信息通信技术的快速发展使得电力系统成为典型的信息物理系统(cyber physical systems,CPS)。在电网侧控制日趋智能化的同时,也引入了网络攻击的风险。本文基于关联矩阵模型分析了网络攻击对电力CPS的影响,然后针对攻击后的信息组件、物理设备状态对后续控制策略的影响,提出了信息物理协同的双层控制策略调整方法,通过IEEE标准系统验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。

16. 3D UNeXt:轻量级快速脑提取网络.

- Abstract
In order to solve the drawbacks of existing brain extraction network, i. e., complex network structure, large amounts of parameters and low inference speed, this paper proposed a novel network 3D UNeXt for fast and effective brain extraction. 3D UNeXt greatly reduced parameters and the number of floating point operators(FLOPs), and achieved promising results with the combination of 3D convolution, 3D MLP and multi-scale feature fusion. 3D UNeXt used U-Net as the basic architecture and employed 3D convolutional modules to obtain local features in encoding stage. Specifically, the proposed 3D MLP module at the bottleneck stage enhanced the extraction of global features and long-range dependencies among them. In decoding stage, this paper designed a lightweight multiscale feature fusion module to effectively fuse multiscale low-level features and high-level counterparts. In detail, the 3D MLP module performed linear shift operations in three different axes to obtain global receptive fields from different dimension features and establish long-range dependencies among them. This paper compared 3D UNeXt with other counterparts on three datasets: IBSR, NFBS, and HTU-BrainMask. Experimental results show that the 3D UNeXt is superior over other baselines in terms of network parameters, FLOPs, inference accuracy, and inference speed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Conductive biomaterials are considered potential candidates for transmitting electrical signals for myocardial repair. Combining cell-based or cellfree strategies with conductive biomaterials to replenish cardiomyocytes and/or restore electrical signaling pathways is a promising approach for cardiac repair. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of polypyrrole-chitosan conductive composite hydrogel on cardiac function in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS: The polypyrrole-chitosan conductive composite hydrogel was prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization. The micromorphology, biocompatibility and conductivity of the hydrogels were characterized. Thirty adult SD rats were selected to establish a myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model by clamping the left anterior descending branch of the heart and then releasing it. After 21 days of modeling, the rats were divided into three groups by the random number table method: Normal saline was injected into the left ventricular infarction area and infarction margin area in the blank group. Chitosan hydrogel was injected into the left ventricular infarction area and infarction margin area in the ordinary hydrogel group. The polypyrrole-chitosan conductive composite hydrogel was injected into the left ventricular infarction area and infarction margin area, with 10 rats in each group. The corresponding time points after modeling were set, and cardiac mechanical function (echocardiogram, pressure-volume analysis), cardiac electrophysiology (electrocardiogram, programmed electrical stimulation, optical mapping technology, microelectrode array technology, eight-lead electrocardiogram, and electrical resistivity of the scar area) and cardiac histology were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) There were a lot of pores on the surface of the conductive composite hydrogel, and the conductivity was (3.19±0.03)× 10-3 mS/cm, which had good biocompatibility co-cultured with smooth muscle cells. (2) After 105 days of modeling, echocardiogram and pressure-volume analysis showed that compared with the blank group and the ordinary hydrogel group, the conductive composite hydrogel could significantly improve the contractile function of the heart of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. The results of electrocardiogram, programmed electrical stimulation, optical mapping technology, microelectrode array technology, eight-lead electrocardiogram, and electrical resistivity of the scar area examination at 105 days after modeling displayed that, compared with the blank group and the ordinary hydrogel group, the conductive composite hydrogel could significantly improve the electrical conduction function of the heart of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia. Masson staining of heart tissue at 105 days after modeling exhibited that there were different degrees of fibrosis in the myocardial infarction area of the three groups. Compared with the normal saline group and the ordinary hydrogel group, the conductive hydrogel group had more normal myocardial tissue and less fibrosis in the myocardial infarction area. (3) The results verify that polypyrrole-chitosan conductive composite hydrogel may promote the repair of infarcted heart after ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing the electrical conduction velocity of infarct scar area tissue, increasing scar thickness, enhancing synchronous cardiac contraction, and reducing damaged tissue. 35. 白细胞介素-17基因多态性与山西东南地区 汉族人群2型糖尿病的相关性.

- Abstract
Objective To determine the correlation between single-nucleotide polymorphisms of IL-17 with type 2 diabetes in Han population in southeastern Shanxi Provincein. Methods The basic information and related clinical data of the subjects were collected of normal healthy controls and T2DM. Whole blood DNA was extracted, and IL-17 polymorphisms (rs2275913, rs3819024, rs4711998 and rs8193036) were analyzed by using a polymerase chain reaction-high temperature ligase reaction. Results There was no significant difference in the genotype and allele frequency distribution of the four SNP loci of IL-17 gene between the two groups (P > 0.05). IL-17 polymorphism was not linked with T2DM in multiple genetic models after controlling for age, BMI, WC, and dyslipidemia (P > 0.05). Further analysis showed that the levels of AA genotype was substantially lower of FPG and HOMA-IR levels when compared with the AG and GG genotypes, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). However, BMI, FINS, HbA1c and HOMA-βwas no statistical significance among the three groups (P > 0.05). Besides, WC and HOMA-IR of AA genotype (rs3819024) were notable higher than those of GG genotype in T2DM group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The IL-17 gene polymorphisms rs2275913, rs3819024, rs4711998, and rs8193036 in the Han population of southeast Shanxi Province may not be associated with T2DM. In this region Han T2DM patients, AA genotype at rs2275913 of the IL-17 gene is associated to FPG and HOMA-IR, while GG genotype at rs3819024 is related to WC and HOMA-IR, which could be the potential genotype of IL-17 impacting glucose metabolism. 36. 内窥镜辅助龈下刮治联合赤藓糖醇龈下喷砂治疗种植体周围炎 的疗效评价.

- Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of endoscopic-assisted subgingival scaling combined with erythritol subgingival sand blasting technology for the treatment of peri-implantitis, and to provide the theoretical basis for the effective treatment of peri-implantitis. Methods: The patients with peri-implantitis who attended the Periodontology Department in our hospital and received treatment were selected. A total of 58 peri-implantitis patients were sequentially observed according to the time of visit and were randomly divided into control group (28 cases) and minimally invasive group (30 cases); the patients in control group underwent traditional blind subgingival curettage, while the patients in minimally invasive group were received endoscopic-assisted subgingival scaling combined with erythritol subgingival sandblasting. The probing depth (PD), modified plaque index (mPLI), modified sulcus bleeding index (mSBI), and levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in gingival crevicular fluid of the patients in two groups were analyzed before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in PD, mPLI, mSBI, and levels of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF- α in gingival crevicular fluid of the patients between two groups(P>0. 05), demonstrating there was comparability. Compared with before treatment, the PD, mPLI, mSBI, and levels of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid of the patients in two groups after treatment were decreased (P<0. 05). Compared with control group, the PD, mPLI, and mSBI of the patients in minimally invasive group were obviously decreased (P<0. 05), and the levels of IL-1 β, IL-6, and TNF- α were also significantly decreased (P<0. 05). Conclusion: In the short term, endoscopic-assisted subgingival scaling combined with erythritol subgingival sandblasting technology for the treatment of peri-implantitis is more beneficial in controlling inflammation around the peri-implant tissue and improving clinical symptoms. - Abstract
In order to study the effect of interfacial agent on the bonding properties of wet joints, the optimal dosage of silica fume in the interfacial agent of silica fume cement paste was determined through mechanical property test. Then, the splitting tensile strength test, three-point bending test and shear strength test were conducted to explore the use of ordinary cement paste, cement paste with optimal dosage of silica fume and epoxy resin as interfacial agent. Effect on bonding properties of wet joints. The results show that the mechanical properties of the cement paste are the best when the optimal content of silica fume is 8% . The effects of different interfacial agents on the bonding properties of wet joints are analyzed from the tensile and shear angles, and the order from the largest to the smallest is: epoxy resin interfacial agent > 8% silica fume cement interfacial agent > ordinary cement interfacial agent > no interfacial agent. It is concluded that the interface agent of ordinary cement paste has little improvement on the bonding property of wet joints, while the interface agent of epoxy resin and 8% silica cement paste has obvious improvement on the bonding property of wet joints.
