目的 应用颈动脉CT 血管成像(CTA)分析急性脑梗死与脑缺血斑块的分布、大小、类型、稳 定性及血管狭窄程度。方法 回顾性研究2019年1月至2021年3月在南通市中医院行颈动脉CTA 及头颅 MR检查的82例患者的病例资料,其中脑梗死组41例(93处斑块)、脑缺血组41例(84处斑块),对比分析两组 病例临床及CTA 影像资料。 结果 脑梗死组有症状患者构成比高于脑缺血组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01); 两组病例性别、年龄及有无高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、冠心病、吸烟及饮酒史比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);脑梗死组病例同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)高于脑缺血组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组病例斑块分布及 最大横截面积比较,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。脑梗死组脂肪斑块、脂肪为主混合斑块构成比高于脑缺 血组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);溃疡型斑块构成比差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。两组病例颈动脉狭窄 程度构成比比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 脂肪斑块、脂肪为主混合斑块使急性脑梗死发生的危 险增高,CTA 可无创评估颈动脉斑块的稳定性,有助于指导临床精准治疗。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] The present paper aimed to explore the impact of different farming methods on soil physical properties in Aksu area.[Method] The soil under five typical farming methods including wheat field, single-cropping jujube orchard, jujube-wheat intercropping garden, wasteland single-cropping jujube orchard, and abandoned land were collected in Aksu area, and the main physical characteristics were studied through field investigation and indoor analysis.[Result] Compared with farmland wheat fields and abandoned land, the soil bulk density of jujube orchard and jujube-wheat intercropping orchard is reduced, and soil porosity, aggregate stability, and soil moisture content are correspondingly improved; soil wet sieve aggregate composition under different farming methods. They are mainly 2-0.25 mm intermediate aggregates, with a content of 38.95%-53.74%.After the farmland was converted into a jujube orchard or a jujube-wheat intercropping orchard, the content of soil aggregates over 0.25 mm increased significantly (P<0.05), and both soil MWD and GMD showed an increase. After the abandoned land was converted into a jujube orchard, the content of soil powder + clay aggregates dropped by 5.25%-43.86%.The content of soil macroaggregates, intermediate aggregates and microaggregates showed an increase, with the increasing range of 9.07%-64.92%, 0.49%-4.19% and 0.72%-20.11%, respectively. [Conclusion] Compared with farmland wheat fields and abandoned land, jujube orchards and jujube-wheat intercropping gardens are beneficial to the stability of soil aggregates and can promote the formation of good soil structure. [Objective] To explore the impact of the conversion of farmland into orchard or fruit-growing intercropping in Aksu, Xinjiang, on soil light composition organic carbon. [Method] Collect soil from wheat field, jujube orchard, and jujube-wheat intercropping garden to determine the content of soil light composition and reorganization [Result] Under different land use patterns, the organic carbon content of the light soil group was significantly different in the 0-30 cm soil layer (P <0.05). Within the soil depth of 0-100 cm, the average soil light group organic carbon The content is jujube orchard> jujube-wheat intercropping> wheat. After the farmland is converted to orchard or fruit-growing intercropping, the content of light group organic carbon in the soil has increased significantly by 46.12% and 9.45%, while the light group organic carbon storage is shown as the conversion of farmland to orchard. An increase of 25.10%, and a drop of 4.88% after the conversion of farmland to fruit-growing intercropping gardens. Under different land use methods, the light fraction of soil organic carbon and its distribution ratio decreased with the increase of soil depth, and the distribution ratio of reorganized organic carbon decreased with soil depth. [Conclusion] After the farmland is transformed into orchard or fruit-growing intercropping, although the light group organic carbon content in the 0-30 cm soil layer is significantly increased, and in the 0-40 cm soil layer, the light group organic carbon and reorganization The increase in organic carbon is an important source of total organic carbon accumulation, but as the soil depth increases, the role of light organic carbon gradually weakens. 【Objective】 Natural fire disturbance as the most important natural disturbance in the Taiga Forest affects the nutrient cycling of ecosystems. The present study explored the change pattern of the soil physical and chemical properties with time after being burned and would provide a scientific basis on ecological restoration in burned areas. 【Method】 The virgin taiga forest ecosystems with burned areas in Kanas were taken as the research object, and the effects of different fire times on soil physical and chemical properties were studied by using the space substitution of time method. 【Result】 The occurrence of moderate fire disturbance caused the increase of soil bulk density and the decrease of soil porosity. While the soil organic carbon, total potassium and total nitrogen content were gradually increasing with the recovery after the fire, and they were significantly higher than those before the fire after the fire reached 44 years.【Conclusion】 The contents of soil organic carbon, total potassium and total nitrogen in the burned area of the Taiga forest were significantly increasing with the recovery of the fire.
