The electrolysis of water is a crucial technology for extraterrestrial in situ resource utilization in the aerospace sector. Scientific research with unique university characteristics plays a vital role in fostering talent development. Adhering to the principle of integrating science and education, this study combines aerospace-focused scientific research with undergraduate teaching to design a research-oriented experimental course. The approach involves using a two-step method of hydrothermal oxidation and high-temperature phosphidation to fabricate nickel foam self-supported bimetallic phosphide electrodes with ultra-hydrophilic and super-hydrophobic surfaces suitable for the microgravity environment of aerospace space. The performance of hydrogen production from electrolyzed water is investigated. Additionally, relevant thermodynamic concepts from undergraduate physical chemistry courses are incorporated to engage students actively, encourage independent exploration, facilitate the construction of knowledge on extraterrestrial water electrolysis, and uphold the spirit of aerospace patriotism. - Abstract
Introduction: High-intensity interval exercise (HIIE) has demonstrated positive effects on cardiovascular function improvement. However, research on HIIE's effects on vascular function often lacks focus on women despite known variations in arterial stiffness improvement across different menstrual stages. Consequently, the effects of HIIE performed during various menstrual phases on vascular function in women remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the acute effects of HIIE on cardiovascular function in healthy young women across different menstrual phases to elucidate its cardiovascular benefits. Methods: We recruited 13 regularly exercising female college students and determined their menstrual cycle status through a questionnaire. One week before formal HIIE, we measured the participants' peak heart rate (HRpeak). Next, HIIE sessions were conducted during the follicular and luteal phases within the same menstrual cycle. Each session consisted of 10 one-minute bouts of exercise at 90% HRpeak intensity, followed by one minute of rest. Blood pressure and finger-toe pulse wave velocity (ftPWV) were measured at rest, immediately postexercise (T0), and at 15-minute intervals up to 60 minutes post-exercise (T15, T30, T45, T60). The statistical analysis used two-way repeated measures ANOVA. The trapezoidal rule was used to calculate the incremental area under the curve (iAUC) for ftPWV, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) from rest to T0, with differences analyzed using a paired samples ttest. Results: ftPWV was significantly lower in the luteal phase group than in the follicular phase group at rest, T0, T15, and T30 (p < 0.05). SBP was significantly lower in the luteal phase group at rest (p < 0.05) and in the follicular phase group at T30, T45, and T60 compared to rest (p < 0.05). DBP was significantly lower in the luteal phase group at rest, T30, T45, and T60 (p < 0.05). The iAUC for ftPWV, SBP, and DBP were significantly lower in the luteal phase group than in the follicular phase group during the rest-T0 period (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Healthy young women can achieve optimal cardiovascular stimulation by engaging in HIIE during the follicular phase, while exercising during the luteal phase may help reduce the adverse effects on vascular function. Dyes in water have been widely discovered, and dye pollution is one of the important factors for the water pollution, due to the wide application of dyes in food, printing, textile and other industries. Therefore, pretreatment of dyes in water has become extremely important. The adsorption properties of pure and functionalized graphene can be applied to the detection and removal of dyes in water. In this study, the adsorption mechanism of pure graphene and functionalized graphene on methylene blue (MB) was investigated by density functional theory method. The results showed that pure graphene and functionalized graphene have a certain degree of adsorption of MB, among which the adsorption of functionalized graphenes on MB is stronger than that of pure graphene on MB. There is the strongest adsorption of graphene functionalized with epoxy, carboxyl and hydroxyl three groups. The results are hopeful to provide meaningful theoretical guidance for graphene materials in the adsorption application of organic dyes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The Yi horn pattern an indispensable part of the Yi pattern has a strong attribute of "pattern symbol" and is widely used in the form of embroidery patterns in the Yi costumes. It is a heavy historical precipitation of the Yi sheep culture. Nowadays there are few studies on Yi horn patterns in the academic circles and they are incorporated in the comprehensive field of Yi culture research and Yi dress research. There is a lack of systematic combing and summarization and a dearth of in-depth excavation of the level of cultural connotation. From the perspective of Saussure's semiotics this paper adopted the method of corroboration between relevant literature and physical objects and then explored the causes and cultural context of the development of Yi sheep's horn patterns by examining the historical evolution of the shape of the Yi sheep's horn pattern summarizing its organizational structure features and the rules of color application. Two major conclusions are drawn. Firstly at the signifier level the Yi sheep' s horn pattern presents abstract and geometric symbolic features and balanced and unified formal characteristics and the basic shape composition is the interdependent and opposite whirlwind image composed of two whirlwind images. After the evolution on the basis of maintaining the basic features many combinations of deformations appeared which were mostly used in combination with ferns and other botanical motifs reflecting the Yi people' s inheritance and innovation of this cultural symbol. In the layout and placement of its independent pattern the pattern form and the Yi costume structure fit each other its continuous patterns are mostly organized in a two-way organization to highlight the sense of order and solemnity the use of color and the whole show the characteristics of unity of opposition. Secondly at the level of the signified of the Yi horn pattern the Yi people live in the context of the sheep-based animal husbandry mode of production and the Yi horn pattern is regarded as a symbol of a carefree peaceful and well-being life and carries the Yi people' s pursuit of wealth and good fortune. At the same time the Yi horn pattern plays an important role in the Yi rituals and rules and system culture confirming the original totem worship of the Yi people and that the sheep also plays a fair and just symbol in the legal system of the Yi ethnic group. Finally the shape and structure of the Yi horn pattern contain the traditional concept of creation of the Yi ethnic group and its symmetrical structure and double helix shape are symbolic expression of the male and female concept of the Yi ethnic group. This paper analyzes the Yi ethnic group 's horn patterns through Saussure 's semiotics and summarizes the development evolution and characteristics of its shape structure so as to study the deep cultural connotation provide practical examples for the study of Yi ethnic group' s horn patterns and contribute to promoting Yi culture. - Abstract
2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (2,3,7,8-TCDD) is one of the most significant one in dioxin families that harms humans and environment. It is an urgent problem to design an efficient and sensitive adsorbent in order to detect and remove the effects of 2,3,7,8-TCDD on humans and the environment In this study, the first-principles method based on density Functional theory (DFT) was used to explore the adsorption meschanism of 2,3,7,8 - TCDD on intrinsic phosphorene; and the effect of doping Ti, Fe, Ca, Al metal atoms into intrinsic phosphorene on the 2,3,7,8-TCDD adsorption was investigated in detail. The results demonstrated that the initial configuration of 2,3,7,8-TCDD affects the adsorption, and the adsorption is greater when lying flat on the intrinsic phosphorene surface. Moreover, the doping of metal atoms also has a great influence on the adsorption of 2,3,7,8-TCDD on the phosphorene surface. The metal atoms doping increases the adsorption between intrinsic phosphorene and 2,3,7,8-TCDD. Ca doped phosphorene > Fe doped phosphorene > Ti doped phosphorene > Al doped phosphorene. The conclusion brings new thinking for the treatment of 2,3,7,8 - TCDD and is expected to provide useful theoretical guidance for the detection and removal of dioxins. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探索在炎性因子作用下,星形胶质细胞的活性变化及其产生的分泌型磷脂酶A 2-ⅡA (secretory phospholipase A2 of group ⅡA,sPLA2-ⅡA)表达量的变化,进一步探讨其可能存在的机制。 方法 在体外原代培养大鼠大脑皮质星形胶质细胞的基础上,取第4代培养的细胞用于实验。随 机分为对照组和实验组,实验组分别为:10 ng/ml白介素-1β(interleukin-1 beta,IL-1β)组,100 ng/ml IL-1β组,10 ng/ml 肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)组,100 ng/ml TNF-α组,10 ng/ml IL-1β+10 ng/ml TNF-α组,100 ng/ml IL-1β+100 ng/ml TNF-α组。24 h后用细胞增殖-毒性检测试 剂盒检测细胞活力。选取10 ng/ml IL-1β+10 ng/ml TNF-α组继续进行实验。通过实时荧光定量聚合 酶链式反应(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,qRT-PCR)和酶联免疫吸附测定,检测 sPLA2-ⅡA的表达量变化,并通过qRT-PCR检测核因子κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)、NF-κB 抑制蛋白激酶α(inhibitor of NF-κB kinase α,IKKα)、NF-κB抑制蛋白激酶β(inhibitor of NF-κB kinase β,IKKβ)的mRNA变化。 结果 通过分离、纯化获得了形态典型的大鼠大脑皮质星形胶质细胞,细胞形态不规则,突起较多 较长,呈放射状。胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫染色显示纯度达95%以上。实验组细胞的活性均高于对照 组。其中,100 ng/ml IL-1β组、100 ng/ml TNF-α组、10 ng/ml IL-1β+10 ng/ml TNF-α组和100 ng/ml IL-1β+100 ng/ml TNF-α组的细胞活性明显高于对照组(t =0.07、0.12、0.53、0.39,P<0.05)。与对照 组相比,10 ng/ml IL-1β+10 ng/ml TNF-α组sPLA2-ⅡA的mRNA和蛋白水平表达量显著升高(t =9.615、 11.635,P<0.05),NF-κB、IKKα、IKKβ的mRNA均增高(t =4.015、4.719、6.509,P<0.05)。 结论 炎性因子IL-1β与TNF-α联合应用可刺激星形胶质细胞活化,并能够不同程度地刺激sPLA2- ⅡA的表达,该过程可能与NF-κB通路有关。 Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of inflammatory cytokines on the activity of astrocytes and the expression of sPLA2-IIA secreted by astrocytes, and the possible mechanism. Methods On the basis of primary cell culture of rat cerebral cortical astrocytes in vitro, the fourth generation of cultured cells were used for the experiment, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group included: 10 ng/ml IL-1β subgroup, 100 ng/ml IL-1β subgroup, 10 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup, 100 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup, 10 ng/ml IL- 1β plus 10 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup, 100 ng/ml IL-1β plus 100 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup. 24 hours later, cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. Then the 10 ng/ml IL-1β plus 10 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup was selected to continue the experiment. The expression of sPLA2-IIA was detected by qRT-PCR and ELISA, and the mRNA changes of IKKα, IKKβ and NF-κB were detected by qRTPCR. Results Through the separation and purification, the typical rat cortical astrocytes were obtained. The morphology of astrocytes was irregular, the neurites were longer and radial. Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) staining showed that the purity of astrocytes was over 95%. The activity of astrocytes in experimental group was higher than that in control group. Among them, the activity of astrocytes in 100 ng/ml IL-1β subgroup, 100 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup, 10 ng/ml IL-1β plus 10 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup and 100 ng/ml IL-1β plus 100 ng/ml TNF-α subgroup were significantly higher than that in control group (t =0.07, 0.12, 0.53, 0.39, P

目的 探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在神经内科进修医师急性脑血管 病合并癫痫发作教学过程中的应用价值。 方法 选取首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经内科进修医师24名为教学对象,采用随机数字表将 其分为PBL教学组和传统教学组。在急性脑血管病合并癫痫发作的诊断和治疗方案确定过程中分别 对两组采用PBL教学法和传统教学法,以问卷调查的方法对两组的教学效果进行评价。 结果 PBL教学组与传统教学组相比,进修医师在自主学习能力、提出问题能力、解决问题能力、临 床实践能力、医患沟通能力、团队合作能力和医学知识扩展各方面均显著提升。 结论 PBL教学法可以提高进修医师在急性脑血管病合并癫痫发作诊断和治疗过程中临床思维和 临床实践能力。 Abstract: Objective To explore the value of problem-based learning (PBL) on the teaching course of seizure in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases for further-studying physicians of neurology. Methods PBL and classical methods were applied separately in teaching of seizure in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases among 24 further-studying physicians of neurology who were randomized into 2 groups using random number table in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University and the effects of these teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire survey among these further-studying physicians. Results Compared with the classical teaching method, PBL method could significantly improve further-studying physicians’ abilities in independent learning, finding problems, solving problems, clinical practical ability, communication ability with and patients, team cooperative ability, and extending medical knowledge. Conclusion The ability of further-studying physicians in clinical logistic and practice in finding and treating seizure in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases has been statistically improved by the application of PBL teaching method.

Objective To intervene in the process of the information epidemic s impact on public anxiety through a mediated model with moderation, and to explore the relationship between information epidemic and anxiety and its mechanism of action, with a view to better solving the difficulties it poses, eliminating the atmosphere of public anxiety shrouded by the information epidemic under the public health emergencies, and further stifling the possibilities of the generation of social risk crises. Methods Using a combination of convenience sampling and snowball samplings 1 580 valid questionnaires were surveyed nationwide, and descriptive statistical analyses, regression analyses, and mediated moderated effects analyses were conducted. Results Information epidemic had a positive predictive effect on anxiety level (仔二 0. 14, P < 0. 001), mental toughness partially mediated the relationship between information epidemic and anxiety level 0, 30 (95% CI: 0, 10 一 0. 52), with the indirect effect accounting for 15. 4 % of the total effect; and education level played a moderating role in the second half of the pathway of the aforementioned mediation model (仔二 一 0. 36, P < 0. 001). Condusion In the context of public health emergencies, it is recommended to improve the publics mental toughness and education level to mitigate the adverse impacts of information outbreaks, and then reduce the negative emotions of public anxiety. - Abstract
In high-dip fault-block reservoirs, the development effects of oil wells at high and low positions vary greatly due to the influence of gravity. The physical simulation was used to explore the influence of dip angle on the development effect, and the calculation method of liquid production ratio of oil wells at high and low positions in water drive fault block reservoirs considering balanced displacement was derived. The accuracy of the calculation method of liquid production ratio of oil wells at high and low positions was verified by comparing with the numerical simulation results. It is found that with the increase of reservoir dip angle, the streamline at high position becomes less, the water drive swept area becomes smaller, and the recovery degree becomes lower. With the increase of reservoir dip angle, the liquid production ratio of the oil wells required for balanced production (the ratio of liquid production of high position oil wells to that of low position oil wells) increases. In the case of the same reservoir dip angle, with the increase of crude oil density and water injection intensity, the effect of dip angle on the fluid production ratio of oil wells required for balanced displacement becomes weak, and the fluid production ratio of oil wells decreases. - Abstract
The natural various organisms’ surfaces perform versatile superhydrophobic phenomena, such as lotus leaves, bird feathers, and insect wings. For revealing the superhydrophobic principle of solid surface, Thomas Young proposed the famous Young’s equation, which depicts the relationship between surface tension and contact angle existing on the interface of solid, liquid and gas, and reveals the equilibrium between solid phase and liquid phase without any special action on a uniform surface. From this, Wenzel model is derived to describe the droplet state on a solid rough surface. However, the Wenzel model is not suitable for more complicated practical conditions, so Cassie and Baxter further proposed the Cassie-Baxter model, and this model assumes that a large amount of air is trapped between the solid and liquid interfaces, and the water droplets do not penetrate the rough structural surface. However, the practical wetting state generally falls in between the Wenzel model and Cassie model, showing the rough surface of water-partially moistened material. Therefore, researchers proposed the Wenzel-Cassis model, and at this point the development achieved perfection performed on the wettability model of the superhydrophobic surface. Researchers have developed various intelligent and facile routes to prepare biomimetic superhydrophobic surfaces of fabrics, that is, superhydrophobic fabrics with a water contact angle more than 150° can be obtained with the help of a synergistic effect between a certain roughness and low surface energy. Superhydrophobic fabrics have high additional application value in the development of functional clothing fabrics and the treatment of industrial wastewater. What is worth mentioning is that traditional finishing ways to prepare superhydrophobic fabrics require strict conditions, the obtained superhydrophobic capability is not stable, and the preparation process performs a certain harm to the environment, thereby greatly inhibiting practical applications. For better grasping the exploration and research status of superhydrophobic fabrics, we summarized the current synthesis methods and functional characteristics of superhydrophobic fabrics, including sol-gel method, etching method, surface deposition method, solvent-non-solvent method and electrospinning method, synchronously reviewed both domestic and overseas research progress of superhydrophobic fabrics in recent years, and analyzed the value of constructing self-roughening system for developing functional superhydrophobic fabrics. Combined with metal oxide semiconductor materials, noble metal nanoparticles and other decoration strategies, we can obtain the rough structural surface of superhydrophobic fabrics with anti-fouling, anti-freezing, flame retardant, anti-ultraviolet, antibacterial and anticorrosive characteristics. The theoretical basis and process system for preparing superhydrophobic fabrics are becoming increasingly mature and gradually improving. With the introduction of various nanomaterials and finishing technologies, the versatile functions involved in superhydrophobic fabric surface are improved, and especially, these acquired versatile fabrics maintain excellent self-cleaning and oil-water separation capability in multiple cycle experiments. In addition, we reviewed the research status and potential application of superhydrophobic fabrics applied for constructing functional clothing fabrics and industrial oil-water separation. The superhydrophobic fabrics obtained by a biomimetic strategy possess potential application value in various industries, including functional clothing fabric, oil-water separation, biomedicine, aerospace and navigation. Varieties of valuable research achievements have been accumulated in physical and chemical synthesis and processing of superhydrophobic fabrics, as well as related to regulate physical and chemical properties research. Nevertheless, we still face various current challenges for obtaining stable functional performance of superhydrophobic fabrics, so future research topics should be focused on preparing superhydrophobic fabrics with mechanical stability and durability, and expanding their application prospects and commercial value. For large-scale production and application, it is also necessary to develop environmentally friendly, efficient and sustainable routes to prepare versatile superhydrophobic fabrics, and focus on the design and development of superhydrophobic coatings with advanced multifunction features, as sustainable energy production and storage are considered to be the key to explore future multi-functional textiles. - Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ivabradine on QT interval and sinus rhythm in patients with chronic heart failure (HF). Methods A total of 179 patients with chronic HF were selected as the research subjects. They underwent 12-lead synchronous ambulatory electrocardiography (AECG) examination, and reexamination of AECG 30-45 days after oral administration of ivabradine. The changes of QT interval and heart rate before and after medication were compared. Results A total of 143 patients complete clinical follow-up and are enrolled in this study. After oral administration of ivabradine, the maximum QT interval [(467. 9 ± 62. 6)ms vs. (473. 6±63.4) ms], the maximum QTc [(489. 3±56. 0) ms vs. (496. 6±55. 4) ms], the average QT interval [(390. 5±41.1) ms vs. (398. 6±43.7) ms], the average QTc [(417. 2±31. 4) ms vs. (414. 4±36. 9) ms], and the minimum QTc [(377. 5± 36. 0) ms vs. (361.3±37. 0) ms] of all the 143 patients are significantly different from those before medication (P<0. 01). The minimum QT interval [(348. 3 ± 42. 8) ms vs. (349. 6±38. 9) ms] does not vary significantly before and after medication (P > 0. 05). The differences of the minimum heart rate [(50. 3±8. 6) times per minute vs. (47. 7±7. 8) times per minute], the average heart rate [(69. 9±11. 7) times per minute vs. (64. 9±10.6) times per minute], and the maximum heart rate [(116. 6±23.1) times per minute vs. (109. 0±20.1) times per minute] are all statistically significant before and after medication (P<0. 01). During the follow-up period, there is no incidence of ventricular arrhythmia or sudden death. Conclusion Ivabradine could significantly shorten the maximum QT interval / QTc and the average QT interval, and slow down heart rate. Its clinical application is safe and effective. 50. 数字金融促进了中国绿色高质量发展吗?

- Abstract
Digital finance has emerged along with the rapid development of China ’s digital economy and provides an important opportunity for China’s green and high-quality development (GHQD). To explore how digital finance affects China ’s GHQD, this article used the panel data of 283 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2019 as a research sample, constructed an evaluation index system for the level of GHQD based on the Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) model, and measured the level of GHQD of Chinese cities using global principal component analysis. The two-way fixed effects model, instrumental variables approach, and spatial econometric model were used to systematically analyze the effects and mechanisms of digital finance on GHQD. The research results showed that the development of digital finance could significantly promote GHQD. After considering the endogeneity issues and carrying out various robustness tests, the conclusion of this study still held. From the perspective of geographical differences, the promotion effect of digital finance on GHQD was effectively verified in the eastern and central-western regions, but the promotion effect in the eastern region was higher than that in the central and western regions. From the perspective of heterogeneity in the strength of financial supervision, although the promotion effect of digital finance on GHQD was effectively verified in regions with weak and strong financial supervision, the effect was stronger in regions with weak financial supervision. The results of spatial econometric research indicated that there was a significant positive spatial spillover effect of GHQD; that is, the improvement of the level of GHQD in one region would have a positive impact on the GHQD of its spatially related areas. Mechanism research showed that promoting green technology innovation and improving the efficiency of resource allocation were two important ways for digital finance to play a role in GHQD.
