Objective: To investigate the expression levels of serum Epididymal protein 4 (HE4) and B7 homolog 4 (B7H4), as well as the relationship between systemic immune inflammation index (SII) and clinical pathological characteristics and tumor metastasis in ovarian cancer patients. Methods: 80 ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were divided into malignant group, 80 patients with benign ovarian lesions in the same period were divided into benign group, and 80 healthy patients were selected as the control group. The serum expression levels of HE4, B7H4 and SII were compared in the three groups. The expression levels of HE4, B7H4 and SII in patients with tumor metastasis, and Spearman correlation between HE4, B7H4 and SII and the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer and tumor metastasis. And followed up for 3 years, record the overall survival time, and analyze the relationship between HE4, B7H4 and SII and ovarian cancer survival. Results: There were differences in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among the three groups of patients. The malignant group was significantly higher than the benign group and the control group (P<0.05); There was no difference in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among ovarian cancer patients of different ages and histological types (P>0.05). However, there were differences in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among patients with different FIGO stages, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and tumor differentiation degree (P<0.05); The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that HE4, B7H4, and SII were not significantly correlated with the histological type of ovarian cancer, but were positively correlated with FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and tumor differentiation degree(P<0.05); All patients were followed up for 4 years, and the median overall survival time of patients with high HE4 levels was 23.53 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of patients with low HE4 levels, which was 32.54 (14.53-42.13) months. The median overall survival time of B7H4 high-level patients was 21.32 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of low-level patients at 31.32 (14.63-42.13) months. The median overall survival time of patients with high-level SII was 20.36 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of patients with low-level SII at 34.68 (13.56-42.13) months(P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum expression of HE4, B7H4 and SII are correlated with clinical stage of ovarian cancer, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and degree of tumor differentiation, and high expression of the three may mean poor prognosis of patients. Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of femoral neck dynamic cross nail system (FNS) and traditional three cannulated screws in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 50 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into group A (treated with FNS) and group B (treated with traditional three hollow screws) according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases in each group. The operation time, garden alignment index reduction, intraoperative fluoroscopy times, femoral neck shortening, femoral head necrosis, healing time and postoperative Harris score were recorded and compared between the two groups. The patients in the two groups were followed up for more than 12 months. The patients in group A were followed up for (22. 1±6. 5) months, and the patients in group B were followed up for (23. 5±5. 3) months. Results The incisions of the two groups healed by first intention. The intraoperative fluoroscopy times, Harris score at 12 months after operation and femoral neck shortening in group A were significantly better than those in group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Most of the femoral neck fractures in the two groups healed well, and there was no significant difference in healing time between the two groups (P＞0. 05). Conclusion Both FNS and hollow screw are effective methods for the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Objective: To analyze the correlation between skeletal muscle mass index (ASMI) and TG/HDL-C in hospitalized elderly patients. To evaluate the predictive value of TG/HDL-C for low ASMI in elderly hospitalized patients. Methods: A total of 299 hospitalized elderly patients admitted to the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into low ASMI group (105 cases) and normal ASMI group (194 cases) according to the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia issued by the Asian Working Group on sarcopenia in 2019. Clinical data of the two groups were compared, Spearman correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between ASMI and related variables, and multi-factor Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of ASMI. the predictive value of TG/HDL-C in the occurrence of low ASMI in elderly hospitalized patients was evaluate by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: With the increase of ASMI, TG/HDL-C ratio increased (P<0.001). Spearman correlation analysis showed that ASMI was positively correlated with waist-to-hip ratio, basal metabolism, muscle, grip strength, body fat percentage, BMI, ALT, TG, TG/HDL-C, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05). Multifactor analysis showed that body fat percentage, uric acid and TG/HDL-C were independent influencing factors of ASMI. ROC curve showed that the area under TG/HDL-C curve was 0.67 (95% CI: 0.607~0.722). Conclusion: High TG/HDL-C was protective factors for low ASMI. TG/HDL-C has certain predictive value for the occurrence of low ASMI, and it is easy to estimate skeletal muscle mass by simple and easily obtained lipid indexes, so early monitoring and intervention can be carried out for patients with suspected sarcopenia. Objective　To compare the effects of 4 different shaping angle tubes on the success rate of tracheal intubation and postoperative pharyngeal complications among anesthetic beginners. Methods　160 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia，with ASA classification I to II，no history of difficult airway， were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the catheter shape and tip shaping angle: 35°banana-shaped elbow group（A Group），50°banana-shaped bent pipe group（Group B），35°straight pipe group（Group C），50°straight pipe group（Group D），with 40 cases in each group. After induction of general anesthesia， tracheal intubation is performed using a video laryngoscope. The Cormack-Lehane grade of laryngoscope exposure，external laryngeal compression，one-time success rate of intubation and intubation time were recorded. SPO2，HR and MAP were recorded before anesthesia induction（ T0），at the end of anesthesia induction drug injection（T1），immediately after intubation（T2） and 1min after intubation（T3）. The incidence of pharyngeal pain and hoarseness immediately after extubation and 24 hours after operation were followed up. Results　There were no statistically significant differences in Cormack-Lehane classification， HR， and MAP among the four groups of patients at each time point（P > 0.05）. The number of cases requiring external laryngeal compression， intubation time， first-time intubation success rate， immediate postoperative sore throat， and immediate postoperative hoarseness rates in Groups B and D were all lower than those in Groups A and C，and the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0.05） . Objective　To explore the effects of paroxetine and sulpiride in the treatment of social phobia in young women and the effects on neurotransmitters and sleep structure. Methods　102 young female patients with social phobia in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 51 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with Paxil，and the study group was treated with Paxil + sulpiride for 3 months. Treatment effect，neurotransmitters [5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）， dopamine（ DA） ， gamma-aminobutyric acid（ GABA） ， myeloperoxidase（ MPO） ]， sleep structure， social anxiety（LASA），social fear（SPS） and social Results　The research group's overall effective rate of treatment is 88.24%，which is higher than the control group's 70.59%（P<0.05）. 1 month and 3 months after treatment，the research group's serum levels of DA and MPO are lower than those of the control group，while the levels of 5-HT and GABA are higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）. 1 month and 3 months after treatment，the research group's sleep transition frequency and the proportion of stage I + stage II are lower than those of the control group， while the proportion of stage III + stage IV and REM stage are higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）. 1 month and 3 months after treatment，the research group's LASA，SPS，and SAFE scores are lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）; The incidence of adverse events in the research group is 13.73% compared to 9.80% in the control group，with no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）.
