数据采集技术的进步导致了数据集规模的飞速上涨，由于数据的大规模和高复杂性引起了严重的数据质量问题，数据清洗是数据活动中必要且重要的环节。为了在保证清洗准确率的情况下有效地降低人工标注成本，提出了一种人工参与的迭代式的数据清洗方法（IDCHI）。该方法在检测模块中提出了数据选择优化方法，使分类器在初始阶段就拥有较高的准确度；并进一步提出了待人工标注数据选择方法，有效地降低人工标注的数据量。实验结果表明该方法可有效且高效地清洗错误数据。

为探究芝麻籽粒萌育过程中含氮物质的变化，采用去离子水、0.5%氯化钙溶液、1%氯化钙溶液对芝麻籽粒浸泡30 min，然后在30 ℃下进行萌育处理，测定芝麻籽粒萌育0～72 h 期间粗蛋白质、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸、蛋白质水解度以及蛋白质分子质量的变化。结果表明：萌育过程中，粗蛋白质含量先减少后增加再减少；可溶性蛋白质含量在0～4 h略微增加，随后下降，72 h时降低了约25%，3种浸种处理方式变化趋势一致；游离氨基酸含量和蛋白质水解度逐渐增大，3种浸种处理方式游离氨基酸含量有显著性差异；SDS-PAGE结果显示，50～95 kDa蛋白质亚基的含量减少，11S蛋白的含量呈波动性变化，最终呈增加趋势，17 kDa蛋白质亚基的含量增加，2S蛋白的含量明显减少。研究说明萌育可以显著改变芝麻籽粒中含氮物质的含量，大分子蛋白质降解为小分子蛋白质，同时2S等小分子蛋白质也发生了降解。 In order to explore the changes of nitrogen-containing substances during sesame seed germination, sesame seeds were soaked respectively in deionized water, 0.5% calcium chloride solution and 1% calcium chloride solution for 30 min and then germinated at 30 ℃. The changes of crude protein, soluble protein, free amino acids, degree of hydrolysis of protein and molecular weight of protein of sesame seed were measured during 0-72 h germination. The results showed that the content of crude protein decreased first, then increased and then decreased. The soluble protein content increased slightly at 0-4 h, then decreased, and decreased by about 25% at 72 h, and variation trend of three soaking methods was consistent.The content of free amino acids and the degree of hydrolysis of protein increased gradually, and there was significant difference in the content of free amino acids among the three soaking treatments. The results of SDS-PAGE showed that the content of 50-95 kDa protein subunit decreased, the content of 11S protein fluctuated during germination and finally increased, the content of 17 kDa protein subunit increased, and the content of 2S protein decreased significantly. The germination can significantly change the nitrogen content in sesame seeds, macromolecular proteins are degraded into small molecular proteins, and small molecular proteins such as 2S are also degraded.

Commissioning is the last stage before operation of a nuclear power plant, aiming at validating all equipment and systems. The safety and reliability of commissioning tasks can be severely threatened by human failures. Therefore, it is essential to conduct causation analysis of human failure events in commissioning to identify salient human and organizational factors. The human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) framework was modified and applied to code 127 human failure events in commissioning by five domain experts. The comparison between the results of this study and the analyses of operation events indicates that commissioning and operation as two different stages of a nuclear power plant have similar patterns in regard to supervision and management and human error types, but distinct patterns in regard to organization, preconditions of unsafe acts, and human violations. Results of correlation analysis show that several preconditions for unsafe acts have significant relations with human failures, as well as some significant relations between latent failures. The experiment aimed to study the effect of adding two compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance, slaughter performance, internal organ and digestive tract indexes, meat quality, and serum indexes of Mongolian × thin-tailed Han sheep. The single-factor randomized block design was adopted, sixty Mongolian × thin-tailed Han sheep of (33.26±0.16) kg of BW and about 4 months of age were randomly divided into control group, group 1 and group 2. The experiment lasted for 89 days including 10 days of adaptation period and 79 days for data collection. Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet, experiment group 1 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1.0% Chinese herbal addition 1, while experiment group 2 was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.5% Chinese herbal addition 2. At the end of fattening, 6 sheep were selected from each of the 3 groups for slaughter. The result showed as follows: compared with the control group, the total weight gain and average daily gain of sheep in groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased (P<0.05). The ratio of feed to gain in group 1 and 2 was significantly decreased (P<0.05), while rumen pH value, GR value, small intestine weight and its proportion to preslaughter live weight and large intestine weight and its proportion to preslaughter live weight were significantly increased (P<0.05). The drip loss of longissimus dorsi muscle and serum albumin (ALB) content of sheep in group 2 were significantly lower than those in control group and group 1 (P<0.05), while the contents of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in serum were significantly higher than those in control group and group 1 (P<0.05). The content of immunoglobulin G (IgG) in serum of sheep in group 2 was significantly higher than that in group 1 (P< 0.05), while the redness (a*) value of longissimus dorsi muscle was significantly lower than that in group 1 (P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of two compound Chinese herbal additives can promote the growth performance, fat deposition and intestinal development of sheep. 对比2010、2014年西安至成都客运专线建设前后卫星遥感数据，分析植被类型、面积、空间分布的变化情况，结合第四次大熊猫调查数据评估了西成客运专线对沿线大熊猫栖息地的影响。结果表明：陕西天华山国家级自然保护区大熊猫栖息地植被损毁面积为2604 hm2，占保护区总面积的010%，类型以灌丛为主。菜子坪走廊带大熊猫栖息地植被损毁面积为4325 hm2，占走廊带总面积的012%，类型以阔叶林为主。从空间分布来看，约80%损毁的植被位于连接隧道出入口和桥梁既有公路或废弃公路100 m范围内，西安至成都客运专线建设期对大熊猫栖息地植被直接影响程度较小。结合第四次大熊猫调查数据，陕西天华山国家级自然保护区及周边区域分布5只大熊猫，均位于线路的北侧。菜子坪走廊带及周边区域分布13只大熊猫，4只在线路西侧，9只位于线路东侧。考虑到大熊猫迁移习性，工程为大熊猫共设计5处桥梁下方动物通道和8处隧道上方动物通道，可满足大熊猫正常迁移的需求。天华山保护区段工程距离大熊猫活动位置的最近距离约5 km，菜子坪走廊带段工程距离大熊猫活动位置的最近距离约1 km，施工期间灯光、噪声、振动以及人为活动会对大熊猫活动、觅食产生一定程度的干扰，建议：严格控制施工范围与强度，优化施工时段，开展施工期大熊猫栖息地生态与野生动物活动规律研究，加强栖息地恢复。

Objective　To explore the short-term efficacy，safety，and prognostic factors affecting the overall survival （OS） of patients with recurrent high-grade glioma （HGG） treated with bevacizumab （BEV） alone and bevacizumab in combination with temozolomide （TMZ）. Methods　According to the response assessment in neurooncology （RANO） criteria for the treatment of gliomas, objective response rate （ORR） and disease control rate （DCR） were used as indicators to retrospectively analyze the clinical medical records of 31 patients with recurrent HGG at Yunnan Cancer Hospital from August 2020 to July 2023. The patients were divided into a control group （BEV） and a treatment group （BEV+TMZ）, and the recent efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Cox univariate and multivariate analysis methods were used to analyze the impact of group （ control group vs. treatment group）， gender, age, disease grading, admission score, histopathological classification, etc., on the overall survival （OS） of 31 patients with recurrent HGG. Adverse reactions （ADR） between the two groups were compared using a chi-square test to evaluate the safety. Results　The ORR of the treatment group was 63.16%, and the ORR of the control group was 16.67%. The difference was statistically significant （χ² = 6.419, P = 0.011）. The DCR of the treatment group was 89.47%，and the DCR of the control group was 75.00%. There was no significant difference in DCR （χ² = 0.320， P = 0.571）. The median survival time （mOS） in the control group was 7 months （95%CI: 3.605～10.395），and the median survival time （mOS） in the treatment group was 14 months （95%CI: 3.853～ 24.147）. There was no significant difference in mOS between the two groups （χ² = 0.829，P = 0.363）. There were significant differences in Cox univariate analysis admission score and histopathological classification among 31 patients with recurrent HGG （P < 0.05），and statistically significant differences in histopathological classification by multivariate analysis （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in nausea, vomiting, fatigue and diarrhea between the two groups after treatment （P > 0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in the reduction rates of platelets and white blood cells （P < 0.05），after symptomatic treatment, both groups of ADRs were alleviated. Conclusion　The short-term curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of recurrent HGG，the ADRs after recurrent HGG treatment in 2 groups were tolerable and safe, and the histopathological classification may be a prognostic factor affecting the OS of 31 patients with recurrent HGG.
