Due to the randomness of wind power generations (WPGs) output, it is difficult to establish the model of distribution network reconfiguration. The author proposed to establish the model according to scenario analysis method and several states of wind speed, analyzed the situation of the distribution network with single WPG and multiple WPGs in the single scenario and mixed scenarios partitioned, and calculated the probability of each scenario to get the objective function value. In this paper, a novel reconfiguration algorithm based on the network idea of small world and the duo - crossover mechanism of GSO was applied in the process of the configuration of the distribution network with WPGs. By this method, the neighbor, generated in the dynamic link of each particle and its nearby particles with better fitness, was updated so as to enhance the swarm diversity and the global search ability. Consider the economic indicators of the optimal allocation of distributed generation, this paper established the mathematical model of distributed generation planning taking power loss, voltage stability margin and investment operating cost as the objectives. Aiming at the superior performance of crisscross optimal algorithm, it brought in the idea of pareto, elitism and non - dominated sorting to gel the multi - objective crisscross optimal algorithm. The result of experimental simulation of the model established and the IEEE33 node system shows that the algorithm proposed enjoys accurate and resonable optimization, high convergence precision and speed, which enable to gel the pareto optimal solution of location and penetration of distributed generation, providing a good theoretical basis for multi - objective distributed generation planning.
