Due to the intrusion of igneous rocks, conventional clastic formations are not only divided and modified by igneous rocks on a macroscopic scale but the pore structure of sandstones is also altered by complex physicochemical effects on a microscopic scale. The strong planar and longitudinal inhomogeneity of the reservoir poses difficulties for well test interpretation. Based on the theory of seepage mechanics and mathematical-physical methods, a well test model with arbitrary combinations of multi-layer and multi-zone composite features is established for the non-homogeneous characteristics of sandstone reservoirs. The main factors affecting the bottom-hole pressure dynamics are analyzed. The results show that the composite reservoir characteristics and boundary conditions of the high permeability layer are mainly reflected at the early stage of the system flow phase, while those of the low permeability layer is mainly reflected at the late stage of the system flow phase. When the reservoir boundary is closed or at constant pressure, the pressure derivative curve will undergo an upward or downward shift in response. The case analysis proves the reliability and practicality of the model, and the research results provide theoretical support for the interpretation of test wells in similar reservoirs.
