以过氧化值（POV）和丙二醛（MDA）值为指标，采用Schaal烘箱加速氧化法，研究了茶多酚棕榈酸酯、L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、VE、β-胡萝卜素4种脂溶性抗氧化剂对牡丹籽油氧化稳定性的影响,并采用最优混料设计法优化牡丹籽油的抗氧化剂配方。然后，通过Oxitest油脂氧化分析仪测定了添加复合抗氧化剂牡丹籽油的氧化诱导期。结果表明：添加量均为0.02%时，几种抗氧化剂的抗氧化能力大小为阳性对照（TBHQ）＞茶多酚棕榈酸酯＞L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯＞VE＞β-胡萝卜素，通过最优混料设计法得到3组较佳的抗氧化剂配方，可以显著降低牡丹籽油的POV和MDA值；两个复合抗氧化剂组的氧化诱导期大于TBHQ组，分别为0.012%茶多酚棕榈酸酯+0.005%L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯+0.003%VE、0.013%茶多酚棕榈酸酯+0.003%L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯+0.003%VE+0.001%β-胡萝卜素。复合抗氧化剂能显著提高牡丹籽油的氧化稳定性。 With peroxide value (POV) and malondialdehyde (MDA) value as indexes, the effects of four oil-soluble antioxidants (tea polyphenol palmitate, L-ascorbyl palmitate, VE and β-carotene) on the oxidative stability of peony seed oil were studied by Schaal oven accelerated oxidation method. The antioxidant formula of peony seed oil was optimized by optimum mixture design, and the oxidation induction period of peony seed oil added with compound antioxidant was determined by Oxitest oil oxidation analyzer. The results showed that when the dosage was 0.02%, the antioxidant capacity of positive control (TBHQ) was the strongest, followed by tea polyphenol palmitate, L-ascorbyl palmitate, VE and β-carotene. There were three groups of better antioxidant formula that could significantly reduce the POV and MDA value of peony seed oil. The oxidation induction period of two compound antioxidant groups were longer than that of TBHQ group, which were 0.012% tea polyphenol palmitate+0.005% L-ascorbyl palmitate+0.003% VE, and 0.013% tea polyphenol palmitate+0.003% L-ascorbyl palmitate+0.003% VE+0.001% β-carotene. Compound antioxidants can significantly improve the oxidative stability of peony seed oil.

Potato crops are grown in all counties and cities in Dali Prefecture throughout the year due to its diversity of landforms, climate types, and the strong vitality and wide adaptability of potatoes. According to the growing season, the potato planting could be grouped into five types: spring, early spring, autumn, winter and late-early spring season. 目的 探讨基于 Excel 技术构建肠外营养液(PN)医嘱审核系统在促进 PN 用药合理性中的应 用价值。方法 回顾性分析该院2017年5月至2021年5月应用 PN 支持的住院患者400例的病历资料, 其中 基于 Excel技术构建 PN 医嘱审核系统应用前200例, 应用后200例, 使用 Excel制作 PN 医嘱审核系统, 包含 医师端和药师端, 并嵌入该院 HIS系统, 用于辅助医生开具和药师审核 PN 医嘱。对比分析基于 Excel技术构 建 PN 医嘱审核系统应用前后静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师审核 PN 医嘱的工作效率, PN 用药合理性及安 全性。结果 应用后药师审核 PN 医嘱的审核速度, 审核准确度均高于应用前, 差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05);应用后糖脂比, 热氮比, 总热量, 电解质浓度, 胰岛素, 丙氨酰谷氨酰胺配比合理率及营养素选择与配比, 计算液体量, 药理营养素使用, 全营养混合液中药物与营养液的相互作用合理率均高于应用前, 差异均有统计 学意义(P<0.05);应用后 PN 用药不良反应发生率低于应用前, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于 Excel技术构建 PN 医嘱审核系统的应用能够有效提高医院药师审核 PN 医嘱的工作效率, 确保 PN 用药合理 性, 进而提高患者用药安全性。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to grasp the structure function, diversity and regional and sex differences of the bacterial flora of the cecum of the mountain wild boars(Sus scrofa)in Guizhou, this paper reveals the specificity of its bacteria and the interaction of the host, the cecal bacterial flora of 12 Guizhou wild boars was analyzed by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. Results A total of 59, 246 valid sequences were obtained, and 1, 256 OTUs were obtained by clustering with 97% similarity after optimization. The results showed as follows:(1)The cecal bacterial community of wild boars was abundant, and there was no significant difference in the bacterial community diversity between regions and sex groups, but there were some differences in specific bacterial community composition. (2)Copolymers were obtained from 278 genera of 18 phyla, the core flora includes six phyla, such as Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria. The core flora includes 16 dominant genera, such as Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005, Christensenellaceae_R-7_group and Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group. (3)LEfSe analysis showed that there were significant differences(P<0. 05)between Qiandongnan(QDN)and Qianbei(QB)groups, such as Ruminococcus, Lactobacillus and Alloprevotella. (4)PICRUSt gene predicted and analyzed that 44 metabolic pathways were enriched in cecum of wild boars, mainly carbohydrate metabolism pathway, followed by amino acid metabolism pathway. In conclusion, the cecal bacterial flora diversity of Guizhou wild boars is higher than that of Henan wild boars, Chongqing captive wild boar and Tibetan pigs, and the core bacterial flora is enriched in different regions and between genders. The results of the study were to explore how the intestinal flora of the wild boars had the basic information of the interaction of the host, disease prevention and immunization development, and thus promote the study of the physiological and biochemical, protection management and population ecology of the wild boars. 目的 探讨肠外营养液在静配中心集中配制的全流程风险管理,为临床的合理应用提供可靠 保障。方法 2021年5月该院静配中心开始实施全流程风险管理,2020年11月至2021年4月(流程风险管理 实施前)、2021年5-10月(流程风险管理实施后)分别选取757袋、1 402袋肠外营养液。对静配中心的药物配 制进行全流程风险管理,分析风险管理实施前后肠外营养液配制不合格率情况。结果 全流程风险管理实施 前配制肠外营养液757袋,不合格51袋,不合格率为6.74%;实施后配制肠外营养液1 402袋,不合格15袋,不 合格率为1.07%。实施前后配制肠外营养液不合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.275,P <0.001)。结 论 加强肠外营养液在静配中心集中配制的全流程风险管理,可有效降低肠外营养配制不合格率,为临床的合 理用药提供可靠保障。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
