建立了同时测定纺织业退浆料中的2种目标有机酸丙烯酸和对苯二甲酸(PTA)的离子色谱快速检测方法.该方法使用的色谱柱为Thermo IonPac AG11-HC保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)和Thermo IonPac AS11-HC分析柱(4 mm×250 mm), 以氢氧化钾为淋洗液进行梯度洗脱，梯度洗脱过程为0~8 min，10 mmol • L-1 KOH；8.1~18 min, 45 mmol • L-1KOH;18.1~25 min，10 mmol • L-1 KOH，流速为1.0 mL • min-1，采用抑制型电导检测，外标法定量.在优化的色谱条件下，丙烯酸和对苯二甲酸的线性区间均为0.1~20 mg • L-1，线性相关系数均大于0.999 7, 检出限分别为12.5和23.5 µg · L-1，色谱峰面积相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2% (n = 6).将该方法用于退浆料样品的分析，得到的加标回收率在94.1%~102.6%，RSD均小于3%(n=3).结果表明，该方法可用于丙烯酸和对苯二甲酸的检测，具有简便、快速、灵敏、选择性好等优点.

Directed evolution can increase the rate of enzyme evolution by mimicking the natural evolutionary process and has become a key technology for enzyme engineering. Directed evolution has played an important role in biocatalysis and drug design, however the experimental screening is in great challenge due to the large number of mutant libraries caused by the randomness of mutations. In recent years, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data processing have also become crucial in biocatalysis researches. Machine learning methods are statistical learning approaches to obtain sequence/structure mappings to enzyme function in a data-driven manner, which will improve the efficiency of enzyme engineering. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art technologies involved in machine learning models, especially focusing on the research and application progresses of machine learning methods in enzyme engineering. With the advancement of machine learning algorithms and technologies, it is expected that more accurate and effective models will be proposed in the future to promote screening of new enzymes and accurate design of biocatalysts [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

本文报道利用离子色谱法同时分离分析莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通除草剂的方法.采用CG-12(2 mm)分离柱，紫外检测器，用一系列的淋洗液.实验在0.20 mol • L-1 H2SO4 + 25%CH3CN条件下，得到最佳分离效果.莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通的测定均有良好的线性.它们的检测限分别为莠去津为3.13× 10-2µg • mL-1，扑草净为4.39×10-2µg • mL-1，扑灭通为1.36× 10-2 µ/mL-1，此方法可用于废水中除草剂的测定，样品的回收率在96.00%~105.32%之间.

Objective To observe the effect of γ-ray on wound healing of skin defect in mice and to explore its mechanism. Methods A total of 60 healthy male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into the control group (n = 30) and observation group ( n=30). Those C57BL/6 mice in the observation group were irradiated 5 minutes with a single dose of 60Co-γ-ray (6 Gy). After the mice were anesthetized and sterilized，1 cm x 1 cm wound to fascia on the back was made，the wound was covered by the TegadermTM paster，and we cleaned the wound every other day. Those mice in the control group were not irradiated，and the other treatments were the same as that in the observation group. The wound residual area was measured using Image analysis system (Image Proplusv 1.5) in the two groups on day 3 (T0)，7 (T1M ) and 14 (T2) after damage，and the number of new capillaries and fibroblasts in wound were observed at the same time. The mRNA ex­pression levels of vascular endotlielial growth factor ( VEGF)，basic fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2)，platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in the dermal defects were detected by Real-time PCR. Results With the extension of time，the residual wound areas gradually reduced in the two groups，and the newborn capillaries and fibroblasts in wound first increased and then decreased. The residual wound areas were larger in the observation group than those of the control group at different time points. The number of new capillaries at T0，and the number of fibro­ blasts at T0 and T1 in observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time points (all P <0.05). The mRNA expression levels of VEGF，PDGF and TGF-β at T0 and T1 and the FGF-2 mRNA expression level at each time point in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time points ( all P < 0. 05 ). Conclu­sion The γ-ray can delay the wound healing of skin defect in mice，and it may be related with the decreased expression of angiogenesis factor and fibroblast factor and inhibition of the angiogenesis and granulation tissue formation.
