In order to obtain a highly sensitive biosensor, in this paper, a non pass metal insulator metal (MIM) wave guide sensor that can excite quadruple Fano resonance is designed. The top and bottom symmetric structure is adopted, and a vertical rectangular cavity and two horizontal rectangular cavities interact with the bus wave guide to obtain the quadruple Fano resonance. The finite difference time domain (FDTD) method is used to calculate the transmission characteristics of the structure and the normalized magnetic field in the Z direction, and the mechanism of its Fano resonance is analyzed in detail. By calculating the transmission spectrum adjusted by the structural geometric parameters, it is obtained that the transmission and resonance position of the four Fano resonance peaks can be independently adjusted by changing the structural geometric parameters. In addition, it was found that adding different concentrations of glucose solutions to the structure can achieve high refractive index sensing sensitivity (S), the highest sensitivity can reach 2736.98nm/RIU, indicating that this structure has high sensitivity to changes in refractive index, This provides a new approach for designing and optimizing nanometre scale refractive index sensors, which can be applied for performance testing before circuit construction. 【目的】研究冬凌草甲素诱导HeLa细胞凋亡的作用及其机制。【方法】MTT法测定冬凌草甲素对HeLa细胞的生长抑制实验,Hoechst 33342荧光染色等观察细胞核形态学变化;LDH法研究细胞死亡的途径。流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡,免疫印迹实验检测相关蛋白的表达。【结果】25μmol/L以上的冬凌草甲素对宫颈癌HeLa细胞具有明显的生长抑制作用,并能诱导细胞发生凋亡,随着药物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长,细胞的生长抑制率及细胞凋亡率均明显升高,冬凌草甲素抑制细胞生长及诱导细胞发生凋亡的过程中,细胞端粒酶Akt、FKHRL、GSK3表达水平及活性显著降低。【结论】冬凌草甲素能够通过诱导人子宫颈癌HeLa细胞发生凋亡而发挥抑制HeLa细胞生长作用,抑制Akt和GSK3的活性是冬凌草甲素体外诱导人子宫颈癌HeLa细胞发生凋亡的重要作用机制之一。

【目的】分析引起反复早期自然流产的主要影响因素, 为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。【方法】收集在本院自然流 产专科诊治的患者共69 例, 筛查她们关于遗传、内分泌、解剖、感染、免疫, 毒物接触史和代谢等7 个方面的发病因素, 并对其 进行统计分析。【结果】在引起反复自然流产的以上7 个方面的因素中, 分析由于单因素异常的流产患者, 发现其中免疫因素 引起的反复自然流产占86.2 %, 远高于其他6 个方面的因素。并且免疫因素在不同年龄组的反复早期自然流产患者中存在 显著性差别。【结论】免疫因素异常在早期反复自然流产的发生中占重要地位, 而且随着流产次数的增多, 其在发病因素中占 有的比重显著增加。

Smart education, as an important measure for promoting educational informatization and educational modernization, is the commanding height and breakthrough of the future education. The current research of smart classroom, which is as the core component of smart education , still focuses on the design concept and the teaching model, and pays little attention to the daily application and management. Taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University “Smart Classroom” as an example, the paper conducts an empirical analysis of technical construction and operation, and property management, focuses on the integration and application of the “trinity system”, a whole process control methodology, in the field of teaching space management, to explore some existing problems and improve direction. Objective: To study the effect of oral implant repair and routine repair on the quality of life and the levels of cell factors in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with missing dentition. Methods: A total of 108 patients with missing dentition, who were treated in 85th Hospital of People's Liberation Army from July 2015 to July 2016, were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=54) and observation group (n=54). The control group was received routine repair, and the observation group was given oral implant repair. After 3 months of follow-up, the efficacy, quality of life, levels of cell factors in gingival crevicular fluid before treatment and 3 months after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.15% vs 87.04%) (P<0.05). 3 months after treatment, the scores of physiological function,emotional function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment, while those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.41%vs22.22%) (P<0.05). The effect of oral implant repair is better in the patients with missing dentition, and it has obvious inhibitory effect on the rise of cell factors in gingival crevicular fluid and can reduce complications, which is worthy of attention and promotion.
