公共数据开放利用有利于促进数字经济高质量发展。我国积极出台相关政策引导公共数据开放利用，多个地方出台了有关公共数据开放利用的地方规章和法规条例，但国家层面尚缺少针对公共数据开放利用的法律法规。与我国相比，欧盟持续发布和修订公共数据开放利用相关指令，加快促进数字经济领域技术创新。梳理了我国公共数据开放利用的相关做法，分析了欧盟开放数据和公共部门信息再利用指令的主要内容，结合我国国情，提出对我国公共数据开放利用的相关启示，希望为进一步完善我国公共数据开放利用政策法规和机制、推动我国公共数据深度共享和有序开放提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of higher education and the significant investment in talent cultivation and technological advancement by the country, the safety management and proper disposal of laboratory waste in universities have become crucial for the construction of environmentally-friendly and secure campus and the sustainable development of human society. This paper categorizes and describes the characteristics of chemical laboratory waste, and analyzes the current issues in waste management and disposal from five perspectives, extensive coverage, high personnel mobility, diverse and complex waste, insufficient safety and environmental awareness, and inadequate management. By taking into account the specific circumstances of schools, colleges, and local enterprises, a closed-loop management and disposal practice model is proposed, which integrates safety and environmental education, experimental planning, implementation of institutional regulations, and efficient information support, aiming to provide a reference for the treatment of laboratory waste. The scaled boundary finite element method (SBFEM) was extended to calculate the natural frequencies of laminated composite beams. With this method, the beam was simplified as a 1D model. Only the displacement components along the x and z directions were selected as the fundamental unknowns. Based on the fundamental equations of elasticity and the scaled boundary coordinates, under the principle of virtual work and with the dual vector technique, the 1st-order ordinary differential scaled boundary finite element dynamic equation for composite beams was obtained, with its general solution in the form of the analytical matrix exponential function. The Padé expansion was utilized to solve the matrix exponential function and the dynamic stiffness matrix for each beam layer was acquired. According to the principle of matching degrees of freedom, the global stiffness and mass matrices of the laminated beam were gained. The eigenvalue equation was solved to give the natural vibration frequencies of the laminated composite beam. The results show that, the proposed method is widely applicable without limitation on the layer number and boundary conditions. Comparisons between the numerical natural frequencies and the experiment results of 3-, 4- and 10-layered step-shaped cantilever beams, validate the accuracy, high efficiency and fast convergence of the SBFEM. Granite, a principal component of continental crust, emerges at the Earth's surface through crustal movements, creating diverse landforms. The Queshi region, comparable to Huangshan in its granite hilly landscape, stands as a representative granite landform in China, yet its origin remains incompletely studied. This investigation utilizes surface landscape and cave analyses to elucidate the characteristics and determining factors of granite landforms in the Queshi region, to comprehend the formation mechanisms of these unique landforms. In the surface investigation, field surveys and aerial photography, employing a DJI Phantom 4 RTK drone, were utilized to measure the morphology and dimensions of exposed rock egg sizes on cliff faces and joint spacing. The survey results facilitated an overall classification of surficial landscapes, encompassing the proportion of rock egg sizes on the mountain and the spacing between the vertical and horizontal joints. To assess mountain development concerning stone eggs, cave orientation and elevation were determined using a rangefinder and GPS measurements, while different contact relationships between stone eggs were investigated. By amalgamating domestic and international granite development theories with field investigation results, this study delves into the geological structure of the surrounding areas, the characteristics of granite landforms, and the factors governing the landform formation of granite geomorphology in the Queshi area. The findings indicate that 1) rocks in the Queshi scenic area have evolved into various rock eggs through subsequent weathering processes, manifesting as grotesque formations resembling humans, genies, or animals, and 2) granite mountain bodies in the Queshi region can be categorized into three types: rock egg mountains, peak forest mountains, and steamed bun mountains. Stone egg mountains exhibit a unique form with round, large stone eggs stacked atop each other, peak forest mountains comprise elongated rock eggs or blocks due to narrowly spaced vertical joints, while steamed bun mountains lack obvious joints and fractures, presenting gently rounded mountain shapes. Furthermore, 3) granite caves in the Queshi scenic area are classified into four categories based on different formation processes: core stone caves, collapsed caves/rock egg caves, fissure caves, and niches. Core stone caves form when weathered material in the gaps between stone cores is carried away by flowing water without causing any movement of the core stones. Fissure caves, relatively rare and small in scale in the Queshi scenic area, are formed along large fractures created by bedrock breaks. Niches are concave grooves formed at the base of rock bodies or rock eggs, buried by rock debris or soil, storing more rainwater than bare rock surfaces and enhancing chemical weathering. After external runoff removed the debris, the rock base became exposed and formed concave grooves. Finally, 4) the weathering crusts of the Queshi region formed before the subsidence of the Rongjiang fault, during which the Queshi Mountains experienced relative uplift. Consequently, the weathering crusts continued to weather, forming the present granite landforms. Weathering occurs through the rock joints of the parent rock of the weathered crusts, with the degree of damage to the rock determined by joint density. The greater the joint density, the more extensive the damage; conversely, the smaller the joint density, the less the damage. Therefore, mountain morphological differences in the Queshi region are primarily caused by variations in joint spacing rather than climate or rock-type influences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Fagopyrum tatari-cymosum is a semi-perennial new buckwheat type developped from the hybridization between F. tataricum and F. cymosum. To explore the genetic laws of agronomic and quality traits of F. tatari-cymosum, 26 lines of F. tatari-cymosum were selected as materials, and their quality traits and agronomic traits were analyzed by variance analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The results were as follows: (1) The variation coefficient for quality traits of F. tatari-cymosum was gliadin content ＞ glutenin content ＞ flavonoids content ＞ total protein content ＞ globulin content ＞ albumin content＞starch content. (2) The variation coefficient for agronomic traits of F. tatari-cymosum was branch number of main stems ＞ node number within 20 cm of the bases ＞ main stem diameter ＞ grain area ＞ 1 000-grain weight ＞ node number of main stems ＞ plant height ＞ grain length to width ratio ＞ grain width ＞ grain length ＞ shell rate ＞ grain perimeter ＞ grain diameter. (3) In the correlation analysis, the flavonoid content was significantly positively correlated with albumin content; the gliadin content was significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with the main stems diameter, the node number of main stems, the node number within 20 cm of the bases, and significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with the 1 000-grain weight, grain area, grain perimeter, grain width, and grain diameter; the starch content was positively correlated with grain area, grain length and grain diameter. (4) By cluster analysis, 26 F. tatari-cymosum lines were divided into three groups. Group I belonged to high starch, short stem, multi branched, low shell rate, large long grain lines, which could be used as parent material for breeding purposes of high starch and low shell rate; Group Ⅱ belonged to high protein, high stem, thick, small grain type lines, which could be used as a material for breeding purposes of high protein and strong stress resistance; Group Ⅲ belonged to high quality, high yield, large grain type lines. BACKGROUND: In the treatment of edentulous maxillary implants supported fixed repair, the selection of upper scaffold structure materials and the design of different distal implant implantation methods have a close influence on the long-term stability of the whole mouth implant repair. OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively explore the influence of three different materials of upper scaffold and two implant fixation designs on the biomechanics of the fixed maxillary implant repair based on the three-dimensional finite element method. METHODS: Based on the conical beam CT data of a healthy adult with normal jaws, the Mimics software was used to separate the maxillary and maxillary dentin three-dimensional solid models, and the Geomagic Studio software was used to construct the three-dimensional finite element model of denture with denture implant and fixed maxillary arch combined with specific model parameters. According to the different designs of distal implants in the maxillary posterior region, two scheme models were established. Scheme 1 (Design 1) was designed in accordance with the “All-on-4” design used in clinical practice. Two implants were vertically implanted in the bilateral incisor region of the maxilla, and the other two implants were implanted in the bilateral second premolar region at a 30° angle. In scheme 2 (Design 2), two implants were vertically implanted in the lateral incisor region of the maxilla, and two short implants were vertically implanted in the posterior region of the maxilla in the bilateral second premolar region. Three materials (titanium, zirconia and polyether ether ketone) were used to assign values to the upper scaffold structure in the two designs, and six different models were obtained. The biomechanical effects of the implant, surrounding bone tissue and the upper scaffold structure were compared and analyzed in the oblique loading direction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The maximum stress peaks of all models were distributed in the neck region around the posterior implant and the cortical bone under the two edentulous implant fixed restoration schemes, regardless of the material of the upper scaffold. (2) Compared with the alternative design of Design 2, which adopted vertical implantation of short implants, Design 1 showed a more ideal stress distribution on the maxilla. (3) The scaffold model constructed by polyether ether ketone material transferred higher stress to the implant and surrounding bone tissue close to the loading zone of the upper jaw bone, followed by titanium and zirconia. As for the support itself, the peak stress of the upper scaffold of polyether ether ketone was significantly lower than that of the zirconia and titanium scaffolds. Zirconia scaffolds were used among the three upper scaffolds to disperse the stress distribution of implant and bone tissue. (4) The results suggest that both designs can be applied to clinical practice. However, from the perspective of biomechanics, the stress distribution of the implant, surrounding bone tissue and upper scaffold in Design 1 is more rational, which is more conducive to the long-term prognosis of fixed implant repair in patients with edentulous jaws. 個人主義之教師文化會阻礙彼此的交流與互動，不利於知識的創新。近幾年來，教育界有關實務社群的探討愈來愈多，認為可以增進教師彼此之間的互動與創新。本文從實務社群的角度出發，探討其對課程發展及教師專業發展的啟示。在課程發展方面，實務社群可以協助教師發展新課程、協助教師覺醒課程理論、幫助教師累積課程實務知識、協助教師解決課程的問題等。至於在教師專業發展方面，實務社群可以促進教師學習、提供教師學習機會、激發教師專業熱情、激發教師學習動機、促進教師專業知能、幫助學校招募及留住人才、協助輔導新手教師、塑造學校積極的文化、建立多元化溝通管道等。學校應該給與教師足夠的時間與空間去發展實務社群，如此，實務社群對於課程發展及教師專業發展的貢獻才能夠彰顯出來，並且進一步提升學校的教育品質。 The individualism teacher culture obstructs the communication and interaction of teachers and knowledge innovation. The discussions of communities of practice applying to schools have increased noticeably in recent years. This paper investigates curriculum development and teacher professional development by the point of view of communities of practice. In curriculum development, communities of practice can facilitate teachers in developing a new curriculum, aid teachers being aware of curriculum theory, help teachers with accumulating curriculum practice knowledge, and assist teachers in solving curriculum problems. In teacher professional development, communities of practice can advance teachers learning, afford teachers with learning opportunities, encourage professional passion of teachers, excite learning motivation of teachers, improve professional competences of teachers, help school with recruiting and remaining teachers, guide novice teachers, shape the positive cultural in school, and construct multiple communication paths. The school should give teachers enough time and space for developing communities of practice, thus communities of practice can contribute to curriculum practices and teacher professional development, furthermore they can promote the quality of the school.
