合成了以氧氟沙星(ofloxacin，ofo)为配体的锌（Ⅱ)配合物Zn(ofo)2 (H2O) • 2H2O，报道了锌配合物的单晶结构：三斜晶系，P-1空间群，晶胞参数为a=9.306(1)Å，b=11.331(1)Å，c=17.787 (2) Å，α= 92.667(1)°，β = 94.898(2)°, γ= 92.071(2)°，V= 1865.1(3)Å3，Z=2，Dc = 1.496 mg • m-3，畸变的四方锥形配位几何构型，其中锥顶上的氧原子来自水分子，锥底的4个氧原子来自两个氧氟沙星的羧酸根和酮基；探讨了该配合物的红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、固体荧光光谱性质，对配合物的热稳定性进行了研究；并利用液体稀释法测定了药物配体和配合物对两种革兰氏阳性菌和两种革兰氏阴性菌的体外抑制活性.结果表明配合物与药物配体的抗菌活性相近.

合成了以氧氟沙星为配体的镍（Ⅱ )配合物Ni(ofo)2 • 4H2O，通过红外光谱和热分析等方法对配合物的结构进行了表征，推测了配合物的可能结构，并利用液体稀释法测定了药物配体和配合物对两种革兰氏阳性菌和两种革兰氏阴性菌的体外抑制活性.结果表明配合物与药物配体的抗菌活性和抗菌谱相同.采用MTT比色法测定了配体及配合物对HL-60（人急性早幼粒白血病）细胞的抑制作用，采用SRB蛋白染色法测定了配体及配合物对BEL-7402（人肝细胞性肝癌）细胞的抑制作用.结果表明Ni(ofo)2 • 4H2O对BEL-7402细胞没有抑制作用，对HL-60细胞在较高浓度时有一定的抑制作用.

合成了以氟哌酸药物分子和邻菲咯啉为配体的铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(NFLX)(phen)(H2O)]NO3·3H2O(NFLX为氟哌酸,phen为1,10'-邻菲咯啉).记录了在不同状态(固态或溶液)、不同溶剂(CHCl3,Py(吡啶))及不同温度(室温、77 K)下的EPR波谱.在[Cu(NFLX)(phen)(H2O)]NO3·3H2O的溶液中观察到二级效应和弛豫效应,利用自旋哈密顿给予了满意的解释.由低温溶液谱波谱参数计算了配合物的键参数,讨论了成键特性和配合物的稳定性.利用液体稀释法测定了氟哌酸药物配体和配合物对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的体外抑制活性,配合物与药物配体的抗菌活性和抗菌谱相同.

In order to improve the teaching practice ability of the graduate students in the Department of Chemistry, Zhejiang University, we began to implement the pilot reform of the assistant teaching system in May 2014, and carried out the safety education and management of the assistants. This paper emphatically expounds the necessity and ideas of safety education for teaching assistants. Safety education must follow the general laws of education and management psychology: stimulating assistants through various forms and repetitions to form perceptual knowledge and correct safety consciousness; cultivating the habit of assistants’ active learning of safety knowledge and skills. Teachers’ vocational training is combined with safety education. Through examination, inspection, propaganda, communication and other forms, the effect of safety education ofr teaching assistants can be promoted. The teaching assistants are required to pay attention to the potential safety hazards in experimental teaching and eliminate them, and form a good safety awareness and ideas. At the same time, this paper introduces a number of management measures for the safety work of teaching assistants that have been implemented. This paper also introduces the education and management effect that have been achieved. The test method of the intensity of projectiles in batches is an important measure of assessing the quality level of projectiles. In order to seek a new test method, the influences of the structural errors of projectiles on the aerodynamic parameters are analyzed using a fast simulation calculation method based on the technology, combing the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software and the empirical formula for calculating the aerodynamic parameters of projectiles. The database of aerodynamic parameters of pro­jectiles is established. A simulation software based on the six degree-of-freedom model and the Visual Basic is programmed and validated for calculating the intensity of projectiles in batches. The order of influences of the mass, diameter, mass eccentricity, dynamic unbalance, initial swing angle, initial swing angular velocity and muzzle velocity on the intensity is achieved by analyzing the correlation between ran­dom factor and intensity. The process and application of the test method are proposed. The research results show that the proposed test method is available for the assessment of the quality level of projectiles in batches.
