: [Objective) The study aimed to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of LEP and LEPR genes and their correlation with body condition score (BCS) in Texel x Kazak hybrid (Teha) ewes. (Method) The missense mutations in exon 18 of LEP and LEPR were screened by PCR sequencing technology, and the SNPs were genotyped by KASP typing method, and the association between the genotyping results and their BCS was analyzed. (Result) (i) The results showed that one SNP site, rs1093355763, was found in the LEP gene, and three SNPs sites, rs428867159, rs412929474 and g. 2770 G > A, were found in the LEPR gene. All of them belong to exon missense mutations, rs428867159 and rs412929474 belonged to moderate polymorphism (0.25 A be-longed to low polymorphism (PIC≤0.25). All of them were in Hard-Weinberg equilibrium (P<0.05). (ii) In the genotype effect of rs1093355763, the body weight of CA genotype was significantly higher than that of CC genotype at the middle stage of lactation (P<0.05, the samw as below). Among the genotype effects of rs428867159, the BCS of TT genotype was significantly higher than that of CC genotype and CT genotype at lambing stage. In the genotype effect of g. 2770G > A locus, the BCS of GA genotype was significantly higher than that of GG genotype at 120 days of pregnancy, and the BCS of GG genotype was significantly higher than that of GA genotype at weaning stage. The body weight of GA genotype was significantly higher than that of GG genotype at 120 days of pregnancy. (Conclusion) The rs1093355763, rs428867159 and g. 2770 G > A loci in LEP and LEPR genes can be used as molecular markers for BCS and body weight of Teha ewes in sheep breeding. In order to solve the problem of risk assessment level of foundation pit collapse, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is optimized to improve the accuracy, so as to take effective control measures to control the risk of foundation pit. Firstly, the hierarchical model is used to establish the evaluation index system of foundation pit collapse risk, and the qualitative index is quantitatively transformed by quantitative grade. Then, the fuzzy set theory is introduced to establish the fuzzy relationship of evaluation index. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) that can not deal with ambiguity and incomplete information, the D-AHP is used to determine the subjective weight of the first-level index, which improves the preference of experts to the index in the weighting process. In order to improve the accuracy of the weight of risk indicators in the evaluation system, the advantages of entropy weight method (EWM) and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) are integrated. The improved game theory is used to combine the weights of the second-level indicators obtained by the entropy weight method and the CRITIC method to obtain the objective weights of the second-level indicators, and the final weights are obtained by linearly coupling the subjective and objective weights. Thus, the risk assessment model of foundation pit collapse is established, and the risk level is determined according to the principle of the maximum membership degree. At the same time, a technique for order preference by similarity to an idea solution (TOPSIS) evaluation model based on construction monitoring data combined with improved game theory combination weighting is established for comparative verification. Taking a subway foundation pit of Kunming Line 5 as an example, the risk assessment is carried out. The results show that the evaluation results of the model are consistent with the actual engineering situation, which verifies the correctness and reliability of the improved game theory combination weighting combined with fuzzy set evaluation model, and verifies the rationality of the combination weighting. Objectives: As an important part of cultural heritage, immovable cultural relics are facing increasing risks of rainstorm and flood disaster. In order to improve the capabilities of prevention on rainstorm and flood disaster for immovable cultural relics, we proposed a risk assessment method based on the theory of natural disaster risk assessment considering the seasonal variation of rainstorm and flood disaster, and took 24 national ancient sites in 18 counties in Fujian Province as an example. Methods: The regional L-moments method was used to acquire the rainfall values of various return periods in different season, and analyze the characteristics of seasonal rainstorm and flood risk. We estimated the risk from three aspects: Hazard factors, disaster formative environment and hazard bearing body of cultural heritages. The coefficient of variation method, entropy weight method and Delphi method were adopted to calculate the weight of those three aspects. Results: The results show that the seasonal difference of risk assessment results is obvious, which indicates that the assessment method is feasible. The risk of rainstorm and flood was the highest in the second quarter, followed by the first and the third quarters, and the spatial distribution of risk in different seasons was significantly different. In the first and the second quarters, the risk of rainstorm and flood was high in coastal and northern counties, and low in central counties. The risks in the third and the fourth quarters were high in the coastal areas and low in the inland areas. Conclusions: The proposed model for immovable cultural relics can well reflect the seasonal difference of rainstorm and flood risk, and is suitable for regions with large seasonal difference of rainstorm and flood disaster. A field experiment of using foliage Se was designed to research the effect of Se, Cd Pb-concentration in green tea product using different nano-Se. The results showed that using nano-Se especially chemical nano-Se had an obvious effect than others to realize the tea production with Se-concentration as well as Cd, Pb accumulations. And the inner mechanism need to further research. In various nano-Se experiments, BioSeNPs with centrifugal treatment could realize Se-concentration as well as restrain Cd and Pb absorption in the process of green tea production. Immovable cultural relics，an important part of the cultural heritage，occupy a large area and are relatively difficult to protect. They have relatively high risk of damage when exposing to flood disasters. In order to improve the capabilities of prevention on food disaster for immovable cultural relics，this study proposed a risk assessment method based on the theory of natural disaster risk assessment，and took 422 National Ancient Sites（including three types：ancient sites，ancient buildings，cave temples and stone carvings）in Shanxi province as an example. We built the evaluation method about flood disaster risk for immovable cultural relics from three aspects：hazard factors，disaster formative environment and hazard bearing body of cultural heritages. The results showed that the topography of Shanxi Province presented a trend of high in the south and low in the north. In terms of spatial distribution， the risk of flooding in the south was relatively high；furthermore，there were also significant differences in time distribution. The flood risk from July to September was higher than other months，and reached the highest in July. The results of differences in the temporal and spatial distribution of flood disaster risk could provide scientific reference for disaster prevention and mitigation planning for immovable cultural relics. In view of the problem of planning and configuration of interconnected microgrids, which is composed of multiple microgrids with mutual power supply, a non - cooperative game model of planning and construction of interconnected microgrids is established based on the non - cooperative synergistic optimization mechanism of game theory. In this model, microgrid belonging to different entities is taken as game participant. The optimization goal of each participant is lo maximize the annual value of the profit - cost function of the whole life cycle of investment, construction and operation. The Nash equilibrium of this problem is solved using the particle swarm optimization algorithm of integer programming. The simulation results show that the optimal allocation model of interconnected microgrid proposed in this study can provide decision - making theoretical basis for the planning and construction parties in the case of the interaction of planning decisions of different microgrid owners. Objective To explore the active components of angelica pubescens radix-loranthaceae in the treatment of osteoporosis using network pharmacology and to explore the biological basis of angelica pubescens radix-loranthaceae in the treatment of osteoporosis through screening analysis. Methods The active components and targets of angelica pubescens radix-loranthaceae were screened from TCMSP and BATMAN database. The prediction targets of osteoporosis were retrieved from GeneCards database. The drugs and disease targets were mapped. The core components and effective targets were sorted out and screened by using the network visualization software Cytoscape 3.6.0. Then the effective targets were analyzed through OmicShare cloud platform GO enrichment analysis. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was performed using David 6.8 database. Results According to the screening conditions, 3 core components of angelica pubescens radix-loranthaceae were obtained, including quercetin, osthol, and psoralen. There were 24 core targets, including PTGS2, PTGS1, ESR1, ADRB2, etc. There were 2509 Go biological processes, including response to oxygen-containing compound, response to organic substance, and cellular response to chemical stimulus, etc. There were 193 molecular functions, including enzyme binding identical protein binding signaling receptor binding etc. There were 113 cell components including membrane raft membrane microdomain membrane region etc. Twelve KEGG signaling pathways were obtained. Tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway hypoxia inducible factor1 signaling pathway and PI3K Akt signaling pathway were the key pathways for the treatment of osteoporosis. Conclusion The anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects multi-component, multi-target for the treatment of osteoporosis with angelica pubescens radix-loranthaceae is through their multi-channel compatibility. BACKGROUND: Studies regarding the instability of upper cervical spine in cadaveric specimens are mostly based on an acute violence model, and there is still no chronic strain-induced upper cervical instability model. OBJECTIVE: To construct and evaluate the cadaveric model of the upper cervical spine instability caused by chronic strain according to the theory of "faseia and bone." METHODS: Nine fresh cadaveric cervical spine specimens were prepared and the normal vertebral range of motion was detected by Motion Analysis Motion capture System. The upper cervical spine instability model was constructed by using BOSE dynamic fatigue tasting machine with maximum flexion, extension and rotation fatigue loading. Then, the vertebral range of motion was tested again. The anterior flexion, posterior extension, left flexion, right flexion, left and right rotation of the occipitoatlantoaxial joint, the atlantoaxial joint and the whole upper cervical spine were compared before and after modeling. The implementation of the study protocol complied with the relevant ethical requirements of Southern Medical University, and the specimens were voluntarily donated. RES UL TS AND CONCLUSION: (1) During anterior flexion, the range of motion of the atlantoaxial joint (C1-2) and the entire upper cervical vertebra (Co-2) of the specimens after modeling was significantly larger than that before modeling (P < 0.05). During posterior extension, the range of motion of the atlantooccipital joint (Co-1 ) and the entire upper cervical vertebra (Co-2) of the specimens after modeling was significantly larger than that before modeling (P < 0.05). During both flexion and extension, the range of motion of the atlantoaxial joint (C1-2) and the entire upper cervical vertebra (Co-2) of the specimens after modeling was significantly larger than that of the pre-modeling specimen (P < 0.05). (2) During lateral flexion, the range of motion of the atlantoaxial joint (Co-1), the atlantoaxial joint (C1-2), and the entire upper cervical vertebral (Co-2）of the specimens after modeling was increased compared with that before modeling. However, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). (3) During light rotation, the range of motion of the whole upper cervical spine (C叫of the specimens after modeling was significantly increased compared with that before modeling (P < 0.05). During both left and right rotation, the range of motion of the atlantoaxial joint (Co-2) and the whole upper cervical spine (Co-2) of the specimens was significantly larger than that of the specimens before modeling {P < 0.05).
