Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy combined with moxibustion on postoperative constipation in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods Totally 100 patients with constipation after surgery for thoracolumbar compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=50) was given routine guidance and nursing measures, and the experimental group (n=50) was given Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application combined with moxibustion treatment based on routine care. The clinical efficacy and anxiety status by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of the two groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (90. 00% vs. 82. 00%, P＜0. 05 ). The SAS score decreased in both two groups after intervention, and SAS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with moxibustion is effective to relieve the postoperative abdominal distension, constipation and other symptoms after surgical treatment for thoracolumbar compression fracture. It is safe, effective, convenient and worthy of clinical application. Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Chinese herbal medicine Shuanghuangdan dressing combined with silver ion dressing change in improving the healing of diabetic foot wounds. Methods Totally 45 patients with diabetic foot wounds were randomly divided into three groups: Shuanghuangdan group (n=15), silver ion group(n=15) and combined treatment group (n=15). Based on the symptomatic treatment, dressing change with different dressing materials was performed. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome integral and wound healing condition were evaluated and compared between three groups. Results The combined treatment group demonstrated the smallest wound remaining after a four-week intervention, and there was a significant different between combined treatment group and Shuanghuangdan group in wound remaining(P＜0. 05). The VEGF level in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). The TCM syndrome integral in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). Conclusion By promoting growth of granulation tissue and blood capillary, Chinese herbal medicine dressing combined with silver ion dressing change shows a positive effect in relief of inflammation and healing of diabetic foot wounds. The connection mechanism between the main shaft and gearbox plays a very important role in the transmission chain of wind turbines, although pin-bolt connection is increasingly adopted, few research has focused on the corresponding ultimate and fatigue strength during the torque transmission. Therefore, a finite element model was established to evaluate the ultimate strength and fatigue strength of the pin-bolt connection. Firstly, a finite element model including the pin sleeve, bolt, main shaft and gearbox was established. Then, the ultimate strength of each component was verified and the stress situation of the structure under different torques was analyzed. Finally, a method for calculating structural fatigue strength considering nonlinear stress conditions was also proposed and the fatigue strength of the structure was verified. The research results indicate that torque transmission in pin-bolt connection can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the torque transmission of the outer bolt. The second torque transmission stage relates to the outer pin sleeve and inner bolt. The third torque transmission stage relates to the outer pin sleeve and inner pin sleeve. Since a significant nonlinear relationship between the load and stress is present during the torsion transmission, nonlinearity needs to be considered in the analysis of structural fatigue strength. The highest stress and fatigue occur in the hole of main shaft side, the stress is 553 MPa and the fatigue value is 0.135 5, therefore in structural design, the strength of the main shaft interface is key in ensuring the reliability of the connection. In response to the increase in torque density of wind power gearbox, the involute flat root splines in planetary transmission devices could no longer meet the current lightweight design requirements of gearboxes. A method was proposed to optimize the traditional involute flat root splines inside the gearbox into involute tooth shaped splines. Firstly, the tooth profile modification coefficient, tooth root height, and tooth top height modification coefficient of involute tooth spline was optimized to improve the torque transmission ability of the spline. Then, the involute tooth profile spline structure was studied, its tooth thickness tolerance was adjusted, so that the sun gear could float normally to compensate for the alignment deviation of gear meshing, the uneven load coefficient was reduced, and the bearing capacity of the internal gears of the gearbox was improved. The load distribution on the spline tooth surface was studied, tooth alignment modification and spiral angle modification on the spline was carried out, the load distribution of the spline tooth width was improved, excessive load on the end of the spline gear teeth was avoided, and the service life of the spline connection was extended. Finally, engineering algorithms was used to verify the shear resistance, wear resistance, and strength of the spline connection body. Through relevant tests on the gearbox, the meshing condition of the spline tooth surface was checked after the gearbox was disassembled and inspected, and the torque transmission ability of the involute tooth profile spline was verified. The research results indicate that using involute tooth shaped splines and optimizing their parameters can improve the tooth surface contact strength of the splines, and the torque transmission ability of the splines can be increased by about 10%. In order to study the damage evolution law of modified raw soil materials, using coal gangue and calcium carbide slag as raw soil modifying admixture, the stress-strain curve, internal damage process of the material and computed tomography (CT) images under each stage of loading were obtained by CT scanning test under axial pressure on raw soil specimens. The CT images, CT numbers and the evolution law of damage process of specimens in each scanned section were studied, the relationship between CT images, CT numbers and stress-strain was analyzed, the porosity of each section of the material was calculated, and the damage degree was introduced to establish the connection between material porosity and damage. The results show that under different stress states, the cracks in the CT images of the XY scanned sections extend from the surrounding area to the interior in the form of a ring, and the damage in the YZ scanned sections is generated from the upper and lower surfaces, and the compactness of the interior of the specimen is high, and the resistance of the edges of the specimen to deformation is poor compared with that of the interior. The specimen is significantly affected by the “ring hoop effect”, and the CT number at the bottom of the specimen is larger than that at the top, but the CT number of XY-2 section is smaller than that of other sections, and a large number of pores and cracks appear. At low stress, the change of porosity in the upper part of the specimen is larger than that in the lower part, and at the peak stress, the porosity fluctuates significantly with a change of - 43% to 500% . After the peak stress, the porosity of the upper part of the specimen decreases rapidly, while the lower part is the opposite. By calculating the damage degree of the dimensionless quantity, the damage degree showed the law of increasing, then decreasing and then increasing with the increase of stress.
