OBJECTIVE: To analyze the medication characteristics and rules of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome by using data mining technology, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and new drug development. METHODS: Traditional Chinese medicine patent compound in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in Announcement of Chinese Patent Publication of China National Intellectual Property Administration (http:/ / epub. cnipa. gov. cn) from Sept. 10th, 1985 to Nov. 1st, 2023 were retrieved. The drug frequency, theory of four natures, five flavors and meridian tropism, association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound that met the inclusion criteria were conducted by using the Ancient And Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform V2. 3. 7 and SPSS Statistics 26. 0 software. RESULTS: A total of 88 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine patent compound were enrolled, including 249 traditional Chinese medicines. In terms of drug frequency, in descending order, Hedysarum multijugum maxim, Atractylodes macrocephala koidz, Alisma orientale (Sam.) juz, Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf, and Rhizoma dioscoreae. In terms of four natures, five flavors and meridian tropism, the four natures were flat, the five flavors were sweet, and the meridian tropism was liver. In terms of association rules, the confidence levels from high to low were Atractylodes macrocephala koidz-Hedysarum multijugum maxim, Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf-Hedysarum multijugum maxim, Alisma orientale (Sam.) juz-Hedysarum multijugum maxim. In terms of systematic clustering, the obtained drug combinations included Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Cornus Officinalis Sieb. Et Zucc, Rhizoma dioscoreae, Euryales semen, Leonuri herba, Imperatae rhizoma and Hedysarum multijugum maxim, Codonopsis Radix, and licorice. CONCLUSIONS: The treatment of nephrotic syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine patent compound focuses on spleen and kidney co-regulation, Qi, blood and water treatment, and takes strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney, inducing diuresis and eliminating dampness, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the basic treatment, which can develop ideas and provide references for the clinical treatment of the disease and the research and development of new drugs. Lung nodules occupy fewer pixels in CT (Computed Tomography), which brings great difficulty to detection. In view of small target detection of lung nodule, this study proposes YOLOV3 (You Only Look Once version 3) lung nodule detection algorithm based on coordinate attention. The backbone network adopts the improved YOLOv3, reduces the number of residual blocks and introduces the dilated convolution module to sense context information around the target. In the feature utilization, coordinate attention is introduced to capture the position, direction and cross channel information, so as to locate lung nodules accurately. The loss function of YOLOv3 is improved, the boundary box is modeled as Gaussian distribution. Wasserstein distance is used to calculate the similarity between the two distributions instead of IoU (Intersection over Union), so as to improve the sensitivity of the target scale. The results on LUNA16 show that the average precision is 89.96% and the sensitivity is 95.37%. Compared with mainstream target detection algorithms, the precision and sensitivity of the proposed method are improved by 11.33% and 9.03%, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Monkeypox（MPX） is a zoonotic disease caused by monkeypox virus（MPXV）, mostly selflimited and lacks specific drugs in the past. Since May 2022, there has been a remarkable increase in human monkeypox cases in different regions of the world. Some countries have used antiviral drugs against smallpox （such as tecovirimat, brincidofovir, cidofovir, etc.） and vaccinia immune globulin as MPX specific treatment drugs, mainly for severe and high-risk groups. Although smallpox vaccination may have a protective effect against MPXV and may improve clinical symptoms, the need for vaccination depends on the immune status of susceptible or exposed individuals, the risk of infection, the severity of infection that may occur, and availability of antiviral drugs to make a comprehensive decision. There are three smallpox vaccines currently available in different countries： JYNNEOSTM, ACAM2000® and Aventis Pasteur smallpox vaccine, the first two of which are currently recommended for MPX vaccination. Vaccination strategies include pre-exposure vaccination, post-exposure prophylaxis, and ring vaccination of close contacts. A double potential well flat ion trap was designed as an ion accumulating and focusing device for multi-reflection time-of-flight mass analyzer. Two potential wells of the trap were severally used for accumulation of injected ions, controlled cooling and ejection of trapped ions, which had features to accumulate ions continuously and cool ion for almost one period. While a flat ion trap with only one potential well is a traditional and excellent ion accumulating and focusing device, which has an intermittent ion accumulation and an ion cooling around half period. Compared with the single potential well flat ion trap, the double potential well flat ion trap had better performance on ion accumulation and focusing in principle. Four steps to run the trap were simulated and researched by an ion optics simulator of SIMION 8.1. The first step was ion accumulation, ions were successively injected into the trap, and then stored and accumulated in the first potential well. The second step was ion transfer, the trapped ions were transferred from the first potential well to the second potential well. The third step was ion cooling, the trapped ions were confined in the second potential well, and were simultaneously cooled by collisions with 0.5 Pa He. The fourth step was ion ejection, the trapped ions were ejected from the trap and focused into the next device. Ion optics simulations indicated that the trap had a period from 1 ms to above 10 ms, a total ion transmission efficiency of 83%, and an ion flux of at most 1.6×106 ions. In addition, ion packets ejected from the trap had thermalized with radial diameters of 1.0 and 1.0 mm, angular standard deviations of 24 mrad and 16 mrad, and an energy standard deviation of 15 eV. This trap can be coupled with and provide high-flux and full-focusing ion packets for multi-reflection time-of-flight mass analyzers, due to an excellent suitability between the operation of the analyzer and the period, the ion transmission efficiency, the ion flux, and ejected ion packets of the trap.
