山东省花生产业不仅影响山东省农业发展和农民增收，而且对全国花生供给、花生产品质量和我国花生对外贸易至关重要。梳理了山东省花生产业发展的现状，指出了花生产业发展存在的主要问题，结合山东省实际提出了建议。分析表明：山东省花生在种植区域、技术、品质、加工、出口和品牌等方面具有明显优势，但是在生产方面不仅存在着种植面积和总产量逐年减少、种植区域规模小且分散、品种更新速度缓慢的问题，还有化肥农药过量使用、黄曲霉毒素污染等质量安全隐患。在加工方面存在着花生油加工企业规模小、精深加工技术不高、产业链条短等问题。为此，山东省需加快建设优质花生种植基地，打造花生产业集聚区，扩大规模化生产和产业化经营，加强花生机械设备的创新智造，强化标准引领，实施“齐鲁粮油”品牌战略，促进山东省花生产业的高质量发展。 The peanut industry in Shandong not only affects the agricultural development and the increase of farmers′ income of Shandong, but also is vital for the national peanut supply, peanut product quality and China′s peanut foreign trade.The development status of peanut industry in Shandong province was summarized, and the main problems existing in production and processing of peanut industry were pointed out. Finally, based on the actual situation in Shandong, suggestions were put forward. The analysis showed that the peanut in Shandong had obvious advantages in planting area, technology, quality, processing, export, and brand. However, in terms of production, there were not only problems such as decreasing planting area and total output, small and scattered planting area, and slow variety update speed, but also potential safety hazards such as excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and aflatoxin contamination. In terms of processing, there were problems such as small scale of peanut oil processing enterprises, not high level of deep processing technology, and short industrial chain. Therefore, Shandong should build high-quality peanut planting base and industrial agglomeration area, expand large-scale production and industrialization, encourage peanut machinery and equipment innovation, strengthen standard guidance, and implement the brand strategy of "Qilu Grain and Oil" to promote the high-quality development of peanut industry in Shandong.

The purpose of this study was to compare the diverse antibacterial properties of B.coagulans culture solution (BCS), or the centrifuged supernatant of B.coagulans culture solution (CSS) and the centrifuged bacterial suspension of B.coagulans culture solution (CBS) under different pH conditions. Four treatment groups including sterile distilled water (SDW, control group), BCS, CSS, CBS were designed to determine the diameter of inhibition zone for three intestinal harmful index bacteria (S. choleraesuis, S.pullorum and E.coli K88) under the simulative gastrointestinal pH value conditions (pH 2.5, 4.0, 5.5 or 7.0) by the Oxford cup test in vitro. The results of simulative intestinal pH environment showed that BCS and CBS were inhibitory against three intestinal harmful bacteria, and inhibitory efficiency of CBS was greater than that of BCS (P<0.05) under pH 4.0, 5.5 and 7.0. At pH 4.0, CSS had antibacterial activity on three bacteria, but no antibacterial activity at pH 5.5 and 7.0. The SDW had no antibacterial activity on three harmful bacteria under pH 4.0, 5.5 and 7.0. Under pH 2.5 of the simulative stomach condition, four groups had strong antibacterial activity on three harmful bacteria, and the inhibitory efficiency of BCS, CSS and CBS were no significant difference (P>0.05), but were greater than SDW (P<0.05). In collusion, B.coagulans culture solution (BCS) and its centrifuged bacterial suspension (CBS) can be utilized for the Oxford cup test operation, which reflect the bacteriostasis of the B.coagu⁃ lans strain. On the contrary, the weak inhibitory efficiency of CSS was observed, so B.coagulans centrifuged supernatant was not fit to reflect the bacteriostasis of the B.coagulans strain in Oxford cup test operation. Moreover, the bacteriostasis of B.coagulans had no relevent to intestinal pH values by in vitro simulative livestock intestinal conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this experiment, culture temperature and time in two existing promulgated standards T/ YNBX 024—2021 (Yunnan group standard) and T/CSWSL 022—2020 (Beijing group standard) was evalu‐ ated to the aerobic count of Bacillus coagulans additive by plate count method. The aim was to provide reference for determining the cultivation temperature and time for bacterial count detection of feed Bacillus coagulans. The results from the determine operating procedure of both Yunnan group standard and Beijing group standard showed that no aerobic count data was detected in “Low temperature/Short time” (40 ℃/24 h) culture condition due to no observation of Bacillus coagulans colony. The aerobic count of Bacillus coagulans additive in “High temperature/Short time”(50 ℃/24 h) culture condition was more than those in “Low temperature/Long time”(40 ℃/48 h) culture condition. Moreover, Bacillus coagulans colony count in “High temperature/Short time”(50 ℃/24 h) culture condition was similar with those in “High temperature/Long time”(50 ℃/48 h) culture condition. These findings proved that the aerobic count of Bacillus coagulans additive by plate count method was affected by culture temperature and time, and the optimal culture condition is 50 ℃/24~48 h. [Objectives] The aim of this study was to reveal the transcriptional regulation mechanism by means of analyzing the function of CsCML25 gene that involved in cucumber determinate growth.[Methods] The DNA from leaves of CCMC cucumber self-inbred line were used as templates. The full-length promoter sequence upstream of CsCML25 was cloned(PCsCML25). The cis-regulation elements of CsCML25 promoter were analyzed by bioinformatics method. CsCML25 overexpression vector(pLP100-35S-CsCML25) and the recombinant expression vector that GFP reporter gene driving by CsCML25 promoter were constructed(PCsCML25-GFP). The recombinant vectors were introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana by Agrobacterium-mediated method. The phenotype of overexpressed plants and the temporal and spatial expression of GFP were observed with fluorescence microscope. RT-qPCR was employed to analyze the changes of GFP gene expression level after PCsCML25-GFP transgenic plants were treated with IAA, 6-BA and crossed with tfl1-13 mutant.[Results] CsCML25 promoter overall length was 2 979 bp, including four MYB binding sites, one WUS binding site and many numerous auxin, cytokinin and lights responsive cis-acting elements. The overexpression of CsCML25 in A.thaliana could lead to flowers fuse in the tip of inflorescence that resulted in shoot determinate growth. The phenotype was similar to the A.thaliana determinate growth mutant tfl1-13. GFP reporter gene driven by PCsCML25 was intensely expressed in vegetative shoot apical meristem, leaf primordia, young floral buds and petals. RT-qPCR results showed that the transcriptional activities of CsCML25 promoter were significantly influenced by IAA and 6-BA treatment. Meanwhile, hybrid with determinate growth mutant tfl1-13 result showed that GFP expression of PCsCML25 was lower because TFL1 was inactivated.[Conclusions] CsCML25 gene was a determinate growth regulatory gene that mainly expressed in shoot apical meristems and young organs, and the transcriptional activity of CsCML25 promoter was inhibited by IAA and 6-BA. Mutant hybridization tests also demonstrated that determinate growth regulatory genes TFL1 might participate in regulation of expression of CsCML25 gene and affected the formation of plant architecture. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of pharmaceutical care on continuous treatment of elderly patients after discharge in Jiangsu Province Official Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"). METHODS: A total of 129 inpatients admitted into our hospital from Jul. 2016 to Jul. 2017 were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(61 cases) and the pharmacy service group(68 cases). Patients in the conventional treatment group received traditional medical care and inpatient medical services and hospital pharmacy evaluation, the patients were consulted by nurses at the time of discharge. Patients in the pharmacy service group received traditional medical care and inpatient medical services and full-course pharmacy services, the patients were instructed by clinical pharmacists at the time of discharge. Patients were interviewed by telephone or face-to-face before intervention and 30 d after discharge. The differences between two groups in understanding drug treatment, drug compliance, incidence of adverse drug events, and patient satisfaction were compared. RESULTS: The follow-up results after discharge showed that 92.6%(63/68) and 88.2%(60/68) of the patients in the pharmacy service group knew the use of discharged drugs and could basically describe drug usage and dosage, respectively, which were significantly higher than 77.0%(47/61) and 63.9%(39/61) of the conventional treatment group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After the intervention, the proportion of patients with good medication compliance in the pharmacy service group was 91.2%(62/68), which was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group 72.1%(44/61), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), which showed that the drug compliance of patients in the pharmacy service group was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group. CONCLUSIONS: The admission of pharmaceutical care to elderly patients during hospitalization is conducive to the continuous standardized drug treatment after discharge. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
