Objective To investiqate the clinical effect of wrap the ear with "hamburger" structure to preven the occurrernce of pressure injury. Methods A total of 120 patients who came to our department for ear surgery from January 2013 to December 2023 and met the inclusion requirements were selected. Patients who were treated with "hamburger" dressing to prevent ear stress injury were selected as the experimental group. The control group (60 cases in each group) was treated with conventional methods and no special protection. The skin condition of healthy auricle and scalp and the incidence of pressure injury were analyzed statistically. Results The incidence of stress injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The "hamburger" bandage with memory sponge as the main material can effectively prevent the occurrence of intraoperative stress injury, and it is worth promoting in clinical work.
