With changes in lifestyle, the incidence of cervical spondylosis is developing at an increasing rate year by year, with the highest incidence being neurogenic cervical spondylosis, which has a great impact on patients' physical, psychological and quality of life. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing techniques have unique advantages over basic nursing operations, such as fewer side effects and higher comfort, and are therefore widely used in the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis, which is the focus of current research and a hot spot. This article reviews the basic concept of neurogenic cervical spondylosis and the clinical practice and research progress of TCM nursing for it. It outlines the current clinical TCM nursing practices applicable to neurogenic cervical spondylosis, their application methods, scope of application and limitations, and aims to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of effective TCM nursing care for patients with neurogenic cervical spondylosis. 摘要： 探讨血管介入模拟器在临床医学实习生脑血管病教学中的应用效果。 方法 选取2020年7月—2021年12月在解放军总医院第八医学中心神经内科实习的61名临床医学本科生为研究对象，其中33名试验组学员采用血管介入模拟器+传统教学模式进行培训，28名对照组学员采用传统教学模式进行培训。实习结束时通过出科理论知识、实践操作考核成绩以及问卷调查评价两种脑血管病带教模式的效果。 结果 试验组学员出科时理论知识[（88.61±4.05）分 vs.（83.43±4.21）分，P＜0.001]、实践操作[（89.73±3.32）分 vs.（85.54±3.17）分，P＜0.001]考核成绩均高于对照组。问卷调查结果显示：试验组学员对神经内科产生兴趣的程度、对脑血管病认识的程度、自学能力、文献阅读水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。 结论 血管介入模拟器应用于脑血管病临床实习带教中提高了实习生对神经内科的兴趣，培养了实习生的学习主动性，提高了脑血管病临床实习的教学效果。 Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of vascular interventional simulator in the clinical teaching of cerebrovascular disease for interns. Osteoporosis is an emerging threat characterized by systemic damage to bone mass and microarchitecture leading to fragility fractures. Exosomes are nanosized vesicular particles secreted by cells into the extracellular compartment with biological activities similar to those of their cell of origin and play an important role in intercellular communication processes. Exosomes from multiple cell sources are involved in the regulation of bone-related cell proliferation and differentiation during bone metabolism, and have the advantages of high stability, non-immunogenicity and strong targeting ability, which make up for the shortcomings of traditional drug and stem cell therapies. Exosomes secreted from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can promote bone regeneration and improve morphology, biomechanics and histological damage, and exosomes derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in the mechanical microenvironment are more effective in inducing osteogenesis, significantly enhancing the osteogenic effect of BMSCs and promoting bone regeneration. Therefore, this article provides a review on the mechano-sensitivity of MSCs, mechanical responsive functionalized exosomes of MSCs, and explores their potential role in the treatment of osteoporosis. With the aging of the population, the incidence of osteoporotic fractures has risen, and the financial expenditure on health care has increased. More and more studies have concluded that rehabilitation is an indispensable part of osteoporosis treatment, but for a long time clinicians have had an insufficient degree of awareness of the rehabilitation treatment of osteoporotic fracture, and therapists have lacked standardized criteria in the process of clinical treatment. In order to explore the effects of acid treatment (acid concentration, time and temperature), enzyme preparations (cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase) on Pleurotus eryngii fungus residue. The experiment used the mushroom residue of Pleurotus eryngii collected in Hebei Province as the raw material, total reducing sugar content as the research index, the factors affecting the acid treatment of P.eryngii residue were analyzed by principal component analysis. At the same time, the effects of enzyme preparation on the reduction of neutral detergent cellulose and acid detergent cellulose were analyzed by orthogonal test. At 40 °C, 2% and 3% acid concentrations would degrade the content of reducing sugar with time. At 60 °C, the increase of acid concentration could slow down the degradation of total reducing sugar. At 80°C, 1% and 2% acid concentrations could promote the degradation of polysaccharides and increase the content of total reducing sugar. According to the principal component analysis, temperature was the most important factor affecting the content of reducing sugar of P.eryngii slag. The orthogonal test results showed that the degradation of xylanase and cellulase were the main factors affecting the reduced amount of neutral detergent cellulose and acid detergent cellulose respectively. The optimal enzymolysis formula was cellulase 85 U/mL, xylanase 220 U/mL and glucanase 40 U/mL.. In the context of the high integration of information technology into power systems, an optimization strategy considering energy storage configuration for blocking control was proposed to mitigate the risk of cascading failures in cyber-physical power systems. Firstly, based on the observability and controllability of the power system, the multi-level interaction mechanism of information and physics was constructed, and the evolution process of cascading failure dominated by overload was clarified according to the interaction among systems. At the same time, the influence of energy storage connected to the power system on cascading failure blocking control was considered based on the existing regulatory means. The blocking control was described as a multi-stage optimal power flow problem, obtaining a cascading failure control scheme that balances safety and economy. The comparison of different control strategies on the IEEE-118 node system demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed control optimization strategy and analyzed the impact of energy storage scale on blocking control.
