In order to ascertain the crack initiation time of TC4 in Mode II crack experiment, the energy absorption in plastic zone and the crack propagation speed are calculated. Split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) is used to experiment upon Mode II crack propagation of TC4. High-speed digital speckle correlation method (HS-DSCM) is used to get displacement-time curve at a observation point, the Mode II crack initiation time of TC4 is determined, and the propagation speed of Mode II crack is calculated. A finite element model is established using ABAQUS/Explicit. The simulated results is compared to the experimental results. The propagation forms of crack at different impact velocities under loading condition are researched. Mode II crack propagation speeds at different loading speeds are calculated. Relation between loading speed and Mode II crack propagation speed is obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 对比观察氨氯地平与氯沙坦在老年 2 型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的应用效果。方法 将 128 例老年 2 型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为观察组 56 例和对照组 72 例，均予糖尿病常规治疗,观察组、对照组分别口服苯磺酸氨氯地平 5 mg /次、氯沙坦钾 50 mg /次， 1 次/d， 共治疗 8 周。观察两组降压疗效及血糖、尿酸、肾功能、血钾、糖化血红蛋白变化,超声检查舒张期左心室厚度。结果 观察组和对照组降压有效率分别为 92.85%、91.67%,P >0.05; 治疗后,观察组血尿酸、舒张期左心室厚度均高于对照组,血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白均低于对照组, P 均<0.05。两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血钾差异无统计学意义。结论 氨氯地平与氯沙坦均 可降低老年 2 型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压患者的血压，但在降低尿微量白蛋白及改善左心室厚度等方面却各 有优势。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
