通过解剖学研究，发现了东方白鹳脑的一些明显的特点。东方白鹳全脑的外形略大于鹅脑，明显大于鸭脑。脑的平均全长为４４．１ｍｍ，宽平均为３６．１ｍｍ。大脑宽而短；脑谷直而长，并一直延伸到嗅球的外侧缘。大脑背侧的矢状隆凸贯穿整个大脑半球的全长。小脑很发达，明显地呈前后方向扩展，长度和宽度都显著地大于鸭的和鹅的小脑。东方白鹳中脑的视叶特别发达，平均长度为１４．５ｍｍ，宽９．１ｍｍ，明显大于鹅脑和鸭脑的视叶；视来也相当发达，宽达８．３７ｍｍ，比鹅的和鸭的视束粗大得多。研究结果表明：东方白鹳具有发达的视觉神经中枢和强大的飞行调节中枢，其脑的形态学特点与其生理功能是完全相符的。

采用有机溶剂甲醇提取、HPLC同时分析芝麻油中芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素含量。为提高分析质量与准确性，优化甲醇提取溶剂用量和超声辅助提取的时间，并对检测方法进行方法学考察。结果表明：最佳提取条件为甲醇用量10 mL（芝麻油0.1 g），超声时间2 min;芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素线性范围分别为4～100 mg/L、4～100 mg/L和1～40 mg/L，线性关系良好，相关系数分别为0999 5、0.999 6和0.999 2；芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素的检出限分别为0.03、0.02 mg/g和0.02 mg/g，定量限分别为0.06、0.06 mg/g和0.04 mg/g，加标回收率分别为87.17%～92.59%、9271%～102.24%和95.66%～108.93%，加标回收率的相对标准偏差均小于5%，方法的稳定性、准确性和精密度均符合检测要求。该方法操作简单、耗时短(完成一次分析只需30 min)、成本低、稳定性高，能有效应用于芝麻油中3种木脂素组分的分析检测。The content of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin in sesame oil was simultaneously analyzed by organic solvent methanol extraction and HPLC method. In order to improve the analysis quality and accuracy, the dosage of methanol extraction solvent and the time of ultrasound-assisted extraction were optimal, and the detection method was investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were methanol dosage 10 mL（0.1 g sesame oil）, ultrasonic time 2 min. The sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin had good linearity within the ranges of 4-100 mg/L, 4-100 mg/L and 1-40 mg/L, respectively, and their correlation coefficients were 0.999 5, 0.999 6 and 0.999 2, respectively. The LOD of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin were 0.03, 0.02 mg/g and 0.02 mg/g, respectively, and their LOQ were 0.06, 0.06 mg/g and 0.04 mg/g, respectively. The recoveries of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin were 87.17%-92.59%, 92.71%-102.24% and 95.66%-10893%, respectively, with RSD all less than 5%. The stability, accuracy and precision of the method met the testing requirements. In conclusion, the method has advantages of simple operation, short time-consuming (only 30 min to complete an analysis), low cost, high stability, etc., and can be effectively applied to the analysis and detection of three lignan components in sesame oil.

【Objective】This study aims to clone the sterol glycosyltransferase gene AoSGT1 from Asparagus officinalis, to assess its catalytic properties, and to elucidate its role in the biosynthesis of asparagus saponins and their metabolic regulation.【Method】We designed specific primers based on asparagus transcriptome data to amplify the complete open reading frame（ORF）of AoSGT1. The gene was sequenced and analyzed through bioinformatics, and its expression profile was investigated via quantitative real-time PCR（RT-qPCR）. We also constructed a pGEX-4T-3-AoSGT1 expression vector, expressed it in Escherichia coli BL21（DE3）, and induced the recombinant protein production.【Result】AoSGT1 has a length of 1 800 base pairs, encoding 599 amino acids, with a relative molecular weight of 66.72 kD. It is a hydrophilic protein with no transmembrane domains or signal peptides. The phylogenetic analysis revealed a close homology between AoSGT1 and Dioscorea zingiberensis Dz3GT2, indicating their membership in the UGT80B1 subfamily. Multiple sequence alignment revealed that the protein sequence contained conserved domains“PSBD Box”and“PSPG Box”of sterol glycosyltransferase, indicating its potential glycosylation activity at the 3β-OH position of steroidal compounds. RT-qPCR results showed that AoSGT1 was highly expressed in the roots, while expression in stems and flowers was relatively low. Additionally, SDS-PAGE results revealed that the target protein was efficiently expressed in a soluble form within E. coli, matching the predicted size.【Conclusion】The AoSGT1 gene was successfully cloned and demonstrated to exhibit tissue-specific expression in asparagus, suggesting its potential involvement in the biosynthesis of steroidal saponins in asparagus. 因應氣候變遷的衝擊，立法推動調適法制已經勢在必行，然而，對於調適法制應該如何建構，既有的環境法是否能因應氣候變遷調適的需求等議題，未受到臺灣法律學界充分討論。本文借鏡國際上調適法制的建構發展歷程，嘗試從聯合國氣候變化綱要公約體系的規範發展與後續聯合國發展規劃署提出的調適政策綱領，釐清調適法制的形貌以及未來法制建構的方向。本文主張，調適法制已經浮現一種新的環境法模式，特色包括連結全球與地方、呼應全球多層次治理、與發展脈絡結合、注重學習取向的程序建置並且強調社會轉型與遷徙的規範目標。據此檢視臺灣「國家氣候變遷調適政策綱領」，本文提出其不足之處，期待藉此未來調適法制繼續發展的動力與思考。 Legislation for climate change adaptation has been recognized as inevitable and necessary. However, how do we construct climate change adaptation law and whether adaptation law challenges existing environmental law? Answers to these questions are far from clear. This article refers to the development of adaptation law of the regime of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Adaptation Policy Framework of UNDP, attempting to delineate the existing framework of adaptation law and to shed lights for future legal discussion. This article argues that, adaptation law has evolved into a new legal model that is different from existing environmental law. The features of emerging adaptation law include: 1.connecting global commonalty and local variation; 2.global multilevel governance; 3.integrated to national development project; 4.learning- oriented procedure; 5. the function of transformation and immigration. This article then examines the Nation’s Adaptation Policy Framework of Taiwan published by the Executive Yuan in 2012 and points out the disadvantage of it. Through the analysis, this article hopes to generate more discussion and deliberation on climate change adaptation law in the future.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of remote-blood-pressure-monitoring on blood pressure management of hypertension patients. Methods Searched by computer from Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase. China National Knowledge Internet. Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, VIP and Wanfang Data to collect randomized controlled rials of remote-blood-pressure-monitoring on patients with hypertension. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5. 4 software. Results A total of 18 studies, involving 6 748 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group.remote-blood-pressure-monitoring could effectively reduce systolic blood pressure [MD=-6. 12,95% CI(-7.90.-4.35). P<0. 000 1], diastolic blood pressure [MD=3. 22.95% CI (-4. 80,-1.65), P< 0.0001] and improve medication adherence [MD=0.58,95% CI (0.39.0.76). P<0.0001]. Conclusion Remote-blood-pressure-monitoring can effectively reduce patients' blood pressure and improve medication adherence.
