Objective To comprehensively analyze the reported preparation methods for animal models of perimenopausal syndrome (PS), to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation elements and detection indexes, so as to provide useful references for the optimization of the relevant animal models as well as the standardization of their application in the efficacy evaluation of new drugs. Methods In this paper, literature research methods were applied using "perimenopausal syndrome" as the subject term. The publication period of the literature was limited to January 2016 to February 2023. Relevant literature on the preparation of PS animal models was retrieved from databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, and PubMed. After screening the experimental literature that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, detailed information on experimental animal strains, modeling methods, duration of drug administration, positive drugs, detection indexes and other relevant information were collected. After the above information was standardized, the PS animal model database was established using Excel 2010 software. The model preparation elements and evaluation indexes were summarized systematically, and the statistical results were processed and analyzed using Excel 2010 software. Results A total of 247 articles were screened. SD rats (164 times, 65.86%) and Wistar rats (35 times, 14.06%) were often used to prepare PS animal models. Bilateral ovariectomy (139 times, 53.87%) and natural aging (43 times, 16.80%) were chosen as modeling methods. The ages of rats used for modeling ranged from 7 weeks to 18 months, with 3-month-old rats (22 times, 21.78%) being the most common. The detection indexes were comprehensively evaluated from multiple perspectives, including serum biochemistry, vaginal exfoliated cell smear, histomorphology, general observation, behavioral observation, and organ tissue protein immunoblotting. Western medical evaluation indexes were commonly used to test the successful preparation of models, with vaginal exfoliated cell smears being the most frequently used method (125 times, 85.04%). A model was considered successfully prepared when estrous cycle disorder or irregularity was observed. Some literature also determined modeling success by detecting a significant decrease in serum estradiol levels (5 times, 3.04%). Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome evaluation often used a combination of Chinese and Western medical evaluation indexes for comprehensive evaluation, with researchers determining the TCM syndrome through vaginal exfoliated cell smears supplemented by general observation (3 times, 2.04%). Conclusion There are many methods for preparing PS animal models, but there are still significant differences in the selection of animal species, age, criteria for successful modeling, and TCM syndrome evaluation in the related literature. Objective To investigate the situation and development trend of the disease burden of acute hepatitis B in China in 1990—2019. Methods The Global Burden of Disease 2019 was used to analyze the incidence rate, mortality rate, and disabilityadjusted life year (DALY) rate of acute hepatitis B in different sex and age groups and predict the trend of the incidence rate of acute hepatitis B. Results In 2019, the incidence rate, mortality rate, and DALY rate of acute hepatitis B in China were 1 623.71/100 000，0.20/100 000, and 10.04/100 000 respectively, which were reduced by 42.03%，79.38%, and 80.21%, respectively, compared with the data in 1990, and women showed lower incidence rate, mortality rate, and DALY rate of acute hepatitis B than men. In 2019, the 20～<54 years group had the highest incidence rate (2 285.85/100 000) and DALY rate (10.53/ 100 000), and the ≥55 years group had the highest mortality rate of 0.52/100 000. The Joinpoint regression model analysis showed that the incidence rate, mortality rate, and DALY rate of acute hepatitis B in China tended to decrease from 1990 to 2019, with an average annual percent change of −1.9%，−5.2%, and −5.5%, respectively (P<0.05). The grey prediction model GM (1, 1) showed that the incidence rate of acute hepatitis B will decrease from 2020 to 2030 in China. Conclusion The disease burden of acute hepatitis B tended to decrease from 1990 to 2019 in China, indicating that the prevention and treatment measures for acute hepatitis B have achieved a marked effect in China；however, due to the large population base of China, active preventive measures should be further adopted to reduce the disease burden of acute hepatitis B. HD maps can provide accurate road information and rich semantic information, so that the automatic driving system can guide the vehicle to drive correctly. HD maps usually rely on manual labeling. The existing automatic labeling methods have low recognition accuracy in autonomous driving scenarios, resulting in low efficiency of HD map labeling. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a new semantic segmentation method for automatic labeling of HD maps called MapFormer. This paper proposed a multi-level feature fusion module, which enabled the model to aggregate different levels of detail and semantic information. Additionally, it proposed a novel boundary-decoupled joint decoder to improve the model's ability to handle intercategory boundaries. Experiments on the bird's-eye view dataset show that the proposed model not only achieves excellent performance in segmentation accuracy, but also has a clearer handling of category boundaries. The mIoU of MapFormer is 55.82%, which is higher than the SegFormer of 1.03%. The proposed method can improve the HD map labeling efficiency and labeling automation rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To investigate the corrosion of metals in nano magnetic fluids under magnetic field conditions, a two-step method was used to prepare nano NiFe2O3 magnetic fluids. The corrosion rate of copper sheets in nano magnetic fluid media under magnetic field conditions was investigated using the gravimetric method, and the effects of different dispersants and their mass fractions, pH values, nano NiFe2O4 particle mass fractions, and magnetic field strength on the corrosion rate of copper sheets were analyzed. The experimental results indicate that both oleic acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate inhibit the corrosion of copper sheets. And the inhibitory effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate is better. The corrosion rate of copper sheets under alkaline conditions is lower than that under acidic conditions. The addition of nano magnetic particles promotes the corrosion of copper sheets to a certain extent. The magnetic field strength can improve the corrosion resistance of copper sheets in nano magnetic fluid media. In order to improve powder fire extinguishing technology and explore the cooperative fire extinguishing mechanism between inert gas and powder, the alkali metal compound KHCO3 ultra, fine powder was selected as the research object, and the gas-solid cooperative fire extinguishing experiment was carried out based on the cup burner device. The experimental results show as follows. The minimum extinguishing concentration of KHCO3 ultra-fine powder is 7.74 g / m ³ . Under the action of CO2, N2, He and Ar, the fire-extinguishing efficiency of KHCO3 ultra-fine powder is improved, and the positive synergistic effect peaks are reached at the gas concentration of 13%, 20%, 10% and 18% with the synergistic factors were 0. 84, 0.85, 0. 88 and 0.74, respectively. CHEMKIN was used to analyze the influence of Ar volume fraction on free radical concentration under different concentrations of KHCO3 . The results show these as follows. The combined action of Ar and KHCO3 powder could significantly reduce the concentration of H and OH free radicals in flame, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of Ar concentration, which had a significant synergistic effect.
