Objective: To explore the clinical prognosis of 11011-operative patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Methods: 129 patients with AVMs in the fust affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected. 44 patients were treated with intravascular embolism. 43 patients were operated. 10 patients were treated with intravascular embolism and operation, and 32 patients were treated with non-operative treatment. All of the patients were fellow up for 1 year. The prognoses of different treatment groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After operation. 13 patients showed no symptom. 29 recovered and one died. With intravascular embolism. 22 patients showed 110 symptom. 21 patients recovered and one died. With operation and intravascular embolism, the numbers were 5. 4 and 1. In 11011-operative group. 11 patients showed no symptom. 22 recovered and 1 with acute cerebral hemorrhage. There was no statistically significant difference in the prognosis between different treatment groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions: No difference was observed between non-operative and other treatment therapies for the patients with arteriovenous malformation. More researches are needed for the pathogenesis and prognosis of arteriovenous malformation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
