长江流域在我国水资源配置体系中具有重要地位，对其进行水质预测尤为重要。基于现有研究结果，结合循环神经网络（recurrent neural network，RNN）中的门控循环单元（gate recurrent unit，GRU）模型与全连接神经网络（fully connected neural network，FCNN），提出了改进的多元水质指标预测（MWQPP）模型，并用其预测长江流域水体的pH、溶解氧（DO）、高锰酸盐指数（CODMn）、氨氮（NH3-N）。基于长江流域2011—2018年23个水质监测点7 566条原始数据，经对比实验，证明了用MWQPP模型预测得到的均方根误差（RMSE）、平均绝对误差（MAE）、平均绝对百分比误差（MAPE）和决定系数（R2）均优于传统水质预测模型，有效提升了水质预测的精度，具有较好的鲁棒性，为水质预测和流域管理提供了科学支撑。

This research focuses on the classification of Chinese Buddhist scripture catalogs, employing advanced deep learning methods to develop an automatic classification mechanism. Chinese Buddhist scripture catalogs serve as vital tools for organizing and retrieving Buddhist literature, facilitating research in the field. However, with the continuous addition of new texts and the need to adapt to modern academic research requirements, traditional manual classification methods have become time-consuming and less effective. In this study, we aim to address this challenge by harnessing the power of deep learning techniques. Our research not only involves the integration of new literature into existing catalog structures but also explores the reasons behind misclassifications in these catalogs. Additionally, we examine the inherent connections between different categories of scriptures to provide a comprehensive understanding of the catalog structure. Our contributions in this research encompass: 1. Automatic Classification: We pioneer the use of deep learning methods for the classification of Buddhist scripture catalogs, allowing for faster and more accurate categorization of texts. This automated approach significantly enhances the efficiency of catalog management. 2. Error Analysis: We delve into the reasons behind misclassifications in the catalogs, shedding light on common pitfalls and misconceptions in traditional classification methods. 3. Interconnections: We uncover the original interrelationships between different categories of scriptures, offering valuable insights for adjusting and optimizing the catalog structure to align with contemporary research needs. 4. Practical Application: The research findings are adopted by the CBETA research group as a reference tool for the cataloging of new literature in future editions of the Tripitaka, ensuring that the catalog remains up-to-date and relevant. This research is a significant step towards modernizing the management of Chinese Buddhist scripture catalogs, making them more efficient, accurate, and adaptable to the evolving landscape of Buddhist literature. Forest and grass raw materials are abundant resources in China. The proper utilization of these resources can greatly contribute to environmental issues arising from forest and grass wastes. Therefore, this study aims to classify the representative forest and grass raw materials across mainland China. The forest and grass crops were determined in each region, according to geographical coordinates. A systematic analysis was implemented to explore the distribution and composition of diverse forest and grass raw materials. Specific indicators were measured, such as the contents of moisture, cellulose, hemicellulose, carbon, oxygen, volatile matter, and calorific value. A framework of database retrieval was established for the composition and structural analysis of diverse forest and grass raw materials. The results indicated that the sugar beet in the East China region exhibited a moisture content ranging from 80% to 90%, with a relatively lower carbon content, compared with the rest energy grasses. Nevertheless, sugar beet was unsuitable for biomass ethanol use, with a higher oxygen content of 46%, compared with the forest and grass raw materials. Soybeans shared the 40% cellulose content significantly lower than the rest. Furthermore, maize and rice crop straws showed relatively lower contents of moisture and ash, with lower oxygen and similar carbon content. Additionally, maize straws in the Southwest exhibited the highest cellulose content among various forest and grass raw materials. Consequently, maize and rice straws were suitable for biomass ethanol utilization. Ryegrass in the Northwest and sugarcane in the East and South presented a higher specific heat capacity ranging from 3.2 to 4.8 J/(kg·K), whereas other energy grasses generally ranged from 0.8 to 2.4 J/(kg·K). There were some correlations among the physical properties, chemical compositions, industrial compositions, elemental compositions, and ethanol utilization potential of typical forest and grass raw materials. Densest-packed structures of identical ellipses within a parallel strip have been obtained through Monte Carlo simulations and analytic derivations. Each of such structures is an affine transformation of a particular densest-packed structure of identical circular disks. Three types of structures have been identified: Types X and Y correspond, respectively, to affine stretches along the perpendicular and axial directions of the parallel strip, and type M corresponds to affine stretches of locally densest structures. Our findings enrich the field of condensed matter physics with a class of confinement-induced, orientationally ordered crystal structures, and offer possibilities of developing low-dimensional materials with specific orientational ordering.

Intestinal bacteria produce metabolites such as trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO), which have been found to impact the pathological process of coronary artery atherosclerotic disease through various signaling pathways. TMAO has been shown to induce vascular endothelial cell damage, contribute to lipid deposition in the vascular wall, promote inflammation, and stimulate smooth muscle cell aging and migration. Research suggests that modulation of TMAO metabolism and associated signaling pathways may offer potential therapeutic interventions for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic disease. Objective To investigate the effects of high altitude hypoxia on autophagy and apoptosis in lung tissues of C57BL/6 mice. Methods Thirty 8-week-old C57BL/6 mice were selected and housed in Yanta District, Xi'an City （control group） and Goluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province （plateau hypoxia group）, respectively, and they were executed and their lung tissues were collected after 21 d of continuous feeding. The microstructure of lung tissue was observed under transmission electron microscopy and the number of autophagosomes was recorded； the expression lev‐ els of autophagy and apoptosis factors Beclin-1, LC3B, p62, Bax and Bcl-2 positive signals in the lung tissues were detect‐ ed by immunohistochemistry, and Beclin-1, LC3B, p62, Bax and Bcl-2 protein and mRNA expression levels were detect‐ ed by Western blotting and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The number of autophagosomes in the pla‐ teau hypoxia group and the control group were 4. 80±0. 84 and 1. 80±0. 45, respectively, with statistically significant dif‐ ference between the two groups （P<0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the expression of Beclin-1 and Bcl-2 protein positive signals in the lung tissues of the plateau hypoxia group was enhanced, and the expression of p62 and Bax positive signals was diminished （both P<0. 05）, and there was no significant change in LC3B positive signal expression （P> 0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the relative expression of Beclin-1 protein, LC3B Ⅱ/Ⅰ and Bcl-2/Bax in‐ creased and the relative expression of p62 protein decreased in the plateau hypoxia group （all P<0. 05）. Compared with the control group, the relative expression of Beclin-1, LC3B and Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in the lung tissue of the plateau hypox‐ ia group increased, and the relative expression of p62 mRNA decreased （both P<0. 05）. Objective To analyze the predictive efficacy of serum growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF-15) in combination with the bleeding score on bleeding after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods Totally 225 CAD patients were divided into the bleeding group (31 patients) and non-bleeding group (194 patients) according to whether they bled after PCI treatment, and the serum GDF-15 levels and bleeding scores (HAS-BLED bleeding score and CRUSADE bleeding score) of the two groups were compared. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors and risk factors for bleeding after PCI treatment in CAD patients. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were plotted to examine the predictive efficacy of serum GDF-15, HAS-BLED bleeding score, and CRUSADE bleeding score alone and in combination on bleeding after PCI treatment in CAD patients. Results Significant differences were found in the proportion of women, serum GDF-15 levels, HASBBLED bleeding score, and CRUSADE bleeding score between the bleeding and non-bleeding groups (all P<0. 05). Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that serum GDF-15 level [OR (95%CI) =13. 408 (3. 130 to 57. 442), P= 0. 000], HAS-BLED bleeding score [OR (95%CI) =2. 394 (1. 313 to 4. 364), P=0. 004], and CRUSADE bleeding score [OR (95%CI) =1. 065 (1. 010 to 1. 123), P=0. 019)] were associated with bleeding events. When the critical value of serum GDF-15 was 2 467. 61 pg/mL, its predictive sensitivity for bleeding after PCI treatment in CAD patients was 51. 6%, specificity was 86. 1%, and area under ROC was 0. 720 (95%CI: 0. 623 to 0. 817, P<0. 05); when the critical value of HAS-BLED bleeding score was 2, its predictive sensitivity for bleeding after PCI treatment in patients was 74. 2%, specificity was 68. 8%, and area under ROC was 0. 730, (95%CI: 0. 635 to 0. 825, P<0. 05); when the critical value of CRUSADE bleeding score was 30, its predictive sensitivity for bleeding events was 77. 4%, specificity was 55. 2%, and area under ROC was 0. 689 (95%CI: 0. 596 to 0. 781, P<0. 05); the predictive sensitivity of serum GDF-15 combined with HAS-BLED bleeding score for bleeding after PCI treatment in CAD patients was 74. 2%, specificity was 78. 9%, and area under ROC was 0. 794 (95%CI: 0. 711 to 0. 876); serum GDF-15 combined with CRUSADE bleeding score had a predictive sensitivity of 87. 1%, specificity of 61. 3%, and area under ROC of 0. 788, 95%CI of 0. 711 to 0. 865 for bleeding after PCI treatment in patients with CAD; significant difference was found in the bleeding between the GDF-15 and GDF-15 combined with HAS-BLED bleeding score (P<0. 05). Conclusion Serum GDF-15, HAS-BLED bleeding score, and CRUSADE bleeding score were all effective predictors of bleeding risk after PCI in patients with CAD.
