2. 等离子体活化气促进皮肤伤口愈合效应的实验研究.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of plasma-activated gas (PAG) in promoting wound healing. Methods The pro-healing effect of PAG was explored by testing the effectiveness of PAG in promoting cell proliferation and healing of infected wounds. Cell proliferation assay: five different cells (i.e., HSF, IHSMC, WPMY-1, HaCaT, and HFF) in logarithmic growth phase were inoculated into culture plates. After the cells grew adherently to the wall, the different cells were each grouped experimentally using a suitable time gradient. After the cells were treated with PAG for different time, their activity was detected by CCK-8 method. Animal infected wound healing assay: a wound of about 1.5 cm×1.5 cm in size was created on the back of SD rats with sterile tweezers and scissors, and then the wound was infected with P. Aeruginosa with A600 nm=6.5. After the infection was completed, the wounds were treated with PAG at regular intervals, and the experiment groups were subdivided according to the different treatment durations. Wound healing photographs and changes in relative wound area were used as indicators of healing performance. Results Cell proliferation assay: PAG treatment was effective in promoting cell proliferation for a reasonable period of time, while overdose led to cell death. Therefore, the dose of cells treated with plasma activation gas was defined as=W/N(J/cell), where W is the work consumed by the activation gas device during the treatment process and N is the number of cells. The three indexes (starting dose, optimal dose and safe dose range) were used to characterize the proliferative effect of PAG. Animal infected wound healing assay: the experimental groups all showed accelerated wound healing, so the optimal treatment time was used to characterize the pro-healing effect of PAG. The sterilization mode played a primary role, with an optimal treatment time of 2 min, and the pro-healing mode played a secondary role. The treatment conditions with the best overall healing effect were 2 min for the sterilization mode and 1 min for the pro-healing mode. Conclusion PAG has the effect of promoting cell proliferation and infected wound healing, and indicators can be summarized to quantitatively describe its effect, which is conducive to further standardization of PAG research and clinical utility. 8. 基于转录组测序分析猪子宫内膜妊娠中的关键非编码 RNA 及其调控通路.

- Abstract
【Objective】The study aims to explore miRNA, lncRNA and target genes regulating endometrial pregnancy in Chuanxiang Black pigs and Tibetan pigs with different litter sizes, and to further reveal the signal pathways affecting the enrichment of non-coding RNA related to endometrial pregnancy in different breeds of pigs.【Method】Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the endometrium of the 2nd and 5th litters Chuanxiang Black pigs and Tibetan pigs with an average litter size of 11.35 and 6.70, respectively. RNA was extracted, transcriptome sequencing was carried out after quality inspection, sequencing data were spliced, miRNA and lncRNA were aligned, and target genes were predicted. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed to screen candidate regulatory genes and signaling pathways regulating different litter sizes of Chuanxiang Black pigs and Tibetan pigs.【Result】 Multiple miRNAs, lncRNAs and target genes were differentially expressed between Chuanxiang Black pigs and Tibetan pigs. The second parity had 1571 miRNAs and 2042 lncRNAs differentially expressed, and the fifth parity had 1042 miRNAs and 2096 lncRNAs differentially expressed. Further GO and KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that Chuanxiang Black pigs had higher enrichment in gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion, ECM-receptor interaction and Wnt signaling pathway than Tibetan pigs. Functional enrichment was also found in some metabolic pathways, including aldosterone regulation of sodium reabsorption, glutathione metabolism, fructose and mannose metabolism, etc. Besides, key candidate regulatory genes identified included FSHR (Follicle stimulating hormone receptor), DBX1 (Developing brain homeobox 1), ARID2 (AT-rich interaction domain 2), TNC (Tenascin C), NT5C2 (Neuropilin 2), LAMC3 (laminin subunit gamma 3), MADD (MAP kinase activating death domain), etc. 【Conclusion】Chuanxiang Black pigs with high litter size have higher gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion, ECM-receptor interaction, Wnt signaling pathway enrichment (GO analysis result), and metabolic pathways (KEGG analysis result) during endometrial pregnancy compared with Tibetan pigs. The key regulatory genes involved mainly include FSHR, DBX1, etc.. Overall, the study provides new insights for exploring the function and molecular regulation mechanism of non-coding RNA in the process of porcine endometrial pregnancy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the 5th generation mobile communication, network slicing is used to provide an optimal network for various services. For the RAN slice scenario under multi base stations, the previous resource allocation methods can not meet the demand of slices when the number of slices changes, and are only suitable for specific scenarios. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to achieve the best resource allocation independent of the number of slices. This method first uses Ape-X method (a DRL method) allocate resources to slices, and then meet the needs of users through the resource mapping from slices to base stations and user resource allocation. The simulation results show that the proposed method can allocate resources according to the state and demand of slices, allocate the necessary number of RBs to meet the demand of slices, and is not affected by the change of the number of slices. In heterogeneous cloud radio access network based on NOMA, the increase of network utility comes at the cost of energy consumption, which leads to low energy efficiency. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a joint sub-channel and power allocation solution. The algorithm first defined the difference between network utility and grid energy cost as the system revenue, and then established an optimization problem with the goal of maximizing system revenue where constraints of maximum transmit power, battery capacity of energy harvesting (EH), user’s minimum data rate requirements and cross-layer interference thresholds were considered. Next, it used the greedy algorithm to pair users and assign sub-channels, which obtained a low-complexity sub-optimal solution. Finally, it used the Lagrangian maximization method based on the alternating direction method of multipliers to optimize the power allocation. The simulation results show that, compared with the scheme in NOMA system without considering EH units, the system revenue has increased by about 18.8%; compared with that in OFDMA system equipped with EH units, the system revenue has increased by about 11.8%. In the process of Internet of Things service discovery, users usually express their needs with their own intentions, while service description is the description of service functions, so the mismatch between the two will affect the accuracy of service discovery. At the same time, the accuracy of service discovery decreases with the increasing of service types. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposed a method of introducing intentional service ontology into the description of iot services, and extended the service context and Qos (Quality of Service) in the intentional service ontology. The extended intentional service ontology was stored in OWL-S (Ontology Web Language for Services) files, which can express service functions in an intentional way, enrich the semantics of iot service description, and improve the accuracy of service discovery. Simulation results showed that the proposed service description method and the corresponding service discovery algorithm can improve the accuracy of 6.7% compared with the traditional service discovery method. Since edge clouds are not more powerful than the central cloud, it is easy to lead to unexpected autoscaling or low resource processing capabilities in response to dynamic workload. Therefore, this paper used the microservice application in a real edge cloud environment to experimentally evaluate two synthesis and two actual workloads. And this paper proposed a hybrid autoscaling method based on workload prediction(Predictively Horizontal and Vertical Pod Auto-scaling, Pre-HVPA), which first uses machine learning to carry out the workload data characteristics. After obtaining the final workload prediction result, this paper use the predictive workload for hybrid autoscaling module. The simulation shows that the microservice autoscaling policy based on this method can reduce more scaled jitter and more pod container use, and the method is scalable, so it is suitable for the microservice applications in edge cloud environment. With the rapid growth of the number of Internet of Things devices, the frequency of illegal attacks by botnets composed of hijacked IoT devices has increased greatly, and the security of IoT devices has become a serious issue. In order to detect abnormal traffic initiated by IoT devices, this paper proposed an individual learner selection algorithm ( IISA) based on ensemble learning. IISA was a selection method based on correlation coefficient measurement. It used correlation coefficient to integrate individual learners with large differences in similarity and made judgements by voting, which could reduce individual learners while improving the accuracy and efficiency of detection. The experimental results show that compared with the eight semi-supervised machine learning detection algorithms, the recall rate can be reduced by 9 . 12%, the accuracy can be increased by 4. 69%, and the detection efficiency can be increased by 70. 72% . In the network slicing scenario, the previous VNF (virtual network function) resource allocation strategy can' t meet the dynamic resource demand, which can easily lead to the problem of insufficient or over-allocation of resources. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a VNF resource demand prediction method based on two-stage algorithm ( TSA) . The algorithm first filtered out candidate feature sets highly related to the predicted target based on data features, and then used a greedy forward search strategy to further filter candidate feature sets to obtain the optimal feature set. Finally, it trained the different types of prediction models through different regression algorithms. The simulation results show that the model trained by the proposed algorithm can obtain better prediction performance, and the algorithm has better scalability. The trained model can be directly integrated into the current VNF deployment algorithms for application. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Edge computing, extending computing resources and enhancing storage capacity for resource-constrained Internet of Things (loT) devices, can improve the performance of loT applications. In an loT environment, most applications will be deployed at multi-sites in a distributed architecture, and these sites will need to collaborate to finish a service. In order to solve the cost optimization problem of multi-site collaborative computation in the loT environment, a genetic-based multi-site collaborative computation offloading algorithm (GAMCCO) is proposed. The algorithm models the application into a task relation graph and analyzes the dependencies among tasks. Afterwards, the multi-site collaborative offloading problem is formulated in terms of execution cost, and genetic algorithm is used to find the best offloading scheme. Experimental and evaluation results show that the proposed GAMCCO algorithm can effectively reduce the delay of loT applications and the energy consumption of terminal devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Poor communication conditions and frequent terminal movements in search,rescue,military and other environments make it difficult for traditional security authentication systems to achieve secure access to terminals.To solve this problem,this paper proposed a scheme about security connection with terminals in the mobile tactical environment.This scheme used a certificateless key management mechanism to analyze the security authentication process after the terminals were moved and the secure processing method after terminals and gateways were damaged or invaded.Simulation results show that the scheme improves the security of authorization and authentication between the gateway and the terminal,can well resist some known attacks,solves the problem of lack of mutual authentication and key escrow in the tactical environment,and the certificateess key algorithm uses in this sheme has better security and less computational overhead than other algorithms,and can balance the security of accessing a gateway with energy consumption during a terminal movement.
