusion: Electrophysiological monitoring microsurgical thoracolumbar SEMC fistula repair combined with cyst tail end technique effectively solve the problem of living flap and close cyst, with no significant complications, demonstrating clinical feasibility. 目的 探讨以问题为导向的教学法（problem-based learning，PBL）联合循证医学教学法（evidencebasedmedicine，EBM）在高级卒中中心进行住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。 方法 连续入组2019-2021年在神经内科高级卒中中心学习的60名规培住院医师，随机分为观察组和对照组各30名，观察组采用PBL+EBM教学法，对照组采用授课式教学法（lecture-based learning，LBL），以3个月为培训周期，培训后对2组进行理论及操作实践考核，比较教学效果，并对培训人员进行教学满意度的调查。 结果 观察组的理论测试成绩（83.66±5.12分 vs. 75.53±7.36分，P＜0.001）、临床操作实践测试成绩合格率（93.3% vs. 73.3%，P =0.040）以及教学满意度（76.6% vs. 40.0%，P =0.001）均高于对照组。 结论 PBL联合EBM教学法可提高高级卒中中心规范化培训的教学效果。 Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching results of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine (EBM) teaching method in standardized training for residents at advanced stroke center. The geological sedimentation simulation platform is an important device for quantitatively studying geological sedimentation theory. In order to meet the research needs of large-scale, refined, and quantitative sedimentation simulation, a geological sedimentation simulation platform that can perform all-round attitude adjustment motion based on a 4-PSE parallel mechanism was designed, and its kinematic characteristics were studied. Combined with the working principle of the simulation platform, the degrees of freedom of the 4-PSE parallel mechanism were calculated, and the Kinematics equations of the simulation platform were derived. The virtual prototype model of the simulation platform was established in ADAMS software, and its Kinematics parameters were theoretically verified using the Kinematics simulation results. The workspace constraints of the simulation platform was analyzed, its workspace was obtainecl, and the influence curve of relevant structural parameters on the workspace was drawn. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the structural design optimization of subsequent geological sedimentation simulation platforms and the combination of multiple platforms. The Lee-Huang-Yang（LHY）correction refers to the self trapping state in the Bose Einstein condensates, which is stabilized through effective self repulsion caused by quantum fluctuations around the mean field（MF）state. However, the LHY correction may affect the ground state of bright solitons in Bose Einstein condensates, leading to a certain range of applicability for the experimental solution of bright solitons. This study utilized variational approximation and numerical simulation methods based on the Gross Pitaevskii equation. By incorporating LHY corrections to the ground state models of quasi one-dimensional Bose Einstein condensates with single and two components, the experimental and numerical simulation solutions of the two systems were calculated. The calculation shows that for quasi one-dimensional single component and two component Bose Einstein condensates with LHY terms, good static approximate solutions can be obtained through the variational method under certain conditions for the LHY coefficient G of the system. The research in this article provides theoretical support for obtaining the ground state analytical solutions of single and two component Bose Einstein condensates with LHY terms in the quasi one-dimensional case, and provides assistance for future research on the properties and physical connotations of the system. 【摘要】 目的 探讨急性缺血性卒中90 d内复发与TC/HDL-C比值的关系。 方法 利用急性缺血性卒中患者氧化应激水平临床观察研究（Study on Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke，SOS-Stroke）数据库的3605例患者作为研究对象，采用多因素Logistic回归分析急性缺血性卒中患者90 d卒中复发的影响因素。 结果 该研究人群中有231例（6.40%）患者90 d卒中复发，多因素Logistics回归结果显示：年龄（OR1.02，95%CI 1.00～1.03，P=0.011）、糖尿病史（OR 1.44，95%CI 1.00～2.07，P=0.048）是卒中复发的危险因素，住院期间服用降脂药物（OR 0.60，95%CI 0.40～0.90，P=0.012）则是卒中复发的保护因素，急性缺血性卒中患者中TC/HDL-C比值不是卒中复发的预测因素。 结论 TC/HDL-C比值不能预测急性缺血性卒中90 d内复发的风险。 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between TC/HDL-C ratio and recurrent stroke within 90 days after onset in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods The data of 3605 patients from the Study on Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke (SOS-Stroke) were selected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors for recurrent stroke within 90 days after onset in patients with AIS. Results Recurrent stroke within 90 days occurred in 231 patients (6.40%). Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR 1.02, 95%CI 1.00-1.03, P=0.011), history of diabetes (OR 1.44, 95%CI 1.00-2.07, P=0.048) were the risk factors of recurrent stroke, and taking lipid-lowering drugs during hospitalization (OR 0.60, 95%CI 0.40-0.90, P=0.012) was the protection factor of recurrent stroke. Conclusions TC/HDL-C ratio can’t predict the risk of recurrent stroke within 90 days after onset in AIS patients.

目的 探讨老年脑白质病变（white matter lesion，WML）患者认知功能下降的影响因素及预测因子。 方法 连续登记2014年9月-2016年9月期间，郑州大学第一附属医院老年病科、神经内科门诊及住 院的无认知功能障碍的WML患者，收集患者人口学资料、血管危险因素及磁共振成像检查结果。入 组时行蒙特利尔认知评估量表（Montreal cognitive assessment scale，MoCA）及脑白质改变分级量表 （age-related white matter changes rating scale，ARWMCRs）评定。根据1年随访时MoCA量表评分分为轻 度认知功能障碍（mild cognitive impairment，MCI）组和无认知障碍组。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回 归分析，判断老年WML患者认知功能下降的影响因素及预测因子。 结果 研究共入组118例WML患者，其中男性67例，女性51例，平均年龄（68.07±3.70）岁。1年随访时 有100例（84.75％）患者保持原有认知状态不变，18例（15.25％）进展为MCI。Logistic回归分析发现高 血压病[比值比（odds ratio，OR）1.47，95%可信区间（confidence interval，CI）1.08～1.93，P =0.013）]和 糖尿病（OR 1.38，95%CI 1.01～1.88，P =0.042）是WML患者进展为MCI的独立危险因素，ARWMCRs评分 ≥8分（OR 1.84，95%CI 1.38～2.47，P =0.004）是WML患者进展为MCI的独立预测因子。 结论 高血压病和糖尿病是WML患者进展为MCI的独立危险因素，ARWMCRs评分≥8分是WML患者进 展为MCI的独立预测因子。 Abstract: Objective To explore the influential factors and predictive factors of cognitive function decline in patients with white matter lesion (WML). Methods WML patients without cognitive dysfunction from out-patients and in-patients in departments of geriatrics and neurology in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2014 to September 2016 were registered consecutively. Their general demographic data, vascular risk factors, biochemical test results and magnetic resonance imaging were collected. Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and age - related white matter changes rating scale (ARWMCRs) evaluation were used. According to 1 year follow-up MoCA evaluation scores, the patients were divided into group with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and group without MCI. Single factor analysis and multi-factors Logistic regression analysis were used to find out the influential factors and predictive factors of cognitive decline in aged patients with WML. Results There were 118 cases of WML including 67 males and 51 females, with mean age of 68.07±3.70 years old. At 1 year follow-up, 100 patients’ (84.75%) cognitive state remained unchanged and the rest 18 patients (15.25%) were diagnosed with MCI. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that hypertension [odds ratio (OR)=1.47, 95%confidence interval(CI) 1.08-1.93, P =0.013] and diabetes (OR 1.38, 95%CI 1.01-1.88, P =0.042) were independent risk factors of MCI,and ARWMCRs ≥8 scores (OR 1.84, 95%CI 1.38-2.47, P =0.004) was predictive factor of MCI. Conclusion Hypertension and diabetes are independent risk factors of MCI, and ARWMCRs ≥8 scores is the predictive factor of MCI.

Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region from 2012 to 2022, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guilin. Methods The relevant information of pulmonary tuberculosis cases reported by China Disease Prevention and Control Information system (Tuberculosis Surveillance and Report Management system) from 2012 to 2022 in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region was collected. The distribution characteristics and incidence trend of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guilin from 2012 to 2022 were analyzed by chi-square and chi-square trend, and the average annual reported incidence and etiological positive rate of pulmonary tuberculosis were visually analyzed. Results From 2012 to 2022, a total of 32 319 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were reported in Guilin, with an average annual incidence of 59.40/100 000. The reported incidence of tuberculosis decreased from 68.59/100 000 in 2012 to 45.99/100 000 in 2022, with an annual decline rate of 4.08%. In total 12 132 cases were etiologically positive, accounting for 37.53%. The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis decreased in all age groups in Guilin. The incidence increased with age (-21.017, P < 0,001). The reported incidence of males and females was basically stable at 3:1, and the reported incidence of males was higher than that of females (於=25.87, P < 0,001). Farmers were the main occupations of patients (23 375 cases), accounting for 72.32%. The reported incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in more than half of the counties (districts) in Guilin was higher than the annual average level of the whole city, with Lipu county (88.96/100 000) being the highest. The etiological positive rate of most counties (districts) was higher than the average annual level of tlie whole city, with Pingle county (31,65/100 000) being the highest. Conclusion The reported incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guilin shows an overall downward trend from 2012 to 2022. The high incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis is characterized by age 65 and above, male, occupation as farmer, and the place of residence in the south of Guilin. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
