目的探討鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片與即釋嗎啡片用于中、重度癌痛患者止痛滴定的療效。方法回顧性分析2012年8月至2014年5月該科收治的112例中重度疼痛、未使用阿片類藥物的癌癥患者的臨床資料,將其分為A組和B組,各56例。A組采用口服鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片配合即釋嗎啡片劑量滴定,B組采用即釋嗎啡片劑量滴定。對比分析兩組患者用藥1、12、24、48、72、96 h疼痛緩解率及生活質量變化。結果治療1、12、24 h時,A組疼痛緩解率明顯高于B組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);但兩組48、72、96 h時疼痛緩解率比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。兩組治療后疼痛控制情況良好,且治療后Karnofsky(KPS)評分均得到明顯提高,與治療前比較,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);但兩組治療后的KPS評分比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片用于未使用阿片類藥物的中、重度癌痛患者滴定具有有效、簡便、快速的優點,但在維持期控制疼痛及生活質量改善方面,與即釋嗎啡片療效相似。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
