目的探讨甘露糖(Man)对炎症反应的调控及其机制,为甘露糖在炎症疾病中的应用提供依据。方法利用不同浓度的甘露糖处理RAW264.7巨噬细胞24 h或48 h,细胞计数检测增殖情况。低浓度(2 mmol/L)和高浓度(20 mmol/L)Man预处理RAW264.7细胞12 h,然后脂多糖(LPS)处理8 h或24 h,收集mRNA、蛋白质及培养上清,通过Q-PCR、Western blot和ELISA检测炎症相关指标以及甘露糖受体(CD206)的变化。结果在5 mmol/L以下,细胞增殖随Man的浓度增加而增加;在5 mmol/L以上,则相反。和LPS处理相比,LPS + 甘露糖2 mmol/L(Man2)能够增高IL-1β、IL-12和TNF-α的mRNA水平以及蛋白水平(均PPPPP

Objective To investigate the current situation and potential influencing factors of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)knowledge and first-aid skills among community-dwellings, and to evaluate the community-based CPR training program. Methods A random sample of 300 residents living in a certain community in Yingze District, Taiyuan were recruited for the field investigation. A community-based training group was established to provide CPR knowledge and first-aid skills training program for those recruited community-dwellings. The residents’ knowledge about CPR and related first-aid skills were assessed before and after training. Results A total of 300 valid questionnaires were received, and the recovery rate of survey was 93. 75%. The rates residents’ awareness about CPR theoretical knowledge such as diagnosis of sudden cardiac arrest were increased after training (P<0. 01). The scores of CPR theory and first-aid skills evaluation after training were higher than those before training(P<0. 01). Conclusion The community-based training is effective to improve the CPR awareness and first-aid skills among community-dwellings (目的 了解社区公众心肺复苏(CPR)认知现状及其影响因素, 探讨对社区公众进行CPR知识和急救技能培训的效果。方法 采用随机抽样方法对山西省太原市迎泽区共320名社区居民进行CPR相关知识的基线调查。成立院外CPR培训小组, 对社区居民进行CPR知识和急救技能培训。对比培训前和培训后社区居民对CPR理论知识和急救技能掌握情况。结果 共发放调查问卷320份, 回收300份, 回收有效率为93. 75%。培训后, 社区居民对心搏骤停判断、CPR体位等CPR理论知识知晓率较培训前提高, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。培训后, 社区居民CPR理论知识与实践技能考核成绩较培训前提高, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 通过组建院外培训小组, 以社区为单位开展CPR知识和急救技能培训, 对社区公众掌握一定的急救技能及提高应急能力具有较好的效果。)

Pyroptosis is an important link in the development of diabetes nephropathy (DKD). The inflammation and cell damage caused by it are closely related to renal fibrosis, glomerulosclerosis and tubular damage. In depth research on the potential molecular mechanisms of pyroptosis and inflammasome signaling pathways may become a new approach for the prevention and treatment of DKD. The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating DKD is significant, as it exerts a protective effect by affecting the cell pyroptosis pathway. The article reviews the molecular mechanisms of cell pyroptosis and DKD,as well as the research progress in traditional Chinese medicine intervention, providing important guidance for further exploration of the pathogenic mechanism of cell pyroptosis and the treatment of DKD with traditional Chinese medicine. To investigate the impact of topography on understory biomass, this study employed a nested design and conducted surveys in the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park, involving a total of 138 plots within closed forests, comprising 1 685 plant quadrats. The analysis of topographical effect on understory biomass was carried out using nested analysis of variance and an ordinal logistic regression model. The results were as follows: (1) Among different slope positions, the understory biomass in valleys was higher than on upper slopes, and the footslopes where the understory biomass was the lowest (P<0.01). The understory biomass on shady slopes was lower than on sunny slopes and flats (P<0.01), with no significant difference between the latter two. In terms of different slopes, the understory biomass on steep slopes was higher than on flats, and flats had higher biomass than gentle slopes (P<0.01). (2) There was a significant interaction between slope position and slope aspect. The understory biomass was the highest on flats at the footslopes, flats on upper slopes, upper slopes and sunny slopes, and in valleys among all slope positions. There was no significant difference in understory biomass among shady slopes at the footslopes, sunny slopes at the footslopes, and shady slopes on upper slopes. (3) Ordinal logistic regression analysis of the current state of the study area showed that the probability of high or low understory biomass varied across different combinations of altitude, slope position, and slope aspect. Slope position, slope aspect, and slope had significant effects on the understory biomass. Among the three slope positions, the understory biomass was the highest in valleys and the lowest on footslopes. Among the three slopes, steep slopes had the highest understory biomass, while gentle slopes had the lowest. Shady slopes had the lowest understory biomass compared to other slope aspects. (4) Considering the realistic situation of human disturbance and forest grazing, steep slope areas in valleys had the highest probability of high understory biomass. This study can provide important references for accurately estimating the carrying capacity of understory for preys populations of tiger and leopard in Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park, thereby offering a scientific basis for the conservation and management of endangered tigers and leopards. Macrophages, known for their remarkable plasticity, play a crucial role in regulating innate immunity, managing inflammation, and orchestrating immune responses to antigens, pathogens, and environmental factors. Recently, the study of the expression and function of bitter taste receptors within macrophages has garnered significant interest. This review summarizes the expression levels and distribution characteristics of bitter taste receptors in macrophages and examines their effects on macrophage polarization, phagocytosis, and chemotaxis, as well as their potential molecular mechanisms. Objectives With the improvement of geodetic observation accuracy, higher requirements are put forward for the seismic inversion algorithm.Methods In view of this problem, we successfully develop a novel grey wolf optimizer (GWO) algorithm to invert the seismic source parameters. The weighted distance GWO (wdGWO) algorithm with the strategy of the nonlinear decreasing convergence factor based on the cosine law is proposed to instead that of the original linear decreasing. Subsequently, a combination approach with the improved wdGWO algorithm and the simplex algorithm is configured and the introduction of the latter algorithm is to stabilize the performance of the proposed wdGWO algorithm. Thus, the combination algorithm has better advantages for both convergence and stability. Finally, we achieve synthetic tests to evaluate the performance of the basic wdGWO algorithm, the genetic algorithm and the combination algorithm.Results The simulated experimental results show that the estimation of seismic source parameters via the proposed algorithm is superior to the wdGWO algorithm, which expresses excellent stability and accuracy. On the other hand, the stability of seismic source parameters is validated between the combination algorithm and the genetic algorithm, and we find the superiority of the combination algorithm. Furthermore, the availability of the combination algorithm is tested by the 2014 Napa earthquake and the 2017 Bodrum-Kos earthquake. The results show that the combination algorithm can achieve the inversion precision of genetic algorithm, and exhibit better parameters stability.Conclusions Considering the accuracy and stability of the inversion results is particularly important for the accurate determination of seismic source parameters, the combination algorithm has potential applications in the inversion of seismic source parameters. - Abstract
To improve the resource utilization rate of cyanide residue and address the issues of low grade and recovery rates of valuable metal in flotation concentrates from gold cyanidation tailings, an analysis of the properties of cyanidation tailings and experimental studies on the recovery of copper, lead, and zinc were conducted. Based on the experimental results and actual on-site conditions, process optimization and reagent regime adjustments were implemented. Production practice shows that by adopting a lead preferential flotation followed by copper flotation process, with the lead flotation regulator ZJT at 3 000 g/t, diethyldithiocarbamate at 100 g/t, copper flotation regulator ZJT at 2 500 g/t, and collector ZJB-2 at 100 g/t, and using a flotation process of once roughing, twice cleaning, and twice scavenging, lead concentrate with a lead grade of 22.32% and a lead recovery rate of 45.76%, zinc concentrate with a zinc grade of 14.17% and a zinc recovery rate of 31.78%, and copper concentrate with a copper grade of 15.38% and a copper recovery rate of 45.76% can be obtained. After the process optimization, the combined lead and zine grade in lead concentrate increased by 8-40 percentage points, and the copper grade in copper concentrate increased by 3-13 percentage points. Objectives: With the development of modern observation techniques, the processing methods which only consider additive errors cannot meet the requirements. Most of the existing methods for dealing with inequality constraints are based on additive error models, including Gaussian-Markov model and errorsin-variables model, while the processing methods for mixed additive and multiplicative (MAM) random error models are rare. Methods: Based on the least squares principle and the ideas of zero and infinite weights, we construct a penalty function with the given inequality constraints, and derive the simple iterative method (SIM) for the estimation of MAM parameters under the inequality constraints. Then, we add a penalty factor increasing with the number of iterations before the penalty term to address the defects of the original SIM. Results: Two sets of cases show that the improved SIM can effectively solve the problem that the original method does not converge when used to deal with MAM error models with inequality constraints. The structure of improved SIM is simple and easy to implement. And it can obtain better parameter estimation compared with other schemes. Conclusions: The feasibility and effectiveness of the improved SIM for parameter estimation of MAM error models with inequality constraints are verified, and it can be applied to the processing of large batches of data. On-site education is an experiment to bring teaching back to the field, and it provides ample room for imagination to resolve the crisis brought about by current teacher education which is conducted in the classroom. This research selects " outdoor environmental education" as a case, to describe the process of on- site teacher education from four aspects: goal concept, theme content, teaching methods, and reflection on effectiveness. It summarizes the logic of on-site education, with ecological growth and practical migration as its goal, community and the locals as contexts, relationship between human and the field as its logic, and autonomous inquiry as motives. The core value of the on-site education is to make teacher education back to the field, which concurrently demonstrates its advantages and also poses a challenge to traditional teacher education. At present, a series of problems are seen in China's teacher education, including prominent problems in standardization, technicalization, disciplinization, and utilitarianism. 26. 中国“三生”空间功能异质性评价、时空演变及分区调控.

- Abstract
Scientifically identifying the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of production-living-ecological space (PLES) and their inherent interrelationships is of great significance for achieving optimized spatial layout and sustainable development of national territory. In this study, multi-source spatial-temporal data were integrated to evaluate the heterogeneity and analyze the spatio-temporal evolution of PLES functions in China from 2000 to 2020. The authors identified the spatial clustering and coordination characteristics of PLES at the city level in China and proposed corresponding zoning and regulatory schemes accordingly. The results are as follows. (1) The overall spatial pattern of production space exhibited a trend of "high in the east and low in the west, with significant clustering and minimal dispersal," and overall expansion outweighed contraction during the study period. Along the Hu Huanyong Line living space generally followed a spatial pattern of "high in the east and low in the west" and remained relatively stable over the study period. Overall, ecological space in China exhibited a spatial pattern of being "higher in the hinterland and lower along the coast," displaying a trend of expansion throughout the study period. (2) During the period from 2000 to 2020, the spatial functions of PLES at the city level in China exhibited strong clustering characteristics. Among them, the positively correlated clustering areas of production space continued to expand, while the living space remained relatively stable. The positively correlated clustering areas of ecological space showed a pattern of "expansion in the northeast and contraction in the west." Based on this analysis, corresponding zoning and regulatory schemes were proposed in 2020 for different spatial clustering types at the city level in China. Production space was divided into agricultural development zone, urban development zone, potential development zone, and optimization and transformation zone. Living space was categorized into core living zone, potential residential zone, and moderate development zone. Ecological space was designated as ecological protection zone, function enhancement zone, and low-carbon development zone. (3) During the period from 2000 to 2020, the coupling and coordination degree of the spatial functions of PLES at the city level in China exhibited a spatial progression from west to east with the Hu Huanyong Line as the boundary. Its evolution exhibited waveform characteristics. Cities with high degrees of coupling and coordination primarily expanded outwards from the North China Plain and coastal areas of South China, whereas low-value areas gradually contracted towards the interior of northwestern regions. Based on this analysis, corresponding zoning and regulatory schemes were proposed in 2020 for the coordination degree of PLES at the city level in China. Specifically, they were categorized into production development zone, life gathering zone, collaborative development zone, living optimization zone, and living transformation zone. This comprehensive study meticulously discerns the multifaceted functions of PLES across diverse land plots of the same land type, and proposes zoning schemes and differentiated regulatory measures based on the clustering and coordination patterns characteristics in China. Objective To understand the Popularization status and acceptance willingness of the idea of “preventive treatment of disease” in the post-epidemic era in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and to compile a cognitive scale for preventive treatment of disease, so as to provide direction and ideas for promoting the popularization and development of the idea of “preventive treatment of disease”. Methods A total of 576 valid questionnaires were collected to investigate the current individual characteristics, basic cognition and acceptance willingness of the public in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Results The final scores of the public basic cognition scale were between 3.10 and 3.50. 67.01% of the public had not received the service of “preventive treatment of disease”, and 72.4% of the public were willing to pay more than 100 yuan for the service. People over or equal to 65 years old and urban residents with basic medical insurance had higher awareness and recognition of the concept of “preventive treatment of disease”, service objects and measures. Women had higher awareness of “preventive treatment of disease” to service objects and measures, but men had better acceptance of “preventive treatment of disease”. The public with master's degree or above had a higher awareness of the service objects and measures of “preventive treatment of disease”. People who working on profession or industry associated with health and medical care had better awareness and acceptance of “preventive treatment of disease” to service objects and measures, but the understanding of concept for unrelated people was more accurate. Conclusion The public in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province have a good understanding and acceptance of “preventive treatment of disease”. Focusing on popularizing the knowledge of “preventive treatment of disease” to people under 65 years and people who have never or little contact with the medical industry or profession, we can improve the status of “preventive treatment of disease” service from the aspects of technical level and geographical location. - Abstract
The prediction of reservoir water level provides important decision support for reservoir operation, flood control and water resources operation and management. Accurate and reliable prediction plays an important role in the optimal management of water resources. Aiming at the nonlinearity, instability and complex temporal and spatial characteristics of reservoir water level data, a hybrid reservoir water level prediction model integrating adaptive Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) is proposed. Among them, VMD eliminates noise by decomposing the water level sequence, CNN is used to effectively extract the local features of water level data, and GRU is used to extract the deep time features of water level data. Taking the daily water level prediction of Shenwo reservoir as an example, the proposed model outperforms current deep learning models in accuracy. In terms of computing efficiency, the operation efficiency of GRU selected in this approach is significantly improved compared with Long Short-Term Memory network (LSTM). Therefore, the proposed model has high accuracy and high operation efficiency, and is more suitable for the real-time operation of reservoir water level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to fully reveal the characteristics of university library service innovation and provide enlightenment for the development of library science theories and based on analysis on CSSCI papers of case studies on university library services from 2020 to 2023, the article analyzes the characteristics of innovative service from the dimensions of types, themes and ideas, sorts out the innovation path, and discusses the essence of innovative service of university library. The results show that innovation is most active in basic services and comprehensive services, while the ten “Double First-Class” university libraries holding a higher number of innovative service cases. Among the popular innovation themes, popularity of topics such as reading promotion and information literacy education continued, while topics such as emergency services had a clear trend of concentration and significant characteristics of the times. The highly cited innovation case papers cover multiple topics but tend to be consistent in nature in terms of collaboration, multi-resource structure, and new media application.
