本研究の目的は、「産後の母親役割獲得」の概念を明らかにし、出産後の親子の健やかな育ちのための、その概念の活用可能性について検討することである。Rodgers の概念分析方法を用いて分析し、33 の対象文献により 4 つの属性、9 つの先行要因、3 つの帰結を抽出した。その結果、「産後の母親役割獲得」は「生まれた子どもをわが子として受け入れ、育児技術の習得の段階を経て母親としての自覚をもち、母子関係を構築する過程で母親自身が成長することである。」と定義された。本概念の特徴は、妊娠期の母親役割獲得に比べ、授乳行動や児への直接的な世話など、児との直接的な関わりを持つことによる相互作用が大きく関わっていることであった。また本概念を関係者間で共有したうえで産後早期の出産体験の振り返りや、医療スタッフや地域における支援者からのサポートがなされることによって、児への愛着が促され、出産後の親子の健やかな育ちへとつながっていくと考える。, The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept of "acquisition of the role of mother after childbirth" and to examine the possibility of utilizing that concept for the healthy upbringing of parents and children after childbirth. Analyzed using Rodgers' conceptual analysis method, 4 attributes, 9 leading factors, and 3 consequences were extracted from 33 subject documents. As a result, "acquisition of the role of mother after childbirth" was defined as "the acceptance of the child who has come out of the womb and the acquisition of child-rearing techniques, the mother's self-awareness through the stage of mastering child-rearing techniques, and the mother's own growth while building a mother-child relationship." The characteristic of this concept was that the interaction by having a direct relationship with the child, such as breastfeeding behavior and direct care for the baby, was greatly related to the acquisition of the role of the mother during pregnancy. In addition, by sharing this concept among the parties concerned, reflecting on the experience of childbirth in the early postpartum period, and receiving support from medical staff and supporters in the community, we believe that attachment to the child will be promoted, leading to the healthy growth of parents and children after childbirth.

目的：日本では硬膜外麻酔分娩は産婦のニーズにより増加傾向にある．硬膜外麻酔分娩に対応できる助産師の実践能力を高めるために，助産師に求められる臨床推論を明確化しておく必要がある．本研究では硬膜外麻酔分娩における助産師の臨床推論の概念分析を行った．方法：Walker & Avant による概念分析を用いた．結果：硬膜外麻酔分娩における助産師の臨床推論の概念として，3 つの先行要件，3 つの属性，2 つの帰結が導き出された．この概念は【リスクの知識】【異常を回避できる知識】【分娩全体を見通す先見】が先立ち，【状況認知】【解釈】【経験知】を基盤に【分娩を生理的機序に近づける助産ケア】や【重篤な状況回避】をもたらすための思考プロセスと定義できた．考察：硬膜外麻酔分娩における助産師に必要とされる臨床推論の概念が明確になった．硬膜外麻酔分娩においてリスクや異常を予測する助産師のアセスメントや臨床推論の能力育成のために，今後，本概念の定義や先行要件を基盤とした思考モデルの開発が期待される．さらに，本概念の先行要件の教育や臨床推論のトレーニングを行うことにより，助産師の硬膜外麻酔分娩における助産実践の向上につながると考えられる．

目的:本研究の目的は、女性特有のがんに罹患した妻と夫の「がん罹患以降の親密性の獲得」の概念分析を行うことであり、がん患者が夫との関係性を維持しよりよい生活を送るための看護実践の基礎資料とする。 方法:分析方法は、Rodgersの概念分析の方法を参考とし、先行要件、属性、帰結に関する記述から内容分析を行った。 結果:分析対象文献は30件であった。先行要件は【がん罹患による妻の精神的苦痛】、【妻のがん罹患による夫の苦悩と不安】の2つが抽出された。 属性は【妻と夫の相手を支えようという各々の姿勢】、【妻と夫の双方に相乗効果をもたらす循環】、【夫婦の協同への努力】の3つが抽出された。 そして、帰結は【妻の自分らしさの回復】、【夫から与えられる心の安寧と感謝】、 【妻にとって重要なサポートの継続】、【夫婦の紳の獲得】、【満ち足りた生活の獲得】の5つと、妻と夫が「親密性の獲得」ができなかった場合、 【妻を支える役割により夫が感じる重圧】、【妻として役割を果たせないことへの申し訳なさ】、【夫への失望】の3つが抽出された。 考察：女性特有のがんに罹患した妻と夫との「がん罹患以降の親密性の獲得」とは、「【妻と夫の相手を支えようという各々の姿勢】をとることで、 【妻と夫の双方に相乗効果をもたらす循環】が生まれ、【妻と夫の協同の努力】を継続する」と再定義された。 一方で、妻と夫が親密性を獲得できなかった場合、夫は妻を支えることに重圧を感じ、妻は夫への失望や妻としての役割を果たせないことに申し訳なさを感じていた。 女性特有のがんに罹患した妻が、がん診断後から治療を受け生活を送る中で、前向きに生きていくためには夫の支えは必要不可欠であり、そのために夫との問に親密性を獲得することが重要である。 女性特有のがんに罹患した妻と夫の「がん罹患以降の親密性の獲得」の先行要件、属性、帰結は、患者とその夫が親密性を獲得するために必要な支援を明確にし、 より効果的な支援につなげることができると考える。したがって、今回の概念分析の結果は看護実践で有用な概念であることが示唆された。, PURPOSE:The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of intimacy building between the wife with female-specific cancer and her husband. Moreover,it aims to examine the possible applicability of this concept in nursing practice for improving the quality of life of such couples by fostering intimacy. METHODS:Rodgers'(2000) approach to concept analysis was used to review the literature,and the contents were qualitatively analyzed for attributes,antecedents,and consequences. RESULTS: Thirty articles were analyzed.The attributes of intimacy building between the wife with female-specific cancer and her husband were classified into two categories, including“The wife's mental distress due to cancer.”The antecedents of intimacy building between them were in three categories,including“The attitudes of the wife and the husband trying to support each other.”The consequences of intimacy building between them were in five categories,including“A sense of well-being and gratitude given by the husband.”Moreover,if the wife and her husband could not build intimacy between them,the consequences were in three categories,including“The pressure felt by the husband due to the role of supporting the wife.” DISUCUSSION:Intimacy building between the wife with female-specific cancer and her husband,defined as“a circulation that has a synergistic effect on both the wife and husband,”occurred.Further,“efforts for cooperation between wife and husband” continued through “the attitudes of the wife and the husband trying to support each other.”Moreover,if they could not build intimacy,they experienced anxiety and pressure.Therefore,the support of the husband was vital in improving the wife's life. It is suggested that these findings are useful for the nurses who provide support in such situations.

application/pdf, One of the general theories of science and technology communication is the “shift from understanding of science （PUS） to public engagement of science （PES）.” On the other hand, in the field, science and technology communication for the purpose of PUS is still being conducted. How did this gap arise? This paper assumes that the reason lies in the change of meaning of the concept of science and technology literacy in science and technology policy. Then, we clarified the change in the meaning of the concept of science and technology literacy in official documents by using concept analysis. As a result, two things became clear. The first is that the concept of science and technology literacy has been expanded to include competency. The other was that this change was influenced by the findings of a group of experts.

本研究の目的は、｢高齢者の生活を支える看護｣について概念を明らかにし、看護の活用性を検討することである。Walker ＆ Avant の概念分析方法を用い分析した。概念の属性は 【尊厳を持って生きられるよう寄り添う】、【日常生活が行えるように整える】、【その人にあった疾病予防・病気の回復を支援する】、【安全で快適な環境を提供する】、【支援体制づくりを調節する】が抽出された。先行要件は、【その人と家族の今までの人生を尊重する姿勢を持つ】、【その人を理解する】、【身体機能を整える】、【安心感をもたらすよう関わる】、【多職種で協働する】が、帰結は、【自立した日常生活が獲得できる】、【状態が回復する】、【生活を維持できる】、【QOL が向上する】、【その人らしい死を迎える】が抽出された。本概念は、病院、在宅、介護施設等看護職が働く様々な場で活用が可能であり、高齢者が自分らしい生活を人生の最期まで続けることに寄与できると考える。, This study aimed to clarify the concept of "nursing to support lives of elderly people" and examine the usability of nursing. The conceptual analysis method described by Walker & Avant was used for the analysis. The following attributes of the concept were extracted: [being there to help them live a life with dignity], [making arrangement for daily living], [supporting prevention of and recovery from illness in a manner that suits each person], [providing a safe and comfortable environment], and [making adjustments in building a support system]. The antecedents identified were: [having an attitude of respecting previous lives of the person and his/her family], [understanding the person], [improving physical functioning], [being involved in a reassuring way], and [collaborating in a multi-professional]. The consequences were: [acquiring independent daily life], [recovering in the condition], [maintaining the life], [improving QOL], and [dying in a way he/she wishes]. This concept can be used in various nursing settings such as hospitals, patients' homes, and long-term care facilities and contribute to nursing to help elderly people live their lives in ways they wish until the final moment.

本研究は，日本における高齢者のセクシュアリティについて，Rodgers の概念分析法を用いて，概念の属 性と先行要件，帰結の概造を明らかにすることを目的とした．論文は，キーワードを「高齢者」「セクシュア リティ」「看護」「高齢者の性」を用い，医中誌を検索エンジンとして，19 件の文献を抽出し，さらに，高齢 者のセクシュアリティに関する書名を含む書籍5 冊を加えて分析対象とした．分析の結果，わが国における 高齢者のセクシュアリティは，【生きる力の基盤となるもの】【生と性の基本的欲求を満たすもの】【性意識・ 性行動の核となるもの】【自己の存在価値や尊厳へと繋がるもの】として統合的な生き様や人間関係や相互作 用を包括するものと定義された．そして，高齢者の長い人生暦の中で社会的な風潮の影響等を受けて創造され， 充実した生や性，パートナーとの親密な人間関係をもたらす一方で，老年期には性からは解放され，人生の 最終段階におけるその人らしい生きる姿勢を描くものであった．看護の場では，高齢者が生活を楽しく充実 するように関わることが求められるが，性は生そのものであり，生活の質に影響することが示唆された．

本研究は、「社会的ハイリスク妊婦」の概念を検討し、社会的ハイリスク妊婦への支援に関する示唆を得ることを目的とした。 日本語文献は、医学中央雑誌Web およびCiNii、英語文献は、Pubmed とCINAHL を用いて検索を行った。検索キーワードは、 social high-risk、pregnant women、pregnant, peripartum period とした。最終的に、日本語文献34 件，英語文献4 件の計38 件を分析 対象とした。分析方法は、Rodgers（2000）の概念分析の方法を用いた。 日本においては，法的根拠に基づいた定義はなく、明確な定義が存在しなかった。 ２つの属性【妊婦・胎児のWell-being を害する状態】【妊婦の孤立】、３つの先行要件【養育する力】【他者からの影響】【複数要因の 重なり】、４つの帰結【産婦・胎児の安全の阻害】【児のwell-being の阻害】【世代間伝播】【妊婦への支援】が抽出された。代用語に「心 理社会的ハイリスク妊婦」「社会的ハイリスク母体」が抽出され、関連概念として「特定妊婦」が抽出された。分析の結果、社会的ハイ リスク妊婦とは、「妊婦・胎児のWell-being を阻害する状態であり、妊婦の孤立が生じる状態」と再定義した。 本概念分析は、社会的ハイリスク妊婦の本質をとらえることの基盤となるといえる。また、社会的ハイリスク妊婦の先行要件は、複 合的に存在することから、妊婦に合わせた個別性のある介入が求められることが明らかとなった。加えて、妊婦の養育歴を含めた影響要 因が、次世代の子どものwell-being にも世代間伝播することから、社会的ハイリスク妊婦への支援は、子どもを含めた健康問題の連鎖を 断つ介入として必要であることが明らかとなった。

本研究は，脳卒中サバイバーのセルフマネジメントの概念分析により概念を定義するとともに， その概念を活用することを目的とする．研究方法は，Rodgers（ 2000）の概念分析アプローチ法を用いた． データ収集には，PubMed，CiNii，医学中央雑誌web 版を使用した．和文献のキーワードは，「脳卒中」，「脳血管障害」and「 自己管理」or「セルフマネジメント」，英文献は，“stroke” and “self-management”で検索した．その結果，和文献3 件，英文献27 件を分析対象とした．本概念分析の属性は，【前向きな気持ちへの変化】【支援者との協働】【資源の活用】【脳卒中に伴う課題の対処】の4 つ，先行要件は，【脳卒中に伴うサバイバーの影響】【支援者の限界】【医療体制の不足】の3 つ，帰結は，【心身の健康状態の改善】【活動の増加】【健康行動の習慣化】の3 つが抽出された．脳卒中サバイバーのセルフマネジメントの定義は，「脳卒中サバイバーが，前向きな気持ちに変化するように支援者と協働しながら資源を活用し，脳卒中と上手くつき合うこと」とした．

This study's objective was to clarify the perception of corporal punishment in Germany through concept analysis and to examine the characteristics and use to prohibit corporal punishment. The concept was defined by analyzing the pre-requirements, attributes, and consequences of the concept using the Rodgers concept analysis method. As a result of the analysis, the attributes are "width of social recognition," "action applied in the practice of raising children," "actions contrary to sociocultural norms," however, the preceding requirements are "social risk factors" and "personal." "Risk factors" were extracted, and "negative effects" and "avoidance methods" were extracted as a result. The results of this study suggest the necessity of enforcing the prohibition law on corporal punishment in child-rearing and improving the child-rearing environment, child-rearing habits, and experience of incurring damage.本研究は、ドイツにおいて体罰がどのように認識されているのかを概念分析を通して明らかにすることにより、その特徴と体罰禁止に向けた取組への概念活用を検討することを目的とした。Rodgers の概念分析法を用いて概念の先行要件、属性、帰結を分析し概念を定義した。分析の結果、属性は《社会的認識の幅》、《養育の慣行として用いられる行為》、《社会文化的規範に反する行為》が、先行要件は《社会的なリスク要因》と《個人的なリスク要因》が、帰結では《ネガティブな影響》と《回避の方法》が抽出された。本研究の結果から、養育における体罰について禁止法制の施行だけでなく、子育て環境の改善や養育の慣習、被害体験に目を向けた取組が必要であることが示唆された。

本研究の目的は，看護実践におけるケアリングの定義を明らかにすることである．Rodgers の概念分析法を用いて，47 の対象文献より，7 つの属性，5 つの先行要件，6 つの帰結を抽出した．これらより，看護実践におけるケアリングは，「傾聴と双方向のコミュニケーション」と「人間的な親しみを感じられるかかわり」を基盤に「対象者と看護師が一体化するような関係」を築きながら「対象者と家族が安心して療養できる環境の調整」，「対象者や家族の状態を予測した支援」，「主体的に療養するための情報の提供」とともに「対象者の人格を尊重したケアの実践」と定義された．これらは，看護チームによるケアリング実践のベースになるものであり，看護実践におけるケアリングの評価指標の作成に寄与することが示唆された．

目的：臨地実習の指導者・教員の関わりで「認める・丁寧・対話」に関する用語の概念を分析し，学生との相互行為が生じ，学びの意欲が高まる可能性がある指導方法の示唆を得ることを目的とする．方法：2017年6月に医学中央雑誌Web版にて，臨地実習と「認める・丁寧・対話」をキーワードに検索し，ロジャーズの概念分析を参考にして検討した．結果：認める27編，丁寧47編，対話75編から，概念への影響の大きい内容を中心に文献を選定し，概念から特性を導ける文献は，認める3編，丁寧2編，対話3編であった．対象文献8編を精読し，目的・方法・結果や前提となる理論・研究について分析し，内容と関連性の構図から3つの指導方法に関する研究の示唆を得た．結論：看護学生の学びの意欲が高まる可能性がある指導方法である示唆は，以下の3つであった．１）指導側が学生の実際の状況に沿って「頑張りや成長・行動や変化・できたこと」を認める何らかのサインを，意図的に学生の刺激となるように表出できているか．２）学生への実習指導に，指導者以外の看護師も協力的になる調整と，自己教育力促進に影響する丁寧な関わりができているか．３）指導側が対話を用いて学生の実習体験を把握し，学生とともに体験を意味づけるためのリフレクションを行うことができているか．, Objectives：We analyzed the conduct on instruction methods used by clinical instructors or teachers to teach about the “Approved，Carefully，Dialogue” aspect of clinical practicum. Whether the “Approved，Carefully，Dialogue” may increase the motivation for learning among nursing students through interaction with clinical instructors or teachers were done.Methods：The Ichushi Web databases were searched using the keywords “clinical practicum” and “Approved，Carefully，Dialogue.” It was refer to Rogers's concept analysis.Results：The number of “Approved” was 27, “Carefully” was 47, “Dialogue” was 75. From these literatures，we selected those that could lead to the characteristics of the concept. Then “Approved” was 3, “Carefully” was 2, “Dialogue” was 3. The “objectives, methods, results, and underlying theory” of these eight studies were read carefully. Three of these literature on the teaching method were obtained from the composition of the content and the relation.Conclusion : The following three suggestions that nursing students are more likely to be motivated to learn.1) It is possible to intentionally show signs that allow the guidance side to "work hard, grow, act, change, and do things" in accordance with the student's situation to stimulate the students.2) There is a polite relationship between coordination that makes non-teacher nurses cooperative and influences the promotion of self-education skills.3）Using the dialogue was the clinical instructors or teachers could grasp the students, experience to the reflection their experience with the students.

目的：臨床看護実践における「アンテナ」の概念を明らかにし、看護実践への示唆を得る。方法：Walker & Avant（2005/2008）の概念分析の手法を参考に文献を分析した。結果：臨床看護実践における「アンテナ」の定義属性は【意図的に研ぎ澄ませる感覚（五感・直感）】 【対象から発せられるサインに向ける注意】【対象から発せられるサインや変化を見逃さない心構え】 【判断材料にするための情報収集】【臨床経験の中で磨かれる受信能力】であった。先行要件に＜良くない病状や変化＞＜言語的コミュニケーションによる理解が困難な対象＞＜何が起こるか予測が難しい状況＞があり、結果として＜ケアの必要性の判断＞、＜対象理解＞が生じていた。結論：「アンテナ」は【対象から発せられるサインや変化を見逃さない心構え】をもって【意図的に研ぎ澄ませる感覚（五感・直感）】という定義属性を持っていた。それは先行する判断材料が必要な状況で、「情報を取り逃したくない」という看護師の思いが影響していると考えられた。

[要旨] 本論文の目的は，現代日本における「うつ病」増加の原因を，1960 年代以後の「うつ病」概念の変容を分析することによって，明らかにすることである．概念分析というと，なにか重々しく，「うつ病」の本質を分析するというように聞こえるかもしれないが，そのような方針はとらない．本研究では，どのように人々が「うつ病」という概念を用いているのかをつぶさに見ていく．その手法として，新聞記事や医学論文の分析を行ない，市井の人々や医師によって語られた「うつ病」概念の分析を行なった．そして，「うつ病」という概念を人々が用いるやり方が，時代とともに変わっていくことを明らかにし，なぜ現代の「うつ病」診断が増加しているのか，ということについて，展望を与えるのが本稿の目的である．

本研究の目的は、看護の視点から「高齢者の下肢浮腫」の概念を明らかにし、「高齢者の下肢浮腫」の特徴を整理し、下肢浮腫の軽減、予防に向けたケア実践の今後の課題を探ることである。方法はRodgers の手法を参考に分析を行った。分析の結果、概念の属性は【部位・程度は変動する】【下肢浮腫の評価方法】【健康レベルはさまざま】が抽出され、帰結として【持続する下肢浮腫のリスク】【下肢浮腫への認識】【日常生活への影響】【適切なケアの実践の必要性】の4 帰結が抽出された。以上に基づき、「高齢者の下肢浮腫は、全身疾患の症状として生じるだけではなく加齢に伴う身体機能の変化・日常生活状況などの多様な要因によって組織間隙に間質液が過剰に貯留した状態であり、高齢者の誰にでも生じる可能性のある身体症状である。下肢浮腫が持続することで二次的障害や日常生活へ影響をもたらすリスクがある。」と定義づけた。

本概念分析の目的は,大学生のヘルスリテラシーの概念を明らかにすることである。分析の方法は,12文献を対象としてRodgersの概念分析アプローチを参考に,概念の属性,先行要件,帰結について質的に分析した。概念の属性は,【健康に関する基本的能力と基礎知識】,【健康情報やサービスを洞察する能力】,【健康情報を適切に取り入れる能力】の3カテゴリ,先行要件は,【健康関連の経験】,【対人コミュニケーション能力】,【健康への意識】,【健康情報や支援が得られる環境】の4カテゴリ、帰結は,【健康に関する技能と知識の獲得】,【健康管理能力の向上】,【健康の保持増進による生活の質の向上】の3カテゴリが抽出された。大学生のヘルスリテラシーは,健康に関連した基本的能力と基礎知識を発展させ,健康情報やサービスを洞察してそれらを適切に取り入れることができる能力のことであり,大学生という集団への健康教育や健康サポートの評価などへの活用可能性が示唆された。, The aim of this study was to report on an analysis of the concept ofhealth literacy among university students. Twelve papers published between January 2005 and December 2017 werecollected from Japana Centra Revuo Medicina Web, CiNiiWeb, PubMed, ERIC,and PsycINFO databases, and were analyzed using Rodgers' evolutionarymethod of concept analysis.Attributes of the concept: 1) basic skills and basic knowledge on health; 2) ability to gain insight into health information and health services;3) ability to properly incorporate health information.Antecedents of the concept: 1) health related experience;2) interpersonal communication skills; 3) health consciousness;4) environment that provides health information and health support. Consequences of the concept: 1) acquisition of skills and knowledge on health;2) improvement of health management ability;3) improve the quality of life by promoting health maintenance. Health literacy among university students was defined as the ability todevelop basic skills and basic knowledge related to health, to gaininsight into health information and health services, andto incorporatethem appropriately.

日本の医療におけるコンコーダンスについて概念分析を行い，構成要素を明らかにして概念定義を再検討することを目的とした．Rodgers の概念分析の方法を参考とし，49 文献を対象とした．属性は【調和のための対話】【相互尊重】【共通理解の形成プロセス】【責任の共有】の4 カテゴリが抽出された．これらより日本の医療のコンコーダンスは「当事者と医療者の調和のための対話を通し，意思決定の主体は当事者であるという相互尊重の関係性を基盤に共通理解の形成を行い，その決定の責任は共有されるプロセス」と定義づけられた．先行要件には【医療の変化】【当事者の状況】【アドヒアランスの低下】【当事者と医療者の関係性】の4 カテゴリが，帰結には【行動変容による再発予防】【治療効果の向上】【当事者の自己実現】の3 カテゴリが抽出された．, The study aimed to make a concept analysis of concordance in healthcare in Japan, to clarify the components, and to define and review the concept of concordance. Forty-nine papers were included, referring to Rodgers’ evolutionary concept analysis. As attributes, the following four categories were extracted: “negotiations for concordance between a patient and a healthcare professional”, “mutual respect that the subject of decision-making is the patient”, “formation process for common understanding”, and “sharing of responsibility”. According to these results, concordance in healthcare in Japan is defined as “a process to form a common understanding based on the relationship of mutual respect that the subject of decision-making is the patient through negotiations for concordance between a patient and a healthcare professional and sharing of responsibility for the decision”. As antecedents, the following four categories were extracted: “changes in medical care”, “patient’s background”, “decrease in medication adherence”, and “relationship with healthcare professionals”. As consequences, the following three categories were extracted: “recurrence prevention owing to behavior changes”, “improvement in treatment effect”, and “patient’s self-fulfillment”.

目 的：本研究の目的は，乳幼児をもつ母親の育児に伴うストレスマネジメントの概念を明らかにすることである．方 法：国内外の 34 文献を対象とし，Rodgers の概念分析の手法を用いて分析を行った．結 果：概念の属性は【育児に伴うストレス状況に応じた対処行動の工夫】であった．先行要件は【育児の中で感じるストレスの存在】【育児に伴うストレスの自覚】【育児に伴うストレスへの対処可能性の認識】であった．帰結として【育児に伴うストレスの軽減】【母親の心理的健康の維持・向上】【育児に関する自己効力感の向上】が導かれた．結 語：本研究における概念分析の結果得られた育児に伴うストレスマネジメントの概念は，乳幼児をもつ母親が育児に伴うストレスを自覚し，ストレスへの対処が可能であるという認識を抱くことで，様々な対処行動の中から自身に適した方法を選択・実行し，実行した対処行動を振り返り修正しながら育児に伴うストレス状況に応じて対処行動を使い分け，対処行動を工夫することである．本概念を基に，育児に伴うストレスマネジメントを「育児に伴うストレスを自覚し，ストレスへの対処可能性を認識し，育児に伴うストレス状況に応じて対処行動を工夫すること」と定義した．社会環境の変化により母親の育児の負担感が増し，母親が育児に伴うストレスをマネジメントできるように支援していくことは今後ますます重要となることが予測されるため，本概念は母親支援ならびに育児に伴うストレスマネジメントに関する研究への活用性が期待できる．

その他, Miscellaneous, 【目的】小児看護における小児のQOL の概念の特徴を把握し、QOL の本質をとらえた尺度の開発への適応可能性について検討する。 【方法】 Rodgers（2000）の提唱する概念分析のアプローチ法を用いた。データベースとして、「医学中央雑誌Web（ver.5）」、「CiNii」を使用した。検索式：（小児看護and 生活の質/QOL and 小児）の文献を選んだ。 【結果】該当論文19 件で、すべてを分析対象とした。５つの属性、４つの先行要件、６つの帰結≪小児と親・家族の疾患に対する認識を深める≫≪小児への告知≫≪親・家族への情報提供≫≪成長・発達支援≫≪学校生活の充実≫≪親・家族と医療および学校との連携≫が抽出された。 【考察】概念分析の結果、小児のQOL の本質をとらえることにつながり、今後の研究において小児のQOL を測る尺度を開発する基盤となりうると考えられる。心疾患や小児がんなどの健康障害をもつ小児、重症心身障がい児や慢性進行性疾患などの小児、親・家族に対する支援の必要性が示唆された。

本研究は「特別支援学校における協働」の概念分析を行い、本概念の特性と支援への活用を検討することを目的とした。方法はRodgersの概念分析のアプローチに基づき収集した看護学、教育学、公衆衛生学、社会学の30文献を用いて特性、先行要件、帰結を分析し概念を定義した。特別支援学校における協働の特性として、課題解決に向けた【プロセス】、課題を解決するための【システム】が抽出された。先行要件として、【子どもと保護者の課題】【専門職者や関係者の存在】【専門職者や関係者の協力・連携体制】【状況的背景】が生じていた。帰結として、【子どもと保護者の課題解決】【子どもと保護者のエンパワーメント】【専門職者・組織のエンパワーメント】【地域のエンパワーメント】が挙がった。特別支援学校における協働の推進には、課題解決に向けた「プロセス」、課題を解決するための「システム」の2つの視点から検討していく必要性が示唆された。

本研究の目的は,現代の日本における母子間の愛着の概念についてRodgersの概念分析の手法を用いて明らかにすることである。この分析方法は,概念は時間や状況によって変化していくものであるという哲学的基盤に基づくものであり,得られた帰結は看護介入を想定したときのアウトカムにつながるものであることから,現代の母親たちの育児の現状やニーズに沿った看護支援への活用に適していると考えた。愛着の属性には,`母子相互作用によって生じる気持ち'および`母子相互作用によって生じる情緒的に親密な関係性'の二つが抽出された。愛着に先立って生じる先行要件として`母子間の積極的な接近',`母子相互作用の蓄積と深まり'および`わが子に没頭できる心身や環境'の三つが抽出された。愛着の帰結には`母親としての自己の構築'および`わが子の健やかな成長促進'の二つが抽出された。これらの結果から,母親とわが子の間の愛着の定義は“母子相互作用の蓄積と深まりによって生じる気持ち,および母子間の親密な関係性"とした。母子間の愛着の概念には母子関係そのものをより強固に,より積極的に高め合おうとする状態が含まれていることが示唆された。

近年の医療現場では倫理的問題の議論を必要とする場面が増加している. そして, 倫理的問題に医療者が対処するために, 医療者に対する倫理教育の必要性とそのあり方が問われるようになった. 倫理的な行動をとるためには, 倫理的感性や倫理的感受性といった能力が必要であると言われる. そこで, 近年, "ethical sensitivity"が, 医学, 看護学の領域でどのように用いられているかについてRodgersの概念分析法を用いて分析をし, 本概念の本質を見出すとともに"ethical sensitivity"概念の医療者の倫理教育における活用の可能性を検討した. その結果, "ethical sensitivity"の先行要件, 属性, 帰結から"ethical sensitivity"は医療者の倫理的行動に関係する重要な概念であり, 倫理教育において十分に活用が可能な概念であることが明らかとなった., In the medical field in recent years, situations that necessitate the discussion of ethical issues have become more and more frequent and diverse. There is increasing awareness of the need for ethics education for medical professionals, and growing concern regarding how to best implement ethics education programs, in order to support medical staff in their effective management of ethical issues. It has long been posited that in order to produce ethical behavior, it is necessary to have "ethical sensitivity". Using the Rodgers (2000) method, a concept analysis was conducted to investigate how the construct described by the term "ethical sensitivity" is defined within the literature in the fields of medicine and nursing, in an attempt to clarify the hitherto rather nebulous concept of "ethical sensitivity", as well as the implications that ethical sensitivity might have regarding ethics education of medical staff. As a result, from its antecedents, attributes and consequences, it is clear that "ethical sensitivity" is an important concept related to the ethical conduct of medical professionals, and a concept that can be thoroughly applied in ethics education.

【Background】The rescue workers have felt many stressor of rescue work at disaster. The stressor that rescue workers felt was called “CIS （Critical Incident stress）”．It is necessary to find mental health of rescue workers. No scales to measure up CIS of rescue workers was found. Therefore, we studied analysis of the concept of CIS to develop scales for stressor of rescue workers. The concept analysis was conducted to describe the concept and use of CIS, and thought advantage in expressing an operational definition in disaster study. This analysis is important to examine the concept of CIS for structure and function to promote an understanding of the mental health of rescue workers.【Method】This concept analysis was conducted using approach developed by Walker and Avant approach. This analysis declares difference of definition between stressor and CIS academically and technically used in a society, and define clearly meaning of CIS. The concept analysis was conducted in the following databases: PUBMED, CINAHL, MEDLINE, Japan Medical Abstracts society（ JAMAS）, and Kojien and Dictionary of stress as the Japanese dictionary.【Results】Before sensing CIS，rescue workers have individually“ previous experience”，“personality characteristics”， and “family problem”. When rescue workers operated at disaster, they sensed the CIS that related “environment of disaster”， “exposure of human remain regarding rescue work ”，“danger myself”，and “no organization to carry out effective rescue works”．As a result，it was possible that rescue workers would suffer “psychological disorder” and happen “affected rescue worker's lives”．However“ social support” might protect rescue workers from suffering psychological disorder.

背景 看護における「巻き込まれ」は両価的な側面があり、また、その訳語も involvement と over-involvement があり、概念が共有されないまま使用されている。 目的 本研究では、文脈や状況によって、概念の意味するところが変わる「巻き込まれ」に対して、文脈依存的な語に適したRodgersの方法を用いて概念分析を行う。 方法 「巻き込まれ」の概念に関する記述のある33件を分析対象とし、「巻き込まれ」概念の先行要件・属性・帰結に関する記述を抜粋した。抜粋した記述を「巻き込まれ」概念の先行要件・属性・帰結にまとめて、質的帰納的に内容を分析し看護における「巻き込まれ」概念の先行要件・属性・帰結を抽出した。また、「巻き込まれ」の関連概念をあげ、「巻き込まれ」との違いを吟味した。 結果 看護における「巻き込まれ」の先行要件として、 【看護師の管理的制約】 【看護師の能力】 【患者の感情】 【患者の状況】 【患者の意志】 【家族の混乱】の6カテゴリー、属性として、【看護師に陰性感情が起こる】 【患者との距離感が保てなくなる】 【患者に共感する】の3カテゴリー、帰結として、【看護師の対応困難】 【看護師のバーンアウト】 【看護師自身の振り返り】 【看護師の成長】 【患者の感情表出】 【状況の肯定的な変化】の6カテゴリーが抽出された。また、看護における「巻き込まれ」の関連概念として、逆転移、involvement、 over-involvementが挙げられた。 考察 看護での「巻き込まれ」における先行要件・属性・帰結の関連性および両価性、時間的3つの観点、程度、関連概念という視点でそれぞれ考察を行い、概念の混乱した状況の整理を行った。 結論 看護基礎教育から継続教育において、「巻き込まれ」が先行要件・属性・帰結および関連概念など、共有できる知識と体験から理解され、技術として活用されるようになることが期待される。看護における「巻き込まれ」という用語の概念的な限界を補い、その概念を包括する代替語として、involvement が提案された。, Background Makikomare in nursing has an ambivalent aspect, whose English translation can be either "involvement" or "overinvolvement" and whose concept is used without being shared. Purpose This research is aimed to conduct conceptual analysis of makikomare whose conceptual meaning varies according to contexts and situations by using the method of Beth L. Rodgers which is appropriate to the analysis of contextual words. Methods Thirty three cases of articles which mentioned the concept of makikomare were analyzed inductively, and prerequisites, attributes and consequences of the concept of makikomare were extracted. The difference between makikomare and its relevant concepts was also examined. Results Following categories were extracted: managerial constraints of a nurse, nurse's ability, emotion of a patient, situations of a patient, the will of a patient, and confusion of family members as six categories of prerequisites of makikomare; negative emotion of a nurse, the difficulty in keeping an appropriate distance from a patient, and empathizing with a patient as three categories of attributes of makikomare; andnurse's difficulty in dealing with a patient, nurse's burnout, nurse's reflection, nurse's growth, emotional expression of a patient, and positive change of situations as six categories of consequences of makikomare. In addition, countertransference, involvement, and overinvolvement were specified as relevant concepts of makikomare in nursing. Discussion Each category was examined by the relevance and ambivalence of prerequisites, attributes, and consequences of makikomare in nursing, three stages of temporal perspective, their degrees, and relevant concepts for removing conceptual confusion. Conclusion It is expected that makikomare is understood from its prerequisites, attributes, consequences, and relevant concepts and from shared knowledge and experience and made used of as a skill in both basic nursing education and continuing nursing education. The concept of "involvement" was proposed as an alternative term which includes the meaning of the term - makikomare and compensates for its conceptual limitations.
