The stabilization of corn protein powder price is of great significance to the sustainable development of the feed industry and national food security, but its price series is characterized by non-smooth and non-linear features, which makes it difficult to predict accurately. This study aims to construct a corn protein powder price prediction model based on the XGBoost algorithm. First, the whale algorithm (WOA) is used to optimize the K-value and penalty parameter of the variational mode decomposition (VMD) to adaptively decompose the original price series and reduce the data noise. Second, the Pearson feature-screened variables are used as inputs to the Extreme Gradient Boosting Tree (XGBoost) model for training and testing. Finally, ten-fold cross-validation and learning curves are used to test the model performance and analyze the nonlinear effects of key influencing factors in conjunction with the SHAP model. The study showed that the previous period's soybean meal futures price had a significant positive effect on the current period's corn protein meal price volatility. The article was to apply the LightGBM algorithm to provide early warning on financial situation of listed feed companies, combining LightGBM algorithm with Z-score model. The financial data of 14 A-share listed feed companies from 2012 to 2021 were selected to calculate the Z-values, and the obtained Z-values were used as input to LightGBM algorithm to obtain final optimised Z-values. The results showed that the overall financial position of listed feed companies was good and the level of risk was low, with debt servicing capacity having the greatest impact on the company's financial position, with the proportion of importance of this characteristic being 27.90%. The LightGBM algorithm optimised Z-score model had an R² of 0.915 and 0.903 for training and test sets respectively in terms of accuracy, and the lowest root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.787 and 0.700 errors respectively were smaller. The paper indicates that the optimised Z-score model has good stability and application prospects in financial early warning of listed feed companies, and can provide some reference value for listed feed company managers and investors to prevent corporate financial risks. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to analyze the expression differences of ZmGly1 gene in different tissues in responsive to drought and high temperature stress, so as to find out its possible role in heat and drought tolerance, and finally to provide useful genetic resources for the upcoming breeding of maize varieties with higher stress tolerance.【Method】The structure, physicochemical properties and genetic relationship of ZmGly1 protein were explored using bioinformatics software such as DNAMAN 8.0, ProtParam tool, MEGA 7.0. The transcript levels of ZmGly1 was performed using qRT-PCR method.【Result】ZmGly1 was composed of 222 amino acids with a theoretical molecular weight of 24.98 kD and an isoelectric point of 6.6. The total number of amino acid residues with negative charges（Asp + Glu） and residues with positive charges（Arg + Lys） was 30 and 29, respectively. The hydrophobic coefficient was 0.448, suggesting that it was a hydrophilic protein. ZmGly1 was not a transmembrane protein and contained a Zn2+ metal binding site on the A chain and B chain, located at Gln68,Glu134 and His162,Glu208, respectively. The phylogenetic tree analysis demonstrated that ZmGly1 and SbGly1 had the highest sequence identity（92.51%）, indicating that they were closely related to each other. The qRT-PCR analysis exhibited that the transcript levels of ZmGly1 was the highest in leaves, but relatively low in roots and stems. Compared with the control, the expression pattern of ZmGly1 in the leaves under drought treatment showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing, while under high temperature treatment a tendency of first decreasing, then increasing and finally decreasing with the extension of time. 【Conclusion】ZmGly1 is a Zn2+ enzyme, which is closely related to SbGly1. ZmGly1 participates in the stress response of plant to drought and high temperature. The study lays the foundation for the in-depth analysis of its biological functions in the near future.
