激活蛋白1(AP-1)是机体内一种重要的转录因子。近年来研究表明,AP-1活性失调与肿瘤、哮喘、自身免疫性疾病、肾脏疾病等多种疾病的发生、发展有关。AP-1在前列腺癌、甲状腺癌、子宫内膜癌、胃癌等肿瘤中表达失调,其表达失调可导致肿瘤进展,且与预后相关。AP-1在自身免疫性疾病如类风湿关节炎中过表达,而在系统性红斑狼疮患者中AP-1的表达降低。AP-1高表达参与了支气管哮喘的发病,且与糖皮质激素抵抗有关。AP-1可调节糖尿病肾病发生发展中起重要作用的基因的表达,还可介导糖尿病肾病标志蛋白纤连蛋白的合成。另外,AP-1表达升高还与肾病综合征的发病有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
