As the energy metabolism center of plant cells, mitochondria play an important role in plant response to stress. To analyze difference in expression mode of mitochondria gene from the Arabidopsis thaliana, Lycopersicon esculentum and Saussurea involucrala, the differential expression genes ( DEGs) was filtered in the three low temperature transcriptones and comparison analysis was performed on the DECs from three plants. All the mitochondria genes were filtered through blast against Low mitochondria genomes that was downloaded from Low NCBl database Promoter analysis was performed through PlantCAHE online website and the mega software was used to phylogenetic tree construction. The results Were as follows : ln total, there were 2, 24 and 15 DEC.s Were found in Sausurea involucrata, Arabidopsis thaliana and Lycopersicon esculentum, and these genes Were mainly focused on mitochondria ribosomal and electron transfer chain complex subunits; A few genes Were seemed to relate to low cold adaptation that the expression level was positive to the ability of cold tolerance of the three plants, especially for the NAD1 and NADS gene Through cluster analysis of expression patterns, Sausurea involucrata and Arabidopsis thaliana were more similar in genes expression mode than Lycopersicon esculentum, and the expression mode of different genes had a quite difference between different plants ; Further analysis on the conserved motif sequence of these genes, the sequences of Saussurea involucrata showed more dose relationship with the alpine plants such as Climacium dendroides and Anomodon minor than the other composites plants. ln general, the mitochondria genes had a quite difference on Low sequence of conserved molif and expression mode under the cold condition between the Arabidopsis thaliana, Lycopersicon esculentum and Saussurea involucrata. lt was conduct that the mitochondria genes and its expressional regulation could be implicated in the cold adaplation of plants. The oocyte cryopreservation as an important technology of in vitro fertilization (IVF), is also the main way to preserve female fertility. Oocyte cryopreservation is easy to cause irreversible damage to oocytes. The cumulus cells (CCs) play an important role in the in vitro maturation (IVM) of oocytes. However, the cryopreservation could also damage CCs besides oocytes. It is known that vitrification/thawing may have potential effects on oocytes (including mature and immature oocytes). These effects could include the changes of some important molecules related to the cellular events during oocyte development and maturation, such as oocyte maturation (GDF9, BMP15), apoptosis (Bax, Bcl-2), cytoskeleton (CK8, ACTB), cell cycle (CCNA1, MCM10), gap junction (GJA1), developmental capacity (HDAC1, STAT3, SMARCAL1 and DNMT3B), lipid metabolism (cGMP), etc. The changes of those molecules before and after the oocyte vitrification were summarized in this review, which provide us a theoretical and experimental basis for improving the oocyte vitrification. To enhance the hydraulic performance of the molten salt pump, the steady flow in the molten salt pump was studied numerically based on the simulation experiment. Under different flowrates, the internal flowfields in the pumps with different blade number were systematically simulated. The results revealed that the pressure distribution in the three model pumps are similar, the largest static pressure appears at the volute outlet, and Ps-7z〉Ps-z6 > Ps-z5. There are obvious vortex in the flow passage (III, IV quadrants) near the volute tongue under low flow rate conditions (0.4Q, 0.6Q), and the vortex decreases with the increase of flow, when the flow rate reaches Q the vortex disappear. The pump head decreases with the increase of flow rate, and the head falls faster between 0.8Q - 1.1Q. Moreover, the z = 7 pump has higher head than that of the other two pumps under the same flowrate. Changing of blade number has little influence on this structure of molten salt pump, it can be seen from the comparison of performance curves, z = d pump is slightly better than the other blade number pumps, and the molten salt pump has better efficiency between 0. 8Q - 1.1Q.
