电、气、热等多种能源的耦合使得区域综合能源系统能够通过多能互补协同利用，提高运行的灵活性和经济性。通过投资能源供给和转换设备能够提升区域综合能源系统运行灵活性，但其与投资成本、设备利用情况通常是对立的。在充分考虑多能互补和负荷水平不确定性的前提下，对区域综合能源系统进行优化定容和资产利用效率分析。首先，基于能源集线器模型构建了区域综合能源系统的多能互补协调优化模型。考虑在长时间尺度内多能互补的执行及负荷不确定性对资产利用效率的影响，建立了区域综合能源系统设备的双层鲁棒优化定容模型。接着，通过定义与量化多能互补策略所实现的收益，评估其资产利用效率。最后，通过测试案例验证，在多能互补策略的实施与优化定容的共同作用下，区域综合能源系统设备资产利用效率能够维持在较高水平。

In the digital intelligence era, the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) triggers a revolution in the information technology field and poses new challenges and requirements for information literacy instruction in higher education system. To implement critical information literacy (CIL) instruction in response to generative Al applications not only meets the demands of the information society but also correspondents with the mission of academic libraries in nurturing talents with future competitiveness. This study aims to explore the practical path of CIL instruction in regards to generative Al applications. Literature review on the latest studies showed that critical thinking is crucial when using generative Al applications. With a detailed analysis of the Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education, a practical path of CIL instruction based on generative Al applications is proposed containing purposes, contents, forms, team building and evaluation of instruction. The instructional purposes are demonstrated as to improve learning and working efficiency, foster information literacy, cultivate independent personality, enhance morality, ethics and social responsibility. The instructional contents are concluded with four modules. (1) Technologies and principles module instructs users with the working mechanisms and principles of generative AI. (2) Information evaluation module prepares users with competencies in information acquisition, processing and utilization as well as critical thinking. (3) Morality and ethics module guides users to consider the challenges that generative Al poses to existing laws and regulations, encouraging users to protect their own rights while fulfilling social responsibilities. (4) Future exploration module aims to foster users' forward-thinking abilities, helping them understand the potential impact and transformation that generative Al might bring to the information environment. It proposes instructional forms of CIL instruction include lectures, courses, resource guides, micro-videos, MOOCs, information literacy workshops and Al applications contests, etc. As for team building, personnel training and cross unit cooperation are recommended. When it comes to evaluation, indicators such as the rationality of applications, the efficiency of learning and working and the competencies of information literacy and critical thinking are considered. This study emphasizes the CIL instruction should not only instruct users with knowledge and technologies of AI, but also enhance innovation awareness and cultivate critical thinking. In addition, it calls for further study on the impact of generative AI on CIL instruction and jointly research among libraries and units to promote CIL instruction in response to generative Al and other immerging trends of the information society. Lithium-ion battery self-discharge detection plays an important role in evaluating the capacity, cycle characteristics and service life of a single lithium-ion battery or battery pack. Rapid detection of the spontaneous consumption of stored power of lithiumion batteries in open circuit conditions is currently a research hotspot in this field. The open-circuit voltage method was used to measure the voltage drop of lithium-ion batteries per unit time, namely the self-discharge K value, to characterize the degree of self-discharge. Additionally, a self-discharge K value detection system for lithium-ion batteries was designed. The system was composed of upper and lower computer computers, connected by Type-C mode, which allowed for the detection of the self-discharge rate of lithium-ion batteries. A ternary lithium-ion battery was used as the test object, and a 14-day standing experiment was conducted to detect the self-discharge K value during the standing process. The test results show that the system not only shortens the self-discharge detection time of lithium-ion batteries, but also accurately detects the self-discharge rate of lithium-ion batteries. The self-discharge K value of the lithium- ion batteries was detected under five states of charge: 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, and at four temperature conditions: 20 ℃, 50 ℃, -20 ℃, and -40 ℃. According to the K-value test results, the influence of state of charge and self-discharge ambient temperature on the self-discharge rate of lithium-ion batteries can be analyzed. Aim To investigate the effect of alfentanil on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats and its regulatory mechanism on the sphingosine kinase 1 (SphK1) / sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signaling pathway during this process. Methods SPF grade SD male rats were randomly divided into sham surgery group, model group, positive drug group (compound salvia miltiorrhiza group), low dose alfentanil group, high dose alfentanil group, and high alfentanil+SphK1 agonist group (alfentanil+PMA group), with 20 rats in each group. Except the sham operation group, the MIRI model was reproduced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery and reperfusion. The activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer; TTC was applied to detect the size of myocardial infarction in rats; HE staining was applied to observe the morphological characteristics of rat myocardial tissue; TUNEL staining was applied to detect myocardial cell apoptosis in rats; ELISA was applied to detect the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and S1P; kits were applied to detect content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in myocardial tissue; Western blot was applied to detect the expression level of SphK1 protein in myocardial tissue. Results Compared with the sham surgery group, the pathological damage to the myocardial tissue of rats was severe in the model group, the activities of serum central muscle injury markers LDH, CK, and AST, myocardial infarction area, myocardial cell apoptosis rate, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, MDA, S1P and the expression of SphK1 protein all increased, the activity of SOD decreased (P<0. 05). Compared with the model group, the myocardial tissue damage of rats was reduced in the positive drug group and the low and high dose alfentanil groups, the activities of serum central muscle injury markers LDH, CK, and AST, myocardial infarction area, myocardial cell apoptosis rate, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, MDA, S1P and the expression of SphK1 protein all decreased, the activity of SOD increased (P< 0. 05). The SphK1 agonist was able to reverse the impact of high-dose alfentanil on the above indicators (P<0. 05). Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) originate from gastrointestinal mesenchymal tissues, and most of them are secondary to KIT and platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) gene mutations. This discovery has a landmark significance for the basic research, clinical diagnosis and treatment of GIST. Genetic testing is widely used in many fields, such as identifying pathological diagnosis of GIST, judging prognosis and guiding targeted drug therapy. In recent years, numerous studies have shown that liquid biopsy techniques, including circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection, have shown extremely important clinical values and broad application prospects for the diagnosis and treatment of GIST. Aziridines derived from bioactive molecules may have unique pharmacological activities, making them useful in pharmacology (e.g. mitomycin C). Furthermore, the substitution of the epoxide moiety in epothilone B with aziridine, an analog of epoxides, yielded a pronounced enhancement in its anticancer efficacy. Thus, there is interest in developing novel synthetic technologies to produce aziridines from bioactive molecules. However, known methods usually require metal catalysts, stoichiometric oxidants and/or pre-functionalized amination reagents, causing difficulty in application. A practical approach without a metal catalyst and extra-oxidant for the aziridination of bioactive molecules is in demand, yet challenging. Herein, we report an electro-oxidative flow protocol that accomplishes an oxidant-free aziridination of natural products. This process is achieved by an oxidative sulfonamide/alkene cross-coupling, in which sulfonamide and alkene undergo simultaneous oxidation or alkene is oxidized preferentially. University libraries have conducted different kinds of disciplinary information service since "Double First-Class" construction, constructing systems and typical products of disciplinary information service initially.
