At present， vascular intervention and surgery are the main methods for the treatment of pancreatic fistula with bleeding after pancreaticoduodenectomy， but these treatment methods have certain drawbacks， such as the complications of pancreatic fistula， bleeding， and abdominal infection after surgical treatment， and interventional treatment sometimes fails to identify the bleeding site. This article reports a case of complex pancreatic fistula with massive venous hemorrhage after pancreaticoduodenectomy treated with Foley catheter balloon compression through the drainage tube sinus. Bleeding was arrested and gastrointestinal fistula was cured after catheter balloon compression and effective drainage， with no complications such as pancreatic pseudocyst， intestinal ischemia， and portal hypertension. Drug crime is a serious global problem requiring attention. This study focuses on the spatial characteristics and factors influencing drug crimes at the provincial level. Understanding these factors is crucial to combating drug crime and maintaining social stability. In the past, most studies analyzed and discussed drug crimes at the macro and micro scales; however, research on the meso scale is still relatively lacking, and the special geographical location and complex socioeconomic conditions near the border of Myanmar in Yunnan Province had a high incidence of drug crimes, so it was still necessary to study drug crimes at the meso scale in Yunnan Province. This study considers drug crime cases from 129 counties and districts in Yunnan Province and employs Geographic Information System (GIS) statistical analysis, spatial autocorrelation analysis, and a spatial gravity model to examine the spatial difference patterns and spatial correlation network characteristics of drug crime in the province. Additionally, an indicator system for drug crime-influencing factors was constructed, which included economic level, income level, urbanization level, education level, floating population, impact of drug source areas, and terrain complexity. A regression analysis using a Spatial Durbin Model was conducted to analyze the relationship between these factors and drug crimes. First, the drug crime rate in Yunnan Province exhibits a notable spatial variation pattern, wherein clusters of high crime rates are primarily concentrated along the China-Myanmar border. Second, drug crimes in different districts and counties of Yunnan Province exhibit notable spatial correlation and agglomeration patterns on a global scale. Considering the spatial distribution, two main groups with strong spatial correlation networks were identified. The first group includes Kunming's central urban area and its surrounding districts and counties. The second group consists of districts and counties along the Yunnan border. This spatial distribution aligns with the cubic function curve depicting the relationship between distance from Myanmar and the density of drug crime rates. Third, among the influencing factors, the economic level, income level, urbanization level, and drug source area have a significant impact on the drug crime rate in Yunnan Province. Notably, factors related to the source of drugs had the most significant influence, displaying a significant negative correlation. The relationship between the distance from the China-Myanmar border (the source of drugs) and the drug crime rate follows an elongated "inverted S" shaped distribution curve. It demonstrated a significant initial decrease, followed by a slight increase and then a subsequent downward trend. Additionally, the economic level has a significant negative impact on the variation in drug crimes in Yunnan Province, whereas income and urbanization levels have a positive impact. In conclusion, this study focused on the research area of Yunnan Province, which is known for its high incidence of drug crimes, making it a suitable and significant region for this study. It conducted a quantitative analysis of the spatial differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of drug crimes in the Yunnan Province at a provincial mesoscale. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the efficacy of Yixuesheng capsules in the treatment of irondeficiency anemia (IDA), so as to provide ideas for clinical medication. METHODS: The Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wangfang Data and VIP databases were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Yixuesheng capsules in the treatment of IDA. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the data base to Nov. 2023. The tools for literature quality and Meta-analysis were Cochrane System Evaluator Manual and RevMan 5. 4 statistical software. RESULTS: Totally 13 RCTs were enrolled, including 1 295 patients. Meta-analysis showed that compared with simply supplement of iron, the combination of Yixuesheng capsules and iron supplements can improve the total effective rate (RR =1. 23, 95%CI =1. 17-1. 29, P<0. 000 01), hemoglobin (MD = 14. 85, 95%CI = 12. 65-17. 05, P<0. 000 01), erythrocyte (MD = 0. 77, 95%CI = 0. 41-1. 14, P<0. 000 1), mean erythrocyte volume (MD =6. 07, 95%CI =1. 75-10. 39, P = 0. 006), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MD = 3. 62, 95%CI = 3. 14-4. 11, P< 0. 000 01), serum iron (MD = 3. 95, 95%CI = 2. 51-5. 38, P<0. 000 01) and serum ferritin (MD = 16. 49, 95%CI = 9. 00-23. 97, P < 0. 000 1) after treatment, the differences were statistically significant. The resistivity of the Chang 2 oil layer is generally low in the Yanchang Formation of the Zhidan area, Ordos Basin, making it difficult to identify the oil layers, and it has been viewed as a non-main development oil layer for a long time. Focusing on the difficulties of well-logging identification in low resistivity oil layers, the influence of typical characteristics of formation water salinity, microscopic pore structure, rock mineral composition on the reduction of reservoir resistivity through comprehensive processing of core, formation water, casting sheet, clay mineral, well-logging curves, production performance and other data was analyzed, and the petroleum geological significance of exploration and development in the study area was discussed. The results show that under the sedimentary environment of delta plain subfacies, Chang 2 oil layer is dominated by medium-fine-grained feldspar sandstone, and the pore structure is extremely complex due to the strong compaction. The high salinity of formation water in the Zhidan area, accompanied by complex microscopic pore structure and strong additional conductivity of clay mineral, which leads to the free conductive network formed by fluid and rock being the internal reason for the low resistivity of pay zones. Chang 2 low resistivity pay zones are kind of subtle oil layers with great potential for exploration and development, so combining the cross-plots with the comparison results of adjacent water layers can effectively improve the accuracy of well-logging identification. It is suggested that more attention to the analyses of low resistivity causes and the identification of the Chang 2 oil layer in the Yanchang Formation, so as to provide a theoretical basis for stabilizing production and tapping the potential of the old oil areas in the Yanchang oilfield. Congenital heart disease (CHD) is one of the most common congenital birth defects. With the increasing understanding of CHD and advancements in screening methods, children with CHD can be diagnosed and treated early, thereby improving survival rates and quality of life. Farly screening for CHD primarily uses a dual-indicator method, namely heart sound auscultation and pulse oximetry. While there are mature commercial devices for pulse oximetry, heart sound auscultation is highly influenced by individual experience and external factors, making misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis more likely. In recent years, the continuous development of artificial intelligence (AI) has led to the maturation of digital acquisition, storage, and analysis of technologies for heart sound signals, thus making intelligent auscultation-assisted diagnosis for cardiovascular diseases possible. Currently, many studies focus on Al algorithms based on deep learning (DL) for assisting in heart sound auscultation diagnosis of CHD, though most remain at the algorithm research stage and are based on specific datasets, yet to be validated in clinical settings. Irisin is a hormone-like polypeptide secreted by the muscle tissue, which is generated after hydrolysis of fibronectin type Ⅲ domain-containing protein 5 by proteolytic enzymes, and released into the peripheral circulation. Irisin plays a potentially protective role in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This article summarizes the present research progress of the protective effects of irisin in AMI mainly from the following aspects: reducing oxidative stress response, improving mitochondrial function, inhibiting myocardial apoptosis, inhibiting inflammatory response, improving microcirculation, in order to provide valuable references for the diagnosis and treatment of AMI. In order to improve the low temperature crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement material (SFPM), the cement mortar was modified by rubber powder and silane coupling agent to prepare composite semi-flexible pavement material (R & S-SFPM). Based on the response surface analysis method, the splitting tensile strength, flexural tensile strength, maximum flexural tensile strain, flexural creep rate and average linear shrinkage coefficient were used as evaluation indexes to analyze the effects of rubber powder mesh, dosage and silane coupling agent dosage on the low temperature performance of SFPM, and the R & S-SFPM blending ratio that can obtain the best low temperature performance was determined. The results show that rubber powder can improve the stress relaxation ability of SFPM and make it have better flexibility. Silane coupling agent can improve the mechanical strength of SFPM. In addition, the content of rubber powder and silane coupling agent and the mesh number of rubber powder have a great influence on the improvement effect of SFPM low temperature performance. When the rubber powder mesh is 60 mesh, the dosage is 14%, and the dosage of silane coupling agent is 0.72%, the comprehensive low temperature effect of R & S-SFPM is the best. Compared with ordinary semi-flexible pavement material (O-SFPM), the splitting tensile strength, bending tensile strength, maximum bending tensile strain and bending creep rate of R & S-SFPM are increased by 23.7%, 7.6%, 29.9% and 15.2%, respectively. In order to investigate the effects of different levels of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the growth, digestion and blood biochemical indexes of Juvenile Micropterus salmoides, 750 Juvenile Micropterus salmoides with an initial body weight of (0.61±0.01) g and an initial body length of (3.14 ± 0.02) cm were selected and fed with 0, 2.5‰, 5‰, 7.5‰ and 10.0‰ Chinese herbal medicine feed respectively. There were three replicates in each group and 50 fishes in each replicate for 8 weeks. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Juvenile Micropterus salmoides in the 5‰ group were significantly higher (P<0.05), and the feeding rate and feed coefficient in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the lipase activity in the stomach and intestines of the test group was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the protease activity in the stomach, intestines, and hepatopancreas of the 5‰ group was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the T-AOC activity in 5‰ group, SOD activity in the 5‰ and 7.5‰ group were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the GSH-Px activity of the 7.5‰ group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The MDA content in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the glucose content in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), the total cholesterol and triglyceride content in the 5‰ and 7.5‰ groups were significantly reduced (P< 0.05), and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content in the 2.5‰ and 5‰ groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). In summary, the compound Chinese herbal medicine has the effects of promoting growth and digestion, improving antioxidant capacity and reducing lipid content for juvenile Micropterus salmoides. OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the warning medical orders of batroxobin injection in the treatment of vascular occlusive diseases, so as to provide reference for the clinical rational application of batroxobin injection. METHODS: Based on the PASS medical order review result database, 236 cases in warning-level medical orders of batroxobin injection in Hebei General Hospital from Sept. 2020 to Jun. 2023 were derived to be statistically analyzed. Excel software was used to assist in graphing, enumeration data was described by frequency and percentage, and measurement data was described by segmental description of frequency and percentage. RESULTS: Among the 236 cases of warning medical orders of batroxobin injection in the treatment of vascular occlusive diseases, male patients (136 cases) and middle-aged and elderly patients (≥60 years, 164 cases) were predominant; the clinical department with the most frequent warning medical orders was vascular surgery department. In terms of the warning levels, orange-light problems accounted for 25. 85% ( 61 cases), red-light problems accounted for 16. 10% ( 38 cases) and black-light problems accounted for 58. 05% ( 137 cases), the black-light warning medical orders were because of drug interactions. CONCLUSIONS: Male and the elderly are the high-risk factors for vascular occlusive diseases. There are problems including contraindications, off-label indications, off-label frequency and non-compliance with maintenance dose range in the application of batroxobin injection in medical orders. Combination application of congeneric fibrinogenolytic drugs and batroxobin injection with aspirin are not absolute contraindications, while the above combined application can further improve the clinical outcomes of patients under the premise of controlled drug dosage and monitored coagulation-fibrinolytic indexes.
