Objective: To explore the evaluation value of peripheral blood red blood cell distribution width (RDW), procalcitonin (PCT) and lactic acid for severity of neonatal septicemia (NS). Methods: A total of 132 children with NS admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between May 2019 and December 2022. According to neonatal critical illness score (NCIS), children were divided into non-critical group(>90 points, 94 cases) and critical group (70-90 points, 38 cases). The levels of peripheral blood RDW, PCT and lactic acid in the two groups were compared. The diagnostic value of the above three indexes for critical NS was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, and their correlation with disease severity was analyzed by Spearman analysis. Results: The proportion of gestational age <37 weeks in critical group was higher than that in non-critical group, while birth weight was lower than that in non-critical group (P<0.05). The levels of peripheral blood RDW, PCT and lactic acid in critical group were higher than those in non-critical group (P<0.05). The results of ROC curves analysis showed that area under the curve (AUC) values of RDW, PCT, lactic acid and combined detection for evaluating critical NS were 0.844, 0.645, 0.643 and 0.874, respectively(P<0.05). Spearman analysis showed that RDW, PCT and lactic acid were positively correlated with disease severity in NS children (P<0.05). Conclusion: The peripheral blood RDW, PCT and lactic acid are closely related to disease severity in NS children. The purpose of this study was to understand the changes of antibodies before and after Foot)and-mouth disease (FMD) immunization in a sheep farm of Yuexi county, which provided reference for optimizing FMD immunization program in this farm. ELISA was used to dynamically monitor FMD antibodies in lambs that were not vaccinated against FMD and were vaccinated against FMD in the sheep farm of Yuexi County. The results showed that the qualified rates of A and O type FMD antibodies were 79.16% and 87.50% at 14 days of age, reduced to below 70.00% at 30 days of age, and then 37.50% and 45.83% at 60 days of age on lamb. The qualified rates of FMD A and O antibodies were 16.67% and 25.00% respectively after 7 days of vaccination, and increased to 70.83% and 75.00% at 21 days, which reached the national standard. The qualified rate of type A antibody reached a peak of 91.67% on 42 days, and type O antibody reached a peak of 91.67% on 56 days. The qualified rate of type A FMD antibody reached and maintained a peak of 91.67% at 42 days, and the qualified rate of type O FMD antibody reached the peak of 91.67% at 56 days. The result shows that maternal antibodies in lambs fell below the national standard nearly one month after birth and continued to decline. In order to explore the optimal process of boiled peanuts with honeysuckle flavor, four factors influencing the preparation of honeysuckle extract by microwave method were studied, and the effects of different addition of honeysuckle extract and salt addition on the sensory score of boiled peanuts with honeysuckle flavor were analyzed.The results showed that when the ethanol volume fraction was 65%,the microwave power was 400 W,and the radiation time was 3 min, the extraction time of honeysuckle extract was the best.The best formula of boiled peanuts with honeysuckle flavor was as follows: the addition amount of honeysuckle extract was 10%,and the addition amount of salt was 20 g, the product obtained by this process had a strong flavor and a fresh taste.When ascorbic acid was used as the color-protective agent, the color preservation effect was the best when the addition of ascorbic acid was 0.6%. [Objective] To improve the quality standard of Jiawei Guiqi tablets. [ Method] The Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile -0. 085% phosphoric acid (17 ∶ 83) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 316 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ . The content of ferulic acid in Jiawei Guiqi tablet was determined. The HPLC method with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) was established to determine the content of Astragaloside IV in in Jiawei Guiqi tablet. Using Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column. Acetonitrile-water (32 ∶ 68) as mobile phase. TLC was used to identify Chinese angelica and radix astragali. [Result]The linear range of ferulic acid was 2. 265-22. 651 μg / mL (R² = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97. 38%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1. 93%,the content of ferulic acid in Jiawei Guiqi tablet ranged from 29. 6 to 34. 0 μg. The linear range of Astragaloside IV was 70. 65-495. 55 μg / mL ( R² = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 93. 92%, the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 2. 59%. The content of astragaloside IV in each tablet ranged from 0. 383 to 0. 449 mg. TLC spots of chinese angelica and radix astragali were clear, and negative control had no interference.
